PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION DENGAN PERCEIVED ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT (POS) DAN CONTINUANCE COMMITMENT SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI: Analyzing Workload, Perceived Organizational Support, and Commitment at Baitul Maal wat Tamwil (BMT)
Human resources are an important aspect of an organization that cannot be separated from turnover problems. The high turnover rate remains a serious problem that organizations must minimize. One of the factors that can cause high turnover rates is the employee workload. Despite this, some factors can be highlighted to reduce turnover rates due to high workload, namely, perceived organizational support (POS) and continuance commitment. This study aimed to determine the effect of workload on turnover intention, with perceived organizational support (POS) and continuance commitment as moderating variables. This study used a quantitative method. Data were collected using questionnaires distributed to employees of BMT BIF Yogyakarta. The research respondents were 75 people collected using a saturated sampling method. Data analysis in this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) in the Smart PLS 3.2.9 application. The results of the study show that there is an influence between workload and turnover intention. In addition, the perceived organizational support variable can also moderate the effect of workload on turnover intention, while continuance commitment cannot moderate the effect of workload on turnover intention. The managerial implications lead to the organization's role to always pay attention to the workload assigned to employees and to increase the perceived organizational support for employees so that turnover intention can be minimized.
The Forfeiture of Corruption Assets and the Legal Position of Innocent Third Parties: Normative Challenges and Policy Gaps
The asset forfeiture of corruption proceeds is essential for recovering state losses and preventing criminals from benefiting economically from their crimes. However, this policy raises legal challenges when assets are in the hands of third parties acting in good faith. This study aims to explore the economic rights of such third parties and examine the legal protection of their rights during the seizure of assets derived from corruption. This study employs a normative juridical approach, utilizing statutory, conceptual, and case analyses. The findings reveal an imbalance between asset forfeiture policies and the principle of justice for third parties who acquire assets legally. Although regulations govern objections from good-faith third parties, practical implementation still faces difficulties in terms of proof and legal interpretation. Thus, this study suggests the need for more detailed regulatory reforms to ensure the fair protection of the economic rights of good-faith third parties while facilitating the recovery of state assets

Using Nurcholish Madjid’s functional-sociological approach, this study aims to explore and formulate the values of social ethics contained in Surah al-Ḥujurāt through a thematic exegesis framework (tafsīr mawḍūʿī). This surah encompasses fundamental teachings on community ethics, such as respect toward authority, the principle of caution in receiving information (tabayyūn), the obligation to reconcile conflicts (iṣlāḥ), and prohibitions against mockery, prejudice, and backbiting. Employing a qualitative method with a library research approach, the study analyzes classical and contemporary tafsīr sources using descriptive-analytical techniques. The findings reveal that the social values in Surah al-Ḥujurāt are universal, contextual, and applicable. The verses construct a comprehensive system of Islamic social ethics, ranging from epistemic foundations (verses 1–2), digital information ethics (verse 6), conflict management (verses 9–10), interpersonal communication ethics (verses 11–12), to principles of inclusivity and equality (verse 13). This surah serves as both a normative and practical reference for character development and the cultivation of a dignified, ethical, and harmonious societyDengan menggunakan pendekatan fungsional-sosiologis Nurcholish Madjid, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan merumuskan nilai-nilai etika sosial yang terkandung dalam Surah al-Ḥujurāt melalui kerangka tafsir tematik (tafsir mawḍūʿī). Digital Pranks and Islamic Ethics: A Critical Discourse Study of Aa Gym and Hadith on Humor
The phenomenon of pranks on social media has developed into a form of entertainment that is fraught with ethical and moral issues, especially when carried out without considering the psychological impact on the victims. Although it often receives positive responses from netizens, this type of content essentially indicates a tolerance for symbolic violence in the digital space. This article analyzes Abdullah Gymnastiar’s (Aa Gym) critical response to prank practices from an Islamic ethical perspective, which was uploaded to Aa Gym’s YouTube account on May 9, 2022, entitled “Celakanya Prank yang Mendzolimi Orang Lain-kajian singkat Aa Gym”, with reference to the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad about joking, particularly in Sunan Abī Dāwūd. This study uses Norman Fairclough’s Critical Discourse Analysis approach through three stages: (1) text analysis as a representation of something that contains a certain ideology because it wants to see how reality is formed in the text to identify lexical, sentence structure, rhetorical style, and intonation; (2) discourse practice analysis to understand the context of the production and dissemination of the message in digital media, and (3) socio-cultural practice analysis to relate the findings to Islamic ethical norms and the dynamics of online humor culture. This study explores the construction of language, moral values, and religious norms in Aa Gym’s digital dakwah content and its implications for public understanding of ethical boundaries in online humor culture. The analysis reveals that Aa Gym emphasizes the importance of responsible humor that entertains without hurting or degrading others. This study underscores the importance of ethical reflection on digital humor practices and the need to reevaluate the boundaries of decency in jokes. Thus, this article contributes to the discourse on media ethics and contemporary da‘wah, while highlighting the relevance of Islamic norms in responding to the challenges of popular culture in the digital age
The Jurisprudence of Noise: An Islamic Legal Analysis of the “Sound Horeg” Phenomenon in Indonesia
The phenomenon of sound horeg as a form of excessive and competitive contemporary cultural expression has raised theological, social, and ethical issues that urgently need to be studied scientifically. This practice is not merely entertainment, but has shifted to become a symbol of luxury and public arrogance that has social, medical, and moral implications. This research is important because there has been no comprehensive legal-theological study that systematically assesses this phenomenon from an Islamic legal perspective. Using a qualitative and interpretive theological-legal approach, this study combines the taḥqīq al-manāṭ method (empirical investigation of factual reality) with Mustafa Muslim's inductive thematic interpretation, which interprets verses of the Qur'an through keyword analysis and the context of revelation. The synthesis of the interpretation results is then integrated with the principles of uṣūl al-fiqh and maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah, especially lā ḍarara wa lā ḍirār, to produce a contextually relevant legal analysis. The results of the study show that sound horeg, in its current form, fundamentally contradicts the principles of Islamic ethics and law because it contains elements of wastefulness (isrāf and tabdzīr), public harm (ḍarar), immoral entertainment (lahw al-ḥadīth), and social arrogance (kibr). These findings confirm that Islamic jurisprudence has adequate methodological tools to navigate modern phenomena without losing its normative values, while opening opportunities for the development of a constructive cultural ethical model that is in line with the objectives of Sharia.

Orthodoxy and Heresy in the Thought of Nūr al-Dīn al-Rānīrī : Shaṭaḥāt, Takfīr, and the Boundaries of Shariah
The theological debate in Aceh in the 17th century, particularly the accusations of heresy and infidelity directed by Nūr al-Dīn al-Rānīrī against the Wujudiyah group, reflected the tension between shariah, sufism, and creed. This issue is relevant to revisit because it is not only an essential part of the intellectual history of Islam in the archipelago, but also has strong resonance in contemporary takfīr discourse that impacts the religious practices and socio-legal order of Muslims. This study aims to analyse al-Rānīrī's accusations through the parameters of shariah, particularly in relation to shaṭaḥāt (ecstatic expressions), while also examining its significance in modern debates regarding the limits of faith and the practice of excommunication. Using a literature review method and al-Fatḥ al-Mubīn as the primary source, this study found that al-Rānīrī's verdict was based on the assumption that Wujudiyah rejected the obligations of prayer and fasting. However, a textual analysis of Hamzah Fansuri's thought showed that what is meant was only the condition of Sufis in a state of unconsciousness, which in fiqh is considered a matter of khilafiah (disagreement). Therefore, the accusations of bid'ah and kufr do not have sufficient legal legitimacy. This finding confirms that the discourse of takfīr is not only a historical problem, but also has significant socio-legal implications in contemporary times, both through institutional fatwas and the narratives of transnational groups that have the potential to give rise to stigmatisation and social conflict
Bridging Verbal and Non-Verbal Gaps: Multimodal Presentation Skills at Islamic Higher Education
Effective presentation skills are essential for EFL learners; however, many EFL students struggle to balance verbal proficiency with non-verbal expressiveness, leading to presentations that lack engagement, clarity, and confidence. This study explores how the integration of multimodal communication strategies can bridge the gap between verbal and non-verbal competence in EFL students’ presentations. Using a concurrent embedded mixed-methods design, 17 fourth-semester EFL students were purposively selected from two classes in the teaching Grammar course at Universitas Islam Negeri Walisongo Semarang. Data were collected through classroom observations, video recordings, and questionnaires, and they were analyzed using thematic and descriptive statistical methods. Findings show significant improvements in verbal delivery (pronunciation, fluency, prosody) and non-verbal expression (eye contact, gestures, posture, spatial awareness). Furthermore, it revealed that multimodal strategies enhance presentation quality and reduce language anxiety by distributing communicative load across multiple modes. It recommends embedding multimodal training in EFL curricula with constructive feedback and accessible digital tools
