PLANTÃO PSICOLÓGICO E QUALIDADE DE VIDA DE TRABALHADORES DO SISTEMA FIEG: UM ESTUDO SÉRIE DE CASOS
No full textThis study aims to reflect on the impact of a Psychological On-Call intervention on the Quality of Life at Work (QWL) of workers in an industrial organization and to analyze its main disqualifiers. This is a mixed methodology study with pre- and post-intervention evaluation, cross-sectional and prospective. Six employees working at the Federation of Industries of Goiás (FIEG) participated in this study, and a sociodemographic form and three instruments for assessing QWL, anxiety and depression were applied: Quality of Working Life Questionnaire (QWLQ-Bref), Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) and Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAM-A). After psychological monitoring, employees were able to develop strategies to deal with stressful situations, significantly improving their control of anxiety and depression. Therefore, it is important for the institution to work, through effective and stable actions, on the preventive aspects of occupational health, aiming at monitoring employees and improving their QWL.El presente estudio tiene como objetivo reflexionar sobre el impacto de una intervención de Deber Psicológico en la Calidad de Vida en el Trabajo (CVL) de los trabajadores de una organización industrial y analizar sus principales descalificadores. Se trata de un estudio de metodología mixta con evaluación pre y postintervención, transversal y prospectiva. Participaron de este estudio seis empleados que trabajan en la Federación de Industrias de Goiás (FIEG), utilizando un formulario sociodemográfico y tres instrumentos para evaluar CVL, ansiedad y depresión: Cuestionario de Calidad de Vida Laboral (QWLQ-Bref), Escala Hospitalaria de Ansiedad y Depresión ( HADS) y Escala de Ansiedad de Hamilton (HAM-A). Tras el asesoramiento psicológico, los empleados pudieron desarrollar estrategias para afrontar situaciones estresantes, mejorando significativamente su control de la ansiedad y la depresión. Por lo tanto, se destaca la importancia de que la institución trabaje, a través de acciones efectivas y estables, en los aspectos preventivos de la salud ocupacional, con el objetivo de monitorear a los empleados y mejorar su CVL.O presente estudo objetiva refletir sobre o impacto de uma intervenção de Plantão Psicológico na Qualidade de Vida no Trabalho (QVT) de trabalhadores de uma organização industrial e analisar seus principais desqualificadores. Trata-se de um estudo de metodologia mista e de avaliação pré e pós-intervenção, transversal e prospectivo. A INFLUÊNCIA DO NEOLIBERALISMO NA EDUCAÇÃO: IMPACTO NA CULTURA DA FORMAÇÃO DOCENTE
No full textThe objective of this article is to contribute to reflections on the impacts of neoliberalism, through multilateral international agencies, on the Brazilian educational system, especially on teacher training. This study was carried out based on an expanded bibliographic survey that allowed us to locate research on this topic that supported the data analysis and a documentary research whose main sources were the MEC/CNE Opinion No. 2,167/2019 and the CNE/CP Resolution No. 2, of December 20, 2019, which establishes the National Curricular Guidelines for the Initial Training of Basic Education Teachers and the Common National Base for the Initial Training of Basic Education Teachers (BNC-Basic Education). The analysis carried out revealed that teacher training is increasingly becoming instrumental, used with the objective of meeting the needs of capital, directed by multilateral international agencies.O objetivo deste artigo é contribuir para as reflexões sobre os impactos do neoliberalismo, por meio das agências internacionais multilaterais, no sistema educacional do Brasil , especialmente na formação de professores. Este estudos foi realizado a partir de um levantamento bibliográfico ampliado que permitiu localizar pesquisas sobre esta temática que subsidiaram as análises dos dados e um pesquisa documental que teve como fonts principais o Parecer MEC/CNE nº 2.167/2019 e a Resolução CNE/CP nº 2, de 20 de dezembro de 2019, que institui as Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais para a Formação Inicial de Professores da Educação Básica e a Base Nacional Comum para a Formação Inicial de Professores da Educação Básica (BNC-Educação Básica). UMA PROPOSTA DE ESCUTA CUIDADOSA E AFETIVA DE CRIANÇAS E ADOLESCENTES VÍTIMAS DE VIOLÊNCIA SEXUAL
No full textThis article discusses the listening of children and adolescents, within the scope of the Brazilian judicial system, who are victims of sexual violence. It brings reflections on the impacts of this process on the sociability and subjectivity of the victims, highlighting the risks that the covid-19 pandemic caused due to the silencing of the phenomenon. In this line of argument, it exposes a proposal for careful and affective listening linked to the Special Testimony, based on legislation and studies on childhood and youth. The persistence of rape culture in Brazil, not only of women, but also of girls and boys, is historical and recurrent; However, it is still seen as fatality, carelessness or the result of a dysfunctional and criminal sexuality. Listening to children and adolescents who have experienced traumas of this nature is complex and requires sensitivity and training. Thus, through bibliographic and documentary research, added to the authors' empirical knowledge about this demand, this article brings interdisciplinary problematizations on the subject.Este artigo discute sobre a escuta de crianças e adolescentes, no âmbito do sistema judiciário brasileiro, vítimas de violência sexual.Traz reflexões sobre os impactos desse processo na sociabilidade e subjetividade das vítimas, evidenciando os riscos que a pandemia da covid-19 provocou devido ao silenciamento do fenômeno. Nessa linha argumentativa, expõe uma proposta de escuta cuidadosa e afetiva vinculada ao Depoimento Especial, tendo como base legislações e estudos sobre infância e juventude. A persistência da cultura do estupro no Brasil, não só de mulheres, mas também de meninas e meninos, é histórica e recorrente;contudo, ainda é olhada como fatalidade, descuido ou resultado de uma sexualidade disfuncional e criminosa. Escutar crianças e adolescentes que vivenciaram traumas dessa natureza é complexo e exige sensibilidade e formação. No full textThe defense of Human Rights needs to be reaffirmed in the face of the uncertainties of the present time, especially through coordination with education. This paper introduces the Virtual Exhibition: Times of Discrimination and Human Rights, a photographic production organized by the X research group at University X. The article details the process of constructing the Virtual Exhibition and describes how this initiative sensitized the pedagogical teams of schools regarding the relationship between Education and Human Rights in times of pandemic. It is a qualitative and exploratory research, grounded in the guidelines of action research, focusing on problematizing the need for an antidiscriminatory education guided by human rights and considering the social markers of difference. The results point to the urgent defense of an education that does not fall into the fallacy of impossible neutrality but looks at each individual as desiring and unique.La defensa de los Derechos Humanos necesita ser reafirmada frente al contexto de incertidumbre del tiempo presente, especialmente a través de la articulación con la educación. Este trabajo presenta la Exposición Virtual: Tiempos de Discriminación y Derechos Humanos, una producción fotográfica organizada por el grupo de investigación X de la Universidad X. El artículo informa sobre el proceso de construcción de la Exposición Virtual y describe de qué manera esta acción sensibilizó a los equipos pedagógicos de las escuelas sobre la relación entre la Educación y los Derechos Humanos en tiempos de pandemia. Se trata de una investigación cualitativa y exploratoria, respaldada por las pautas de la investigación-acción, centrándose en problematizar la necesidad de una educación antidiscriminatoria, guiada por los derechos humanos y teniendo en cuenta los marcadores sociales de la diferencia. Los resultados señalan la urgente defensa de una educación que no caiga en la falacia de la neutralidad imposible, sino que mire a cada sujeto como deseante y singular.A defesa dos Direitos Humanos precisa ser reafirmada frente ao contexto de incertezas do tempo presente, sobretudo por meio da articulação com a educação. No full textFrom the field of knowledge of social psychology and education, this essay has as its central to problematize the proliferation of diagnoses in the field of childhood, mainly Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD). We defend the need to invent other ways of relating to children in the post-Covid-19 pandemic and think about how we are accepting their opposition to the world we offer them. Therefore, we think about dissident childhoods, black childhoods, poor childhoods. We are inspired by all the children who have to deal with adults who are too tired to understand the needs of this age group. We composed our text based on dialogue with the novel titled Suddenly, in the depths of the forest, by Amós Oz, combining our writing with discussions that focus on the demedicalization of childhood and education, in search of a more loving and playful world project.Partindo do campo de conhecimento da psicologia social e da educação, este artigo-ensaio tem como eixo central problematizar a proliferação de diagnósticos no campo das infâncias, principalmente o Transtorno Opositor Desafiador (TOD). Defendemos a necessidade de inventarmos outras formas de nos relacionarmos com crianças no pós-pandemia por Covid-19 e pensarmos em como estamos acolhendo suas oposições ao mundo que ofertamos as mesmas. Para tanto, pensamos nas infâncias dissidentes, infâncias negras, infâncias pobres; nos inspiramos em todas as crianças que precisam lidar com adultas/os que estão cansadas/os demais para entender as necessidades desta faixa etária. CRIANÇAS E DESIGUALDADES SOCIAIS NO PÓS-PANDEMIA
No full textThe text focuses on children and social inequalities and seeks to discuss how social inequalities affected children in the pandemic and post-pandemic, based on studies carried out by international and national organizations. For the theoretical-methodological framework, an exploratory study was done intend to reflect about inequalities from a multidimensional perspective and on children's narratives that bring the marks of an unequal society. It is concluded that social inequalities, accentuated during the pandemic, had an impact post-pandemic on different dimensions of children's lives and daily practices in Early Childhood Education institutions, which required knowledge, welcoming actions from teachers and other education professionals and listening to children.O texto tematiza as crianças e as desigualdades sociais e discute sobre como estas afetaram as crianças na pandemia e no pós-pandemia, a partir de estudos realizados por organismos internacionais e nacionais. Para a tessitura teórico-metodológica fez-se um estudo exploratório e buscou-se refletir sobre as desigualdades na perspectiva multidimensional e sobre narrativas infantis que trazem as marcas de uma sociedade desigual. Conclui-se que as desigualdades sociais, acentuadas na pandemia, incidiram no pós-pandemia em distintas dimensões da vida das crianças e das práticas cotidianas em instituições de Educação Infantil, o que solicitou de docentes e de outros profissionais da educação conhecimento, ações de acolhimento e de escuta das crianças.
ALTERAÇÕES E CONTORNOS METODOLÓGICOS DE UMA PESQUISA COM CRIANÇAS EM PANDEMIA
No full textThis paper discusses the methodological path of an empirical study with children carried out during the pandemic. The aim is to show and discuss the necessary changes in an investigative process in which the research objects were extrapolated by the fact that the general circumstances of the investigation were closely linked to the concrete issues on which the research problem focused. Based on critical studies, the text argues that the research into the educational context of children from different social backgrounds (social class) and digital culture, outlined prior to the pandemic, continued with the same problematic and initial objective, but underwent changes in its investigative process and the reflections of these contours played a major role in its results.Trata-se de uma discussão sobre o percurso metodológico de uma pesquisa empírica com crianças realizada durante a pandemia. O objetivo é mostrar e discutir as mudanças necessárias em um processo investigativo em cujos objetos de pesquisa foram extrapolados pelo fato de as circunstâncias de ordem geral da investigação estarem intimamente ligadas às questões concretas em que o problema de pesquisa se debruçava. O texto constrói, com base nos estudos críticos, que a pesquisa sobre o contexto educacional da criança de diferentes realidades sociais (classe social) e a cultura digital, delineada anteriormente à pandemia, continuou com a mesma problemática e objetivo inicial, porém, sofreu mudanças no seu processo investigativo e os reflexos desses contornos participaram sobremaneira dos seus resultados

No full textThis paper discusses the relationships produced by the construction of theatrical education methodologies accessible to children and young people with visual impairment. As a result of a master’s research in times of pandemic, the methodological paths co-created by a theater teacher and a former student with visual impairment who shared experiences through theater education are exposed. In order to examine their impressions about this dialogue between theatrical education, visual impairment, childhood and youth, as well as the possibility of practices that provide an accessible theatrical education the experience of non-visuality. It seeks to reflect on the complexity of doing theater and doing education that consider the multiplicity of ways of being in the world, based on assumptions that share concepts that support to the heterogeneity of bodies, inventive learning and perceptual experience. The notions of childhood, youth and disability are also discussed from the studies of the Social Sciences.Este artigo aborda as relações produzidas pela construção de metodologias de educação teatral acessíveis às crianças e jovens com deficiência visual. Como resultado de pesquisa de mestrado em tempos de pandemia são expostos os caminhos metodológicos cocriados por uma professora de teatro e um ex-aluno com deficiência visual que compartilharam experiências por meio da educação teatral. A fim de perscrutar suas impressões acerca desta interlocução entre a educação teatral, deficiência visual, infância e juventude, bem como as possibilidade de práticas que propiciem uma educação teatral acessível à experiência da não visualidade. Busca-se refletir acerca da complexidade de fazer teatro e de fazer educação que considerem a multiplicidade de modos de ser no mundo, partindo de pressupostos que comunguem conceitos que se aportam na heterogeneidade de corpos, na aprendizagem inventiva e na experiência perceptiva. No full textIn recent decades, the Catholic community and society as a whole have been faced with the issue of sexual scandals involving priests. Episodes involving minors are especially worrying, considering that, in theory, the Church should be a space that provides welcome and security for both its faithful and its employees. In this area, reflections and propositions concerning sexual education in the priestly context emerge as urgent matters. Ignoring these problems is an inefficient attitude, which tends to increase cases and drive Catholics away from religious life. The book by professor Elismar Alves dos Santos, entitled Seminar and Sexuality: ethical-moral education in priestly formation, stands out as an indispensable reference on the topic in question.Nas últimas décadas, a comunidade católica e a sociedade como um todo têm se defrontado com a temática dos escândalos sexuais envolvendo sacerdotes. Os episódios envolvendo menores de idade são especialmente preocupantes, tendo em consideração que, em tese, a Igreja deveria ser um espaço fornecedor de acolhimento e de segurança tanto aos seus fiéis quanto aos seus funcionários. Nessa seara, as reflexões e proposições concernentes à educação sexual no contexto sacerdotal surgem como urgências. Passar ao largo dessas problemáticas é uma atitude ineficiente, que tende a aumentar os casos e afastar os católicos da vida religiosa. JUVENTUDE, BUSCA POR SENTIDO E ESPIRITUALIDADE
No full textIn the contemporary context, the centrality of the body in the relentless pursuit of performance improvement generates a constant unease. Health has become the supreme ideal, leading to a state of permanent stress. Panic, as a primordial expression of this unease, is socially triggered, especially in situations of evaluation by the gaze of others, leading to a dominant spatialization in subjective experience. Hyperactivity emerges as a diffuse response to this unease, manifesting in explosiveness, violence, and impulsivity. The lack of adequate symbolization results in uncontrollable emotional manifestations, while the body specialized in the somatic confines the world to spatial coordinates, eliminating expansion and horizons. Contemporary spirituality, marked by narcissistic and individualistic values, faces challenges amid the pandemic and cases of sexual abuse in the church. The pursuit of dynamic and practical foundations intensifies the risk of spirituality becoming narcissistic. Prosperity theology, from a psychoanalytic perspective, reveals issues associated with narcissism in society. The culture of narcissism, propelled by consumerism, weakens social bonds, leading to a constant quest for immediate gratification. The search for meaning in contemporary youth is marked by existential angst and constant experimentation. Religions lose ground as stable sources of meaning, giving way to plural and syncretic spiritualities. The void is filled by fundamentalist positions that offer illusions of fulfillment. In this scenario, post-truth manifests, reflecting the narcissistic and individualistic society where emotion surpasses reason. The aestheticization of existence and the quest for the self-become dominant, resulting in a cultural environment with no space for authentic relationships and fundamental symbolic rituals.No contexto contemporâneo, a centralidade do corpo na busca incessante pela melhoria do desempenho gera um constante mal-estar. A saúde tornou-se o ideal supremo, levando a um estado de estresse permanente. O pânico, como expressão primordial desse mal-estar, é desencadeado socialmente, especialmente em situações de avaliação pelo olhar do outro, levando a uma espacialização dominante na experiência subjetiva. A hiperatividade surge como resposta difusa a esse mal-estar, manifestando-se na explosividade, violência e impulsividade. A falta de simbolização adequada resulta em manifestações emocionais incontroláveis, enquanto o corpo especializado no somático limita o mundo às coordenadas espaciais, eliminando expansão e horizontes. A espiritualidade contemporânea, marcada por valores narcisistas e individualistas, enfrenta desafios diante da pandemia e casos de abuso sexual na igreja. A busca por fundamentos dinâmicos e práticos intensifica o risco de a espiritualidade se tornar narcisista. A teologia da prosperidade, sob uma perspectiva psicanalítica, revela problemas associados ao narcisismo na sociedade. A cultura do narcisismo, impulsionada pelo consumismo, enfraquece os laços sociais, levando a uma busca constante por gratificação imediata. A busca por sentido na juventude contemporânea é marcada por uma angústia existencial e uma experimentação constante. As religiões perdem espaço como fontes estáveis de sentido, dando lugar a espiritualidades plurais e sincréticas. O vazio é preenchido por posições fundamentalistas que oferecem ilusões de preenchimento. Nesse cenário, a pós-verdade se manifesta, refletindo a sociedade narcísica e individualista, onde a emoção supera a razão. A estetização da existência e a busca pelo eu tornam-se dominantes, resultando em um ambiente cultural sem espaço para relações autênticas e rituais simbólicos fundamentais
