    Exploring the Contribution of Green Sukuk in Achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) (Case Study of Malaysia and Indonesia)

    The purpose is this study is to illustrate green sukuk and analyze the role of green sukuk in achieving of sustainable development goals (SDGs) based on the relevant projects of Indonesia and Malaysia. The research methodology used for this study is descriptive based qualitative. Data has taken from the various sources such as annual reports, articles, books, websites and etc.  Findings of this study indicates that green sukuk markets in both Malaysia and Indonesia are the symbols of huge commitment to the governments of Malaysia and Indonesia in term of contribution and getting close to the targets to the sustainability specified and selected by United Nations an agenda until 2030. Various projects such, renewable energy, waste management, reducing disasters and floods risks, low carbon transport, sustainable cities have been funding through green sukuk in both Malaysia, and Indonesia. This study results also indicates that in the global market of green sukuk Indonesia is ranking toped with the 2/5 of market cap. On the other hand, Malaysia is leading in green sukuk issuance based on owing 57% of issuers in the market. In term of practical implication, this study will be a roadmap for the next people who wants to illustrate the role of green sukuk in their respective countries. Furthermore, this will be a meaningful study for the researchers of those countries that lack green financing such as Afghanistan and others, they will be use this article as a guide article during conducting their own.     The Practice of Exogamous Marriage from the Perspective of the Indonesian Islamic Da'wah Institution In Wonogiri Regency

    This study aims to explore LDII's views on exogamy or marriage with individuals outside the community. The problem that arises is that people outside LDII believe that marriage between LDII members and people outside the organization is not valid. This study employs a qualitative empirical method with a phenomenological approach to analyze the phenomenon of exogamous marriage within the LDII community. Field data collection was conducted through interviews and participatory observation involving LDII leaders, LDII officials, and members who practice exogamous marriage. The results of the study indicate that although LDII tends to support exogamous marriage, there is flexibility that allows for exogamous practices if they are considered to bring social benefits and strengthen solidarity between communities. LDII views exogamy as part of its efforts to create social harmony and maintain diversity within a broader society, without neglecting the internal values that have been built within their community. This study contributes to efforts to deconstruct social stigma toward the LDII community regarding exogamous marriage practices, while providing a more contextual understanding of the organization's stance on social pluralism. These findings also enrich academic discourse on intergroup marriage within Islamic religious organizations in Indonesia and provide an empirical foundation for the development of more inclusive social and intercommunity policies

    Children of Marriages Between Indonesian Citizens and Rohingya: What Are Their Inheritance Rights?

    The purpose of this study is to address legal issues related to the rights of children from mixed marriages with stateless persons in Indonesia and to highlight the importance of recognizing children's rights in complex situations involving citizenship status and legal uncertainty. This study employs a normative legal research method by analyzing and examining the regulations governing the status of the Rohingya ethnic group as stateless persons in Indonesia, as well as the inheritance rights of children born to parents who are Indonesian citizens and Rohingya ethnic group members classified as stateless persons. The findings of this study indicate that children born from marriages between Indonesian citizens and stateless Rohingya retain their inheritance rights from both parents. Although such marriages may not be legally registered, they remain valid under religious law, and inheritance rights are based on blood ties, not marriage registration. These children may also inherit land from their Indonesian citizen parents under certain conditions. The contribution of this research lies in its effort to address the gap in legal studies regarding the status of children from mixed marriages with stateless individuals, an issue that has received little attention in national regulations. This study provides an argumentative and normative foundation for the protection of children's rights in transnational and stateless contexts, and encourages the development of more inclusive and equitable legal policies

    Reinterpreting Financial Responsibilities in Islamic Marriage: A Maqasid al-Usrah Perspective

    The research aims to address the shift from a rigid, gender-based financial framework to a more equitable model that reflects contemporary socio-economic realities. A qualitative research methodology was employed, analyzing classical and contemporary Islamic legal texts, court rulings, and scholarly debates. The findings reveal a growing consensus among Islamic scholars that qiwamah is not necessarily an exclusive male financial obligation but rather as a shared responsibility between spouses. The study highlights the increasing acceptance of women's financial contributions and the necessity for legal reforms to formalize this shift. Additionally, the mubadalah principle underscores the importance of reciprocity in marital financial duties, ensuring justice and mutual support within family structures. These findings suggest that contemporary Islamic jurisprudence is evolving to accommodate socio-economic changes, fostering a balanced partnership in financial obligations. The implications of this research extend beyond academic discourse and have practical relevance for family law and policy-making. By integrating Maqasid al-Usrah into legal frameworks, policymakers can develop more inclusive laws that reflect gender equity and economic realities. Further research is encouraged to explore how shared financial responsibility affects marital stability and children's well-being in Muslim-majority contexts

    KONSTRUKSI SULUK KEBUDAYAAN DALAM MEDIA ALTERNATIF: REPRESENTASI DAKWAH KULTURAL PADA LANGGAR.CO

    Perkembangan media alternatif semakin pesat seiring dengan kebutuhan masyarakat akan ruang ekspresi dan refleksi kebudayaan. Langgar.co hadir sebagai salah satu platform yang menyajikan narasi tentang budaya, sejarah, dan spiritualitas melalui pendekatan khas yang dikenal dengan suluk kebudayaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana Langgar.co merepresentasikan pesan dakwah kultural melalui konstruksi teks, praktik produksi, dan konteks sosial budaya yang melingkupinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) model Norman Fairclough untuk mengungkap ideologi dan nilai-nilai keagamaan yang tersembunyi dalam praktik diskursus. Paradigma yang digunakan adalah paradigma kritis yang memandang media digital sebagai ruang produksi makna yang dipengaruhi oleh struktur sosial dan budaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Langgar.co menyampaikan pesan dakwah yang mencakup nilai-nilai keimanan, akhlak, dan syariat Islam melalui bahasa yang simbolik dan reflektif. Pesan tersebut dikemas dalam narasi yang memadukan tema keagamaan dengan identitas budaya lokal. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Langgar.co berfungsi tidak hanya sebagai media dakwah, tetapi juga sebagai ruang negosiasi budaya dan refleksi spiritual di era digital. Kata Kunci: Langgar.co; Suluk Kebudayaan, Dakwah Kultural; Analisis Wacana Kritis  Eksistensi media yang semakin berkembang, laman media terus mengembangkan tulisan kritis terhadap kebudayaan oleh beberapa penulis. Melihat hal tersebut, media ini memberikan alternatif dalam memahami konteks sejarah yang disajikan melalui beberapa artikel. Dalam artikel tersebut terdapat wacana menarik mengenai perjalanan manusia dari kejadian, keadaan, sampai dengan aspek kehidupan. Secara general, penelitian ini akan memberikan pandangan terhadap ideologi penulis yang dilihat dari sudut teks, praktik, dan praktik sosio budaya yang dilihat dengan wacana dan pesan dakwah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis artikel dalam menyampaikan pesan dakwah pada website lembar tahun 2021. Penelitian ini dipengaruhi oleh paradigma positivistik yang menggambarkan fenomena yang terjadi dalam kehidupan tidak terbatas, dan untuk menyederhanakan gejala sosial yang terjadi. Metodologi penelitian ini yang akan dianalisis dengan Analisis Wacana Kritis Norman Fairclough (Critical Discourse Analysis) merupakan metode baru dalam penelitian sosial dan budaya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa artikel mengandung pesan dakwah aqidah, akhlak, dan syariah yang terdapat dalam bagian judul, isi, maupun penutup. Rekomendasi penelitian ini diharapkan, media Langgar.co mampu mencerminkan dinamika dalam dakwah di era digital melalui laman websitenya.     The "All Eyes on Rafah" campaign, featuring an AI-generated image of a refugee tent formation spelling out the campaign's name, has emerged as a pivotal instance of global digital advocacy. This study examines the campaign in the context of Israel's devastating bombing of Palestinian refugee tents in Rafah, which resulted in significant civilian casualties. The research investigates how digital media and AI-generated imagery shape international humanitarian responses. Employing a qualitative, descriptive, and interdisciplinary approach, the study analyzes primary data sources through various theoretical frameworks, including viral images and news reports. The findings illuminate the transformative role of digital advocacy in influencing global perceptions and mobilizing humanitarian action, highlighting the potential of AI in such campaigns. This research contributes valuable insights to the media, political communication, and international relations fields. However, it is limited by its focus on a single case, indicating the necessity for further exploration of AI's broader implications in media and communication.     EFFECT OF PLICKERS-BASED DISCOVERY LEARNING ON LEARNING OUTCOMES IN SALT HYDROLYSIS AMONG CLASS XI MIPA STUDENTS AT SMA KARTIKA XX-1 MAKASSAR

    Students are always faced with a saturated situation due to uninteresting and monotonous learning models and media. This causes students to pay less attention to the teacher's explanation and causes low student learning outcomes. One way to improve student learning outcomes is to use the Discovery Learning Model with the help of technology-based assessment tools, namely Plickers. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of Plickers media in the Discovery Learning Model on the learning outcomes of Class XI MIPA students at SMA Kartika XX-1 Makassar. The research method used was quasi-experimental using a post-test only control group design. The research population was all classes XI MIPA SMA Kartika XX-1 Makassar with a total of six classes. The research sample was class XI MIPA 5 as the experimental class and class XI MIPA 4 as the control class. The data collection technique was carried out by giving a multiple-choice test with 20 validated items to obtain learning outcome data. Inferential statistical analysis used the Mann-Whitney test and obtained Zcount = 10.94 and the Ztable value at the 0.05 level of significance is 1.65. So that Zcount (10.94) > Ztabel (1.65), which means that the Plickers media in the Discovery Learning Model has an effect on participant learning outcomes.     This study aims to explore the impact of the Kiai Ageng Muhammad Besari grave pilgrimage tradition on fostering humanistic and spiritual attitudes among students at SDN 2 Ngrupit Ponorogo. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach with phenomenological paradigm, the research involved 25 students from grades V-VI, 5 teachers, 3 community leaders, and 2 grave caretakers through participant observation and semi-structured in-depth interviews. Results indicate that 78% of students experienced increased empathy, tolerance, and self-reflection after consistently participating in pilgrimage traditions. Findings reveal that pilgrimage functions not merely as a religious ritual but also as an effective character education medium bridging historical knowledge, spiritual introspection, and humanistic values. The study concludes that integrating pilgrimage traditions into educational curriculum contributes holistically to developing students' moral character and responsiveness to humanitarian values as well as local cultural heritage.   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi dampak tradisi ziarah makam Kiai Ageng Muhammad Besari terhadap pembentukan sikap humanis dan spiritualis siswa SDN 2 Ngrupit Ponorogo. Menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan paradigma fenomenologi, penelitian melibatkan 25 siswa kelas V-VI, 5 guru, 3 tokoh masyarakat, dan 2 pengurus makam melalui observasi partisipan dan wawancara mendalam semi-terstruktur. Hasil menunjukkan 78% siswa mengalami peningkatan empati, toleransi, dan refleksi diri setelah mengikuti tradisi ziarah secara konsisten. Temuan mengungkap bahwa ziarah tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai ritual keagamaan, tetapi juga sebagai wahana pendidikan karakter yang efektif dalam menjembatani pengetahuan sejarah, introspeksi spiritual, dan nilai-nilai humanis. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi tradisi ziarah dalam kurikulum pendidikan berkontribusi holistik terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa yang bermoral dan responsif terhadap nilai-nilai kemanusiaan serta warisan budaya lokal

    Social Studies Teacher Strategy to Overcoming the Problem of Boredom Through the Learning Media Domino Aurora (DORA) at SMPN 19 Malang

    In social studies learning in class IX, there are students who experience learning boredom, many students sleep during lessons and make noise in class. This is because teachers use lecture methods too much, teacher-based learning, and lack of varied learning media. The purpose of this study was to determine the efforts of social studies teachers in overcoming learning boredom through domino aurora learning media in class IX at SMPN 19 Malang. The research method used is qualitative with a case study type. The results of the study stated that domino aurora learning media is able to overcome student boredom, this can be seen from the absence of students who are sleepy during class hours. The inhibiting factors for this media are that students must have sufficient literacy skills and be able to be careful in arranging cards. While the supporting factors for domino aurora media are cooperation between group members, being able to overcome student boredom, students feel happy learning while playing and eliminating the stigma of boring social studies learning. The conclusion of this study is that through domino aurora (DORA) media, it is able to overcome social studies learning boredom in class IX students of SMPN 19 Malang

    Peningkatan Kompetensi Guru IPS dalam Mengembangkan Instrumen Penilaian Berbasis TIK Melalui Observasi Kelas

     ABSTRACT This research aims to explain the implementation and results of improving the competence of social studies teachers in developing TIK-based assessment instruments through classroom observation in junior high schools in Madiun City. Utilizing a qualitative approach, the research data were obtained through documentation, observation, and interviews. The research findings show that the implementation of improving teachers' competence in developing TIK-based assessment instruments includes four stages: preparation, classroom observation, feedback discovery, and follow-up. Furthermore, this study's results also demonstrate a significant improvement in teachers' competence in developing TIK-based assessment instruments through the classroom observation program. This improvement is evident, among other things, in teachers' ability to develop learning plans incorporating TIK-based assessment, their use of increasingly varied TIK-based assessment platforms, and the increased intensity of their TIK-based assessment utilization.  ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan penerapan dan hasil peningkatan kompetensi guru IPS dalam mengembangkan instrumen penilaian berbasis TIK melalui observasi kelas di SMP Kota Madiun. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif, data penelitian diperoleh melalui dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam mengembangkan instrumen penilaian berbasis TIK melalui observasi kelas meliputi 4 tahap, yaitu tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan observasi kelas, penemuan balikan, dan tindak lanjut. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa melalui program observasi kelas terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan terhadap kompetensi guru dalam mengembangkan instrumen penelitian berbasis TIK. Peningkatan tersebut salah satunya ditunjukkan dengan guru mampu menyusun perencanaan pembelajaran yang memuat penilaian berbasis TIK, jenis platform penilaian berbasis TIK yang digunakan semakin bervariasi, dan intensitas penggunaan penilaian berbasis TIK yang meningkat
