Analisis Politik Hukum dan Maslahah Mursalah Terhadap Perpanjangan Masa Jabatan Kepala Desa dalam Undang-Undang nomor 3 Tahun 2024 Tentang Desa
Abstract: The extension of the village head's term in Law Number 3 of 2024 has caused debate in various perspectives, both in terms of legal politics, democracy, and maṣlaḥah mursalah in Islamic law. This study aims to analyze the legal, sociological, and philosophical implications of the policy and review its impact on the stability of village governance, development effectiveness, and leadership accountability. The research method used is a normative approach with qualitative analysis of laws and regulations and literature studies. The results of the analysis show that although extending the term of office can increase the stability of the village government and budget efficiency, this policy has the potential to weaken the principles of democracy, restriction of power, and leadership regeneration. From the perspective of Maṣlaḥah Mursalah, this policy is more likely to cause harm than maslahat, especially in terms of potential oligarchy and abuse of power. Therefore, stricter supervision and periodic evaluation mechanisms are needed so that this policy continues to run in accordance with the principles of democracy and the welfare of the village community.

Islamic Accounting Standards and Financial Reporting: Perspectives from Indonesian Bank Practitioners
Introduction: The implementation of Islamic accounting standards in Indonesia aims to align financial reporting practices with Sharia principles, enhancing the trust of investors and stakeholders. Despite this intention, challenges persist in the practical application of these standards, such as a lack of deep understanding among staff and insufficient training. Previous studies have often overlooked the empirical perspectives of banking practitioners in the field, creating a gap in understanding the real-world implications of these standards. This study adopts a qualitative approach, utilizing in-depth interviews with ten practitioners from various Islamic banks in Indonesia. The findings indicate that the implementation of Islamic accounting standards has significantly improved the transparency and accuracy of financial reporting. Practitioners highlighted that these standards provide a framework more aligned with Sharia principles, boosting the confidence of stakeholders. However, the study also revealed persistent challenges, including the need for more comprehensive training programs to ensure effective implementation. The results suggest that while the adoption of Islamic accounting standards has brought substantial benefits, ongoing support and education are crucial for maximizing their potential impact. These insights are critical for regulators and practitioners aiming to enhance the effectiveness and sustainability of Islamic accounting practices in Indonesia

A Judge's Response to the Phenomenon of Indonesian Legal Pluralism: The Compartmentalization of Law on Divorce Case of Sasaknese Marriage
The legal plurality in a civil and plural society, such as Indonesian, is necessary. Today, Indonesians practice state law and are subject to religious and customary law. The Sasaknese live in Indonesia's state territory, which requires them to submit to Indonesian state law. In contexts of ethnicity and local civilization, they need the pursuance of Sasak customary law, and in the context of Muslims, they need the subservience of Islamic law. These three laws have rules regarding marriage law, tradition, and culture. This article will discuss and deal with the response of the state officer and the Praya Religious Court in Lombok Island in the case of Sasaknese divorce. The approach is socio-legal studies and the theory of legal compartmentalization. A methodological study of this article deals with juridical-normative-empirical analysis. The critical point explored in this article is the attitude of legal compartmentalization as an essential response from judges in seeing the phenomenon of legal plurality in the Sasak society. The judges adopted legal compartmentalization to provide justice, and protection, and balance rights and obligations between men/husbands and women/wives in a family.

Hikmah Dalam Perspektif Pembinaan Hukum Islam
This study aims to examine the concept of wisdom in Islamic law and its implications for the formulation of fair and contextual law. The method used is normative juridical research with a conceptual approach and analysis of the main sources of Islamic law, such as the Qur'an, Hadith, and the thoughts of scholars. The results of the study show that the wisdom of Islamic law does not only refer to discretion, but also to the purpose of the law (maqāṣid al-sharī'ah) which emphasizes the interests of the community.
