ARQUIDIOCESE DE BELO HORIZONTE E SINODALIDADE: PROJETO PASTORAL CONSTRUIR A ESPERANÇA
No full textBetween 1990 and 1996, the Archdiocese of Belo Horizonte elaborated and conducted the Pastoral Project Build Hope. It represented an expressive experience of synodality through the reception of the Second Vatican Council. This article presents this project in its preparation and as well as the different phases of its realization. Our analysis is situated in the course of the history of this archdiocese. The research used several documentary sources for its realization. Its objective is to demonstrate how this experience occurred in an archdiocese based in a city that is the capital of a state of the federation since its foundation and a large urban center in a country of modernity and late urbanization.A Arquidiocese de Belo Horizonte elaborou e conduziu entre os anos 1990 e 1996 o Projeto Pastoral Construir a Esperança. Ele representou uma expressiva experiência de sinodalidade por meio da recepção do Concílio Vaticano II. Esse artigo apresenta esse projeto em seu momento de preparação e bem como as distintas fases de sua realização. Nossa análise está situada no percurso da história dessa arquidiocese. A pesquisa utilizou de fontes documentais diversas para sua realização. Seu objetivo é demonstrar como ocorreu essa experiência numa arquidiocese sediada em uma cidade que é capital de um estado da federação desde sua fundação e grande centro urbano em um país de modernidade e urbanização tardia.  
A PRESENÇA E O PROTAGONISMO FEMININO NAS COMUNIDADES CRISTÃS PRIMITIVAS À LUZ DAS CARTAS PAULINAS
No full textThis work analyzes the presence and protagonism of women in Primitive Christian Communities in the light of the Pauline Letters. Such an approach is necessary, since, during long years of Christian history and even nowadays, when interpreting some writings that make up Paul's Letters, many scholars have pointed out the apostle as a man who has an aversion to women and one of the mainly responsible for the past and current situation of submission and exclusion of women in some sectors of society and the Christian Church. The purpose of this article is to describe the structure of the first Pauline Christian communities, identifying the charisms lived there and highlighting the female role within them. The research is based on inductive merit and is anchored in bibliographical research, having an exploratory character with a pastoral biblical emphasis, with the qualitative approach contributing to the critical analysis of the data collected. The analysis demonstrates how the relationship between Paul and Christian women occurs, identifying him as one of the first and greatest defenders of women in the history of Christianity, an apostle who demonstrates a very high regard for women, and can be considered a precursor of feminism.
Este trabalho analisa a presença e o protagonismo feminino nas Comunidades Cristãs Primitivas à luz das Cartas Paulinas. Tal abordagem faz-se necessária, visto que, durante longos anos da história cristã e até mesmo na atualidade, ao interpretar alguns escritos que compõem as Cartas de Paulo, muitos estudiosos têm apontado o apóstolo como um homem que tem aversão à mulher e um dos principais responsáveis pela passada e atual conjuntura de submissão e exclusão das mulheres em alguns setores da sociedade e da Igreja Cristã. A finalidade deste artigo consiste em descrever a estrutura das primeiras comunidades cristãs paulinas, identificando os carismas ali vividos e evidenciando o protagonismo feminino dentro delas. A pesquisa fundamenta-se no método indutivo e está ancorada na pesquisa bibliográfica, possuindo um caráter exploratório com ênfase bíblico pastoral, sendo que a abordagem qualitativa contribui para a análise crítica dos dados coletados. A análise demonstra como se dá a relação entre Paulo e as mulheres cristãs, identificando-o como um dos primeiros e maiores defensores da mulher na história do cristianismo, um apóstolo que demonstra uma altíssima consideração pelas mulheres, podendo ser considerado um precursor do feminismo
PATRIMÔNIO CULTURAL CATÓLICO E AS POTENCIALIDADES PARA USO TURÍSTICO
No full textThe aim of this study is to analyze the potential for the tourist use of Catholic cultural heritage in the city of Curitiba, based on the city's ethnic settlement characteristic. Given the theoretical discussion regarding the formation of colonial cities as a legacy of a very peculiar feature of the civilization that shapes them, the initial question is: Is it possible to promote tourism through the religious heritage of Curitiba? What is the historical relationship between the religious heritage and the formation of the city of Curitiba? The study's findings indicate that, based on a brief historical analysis of the city, Curitiba inherited religiosity, which marked the settlement process of European colonists. It is considered that immigration played a fundamental role in the religious formation of the people of Curitiba. Therefore, it is possible to consider that Curitiba possesses the necessary heritage assets to create a portfolio of cultural and religious attractions for tourism purposes.O objetivo deste estudo é analisar as potencialidades para o uso turístico do patrimônio cultural católico na cidade de Curitiba, fundamentada na característica de povoamento étnico da cidade. Diante da discussão teórica a respeito da formação das cidades coloniais como herança de uma característica muito peculiar da civilização que a forma, a pergunta inicial é: é possível a turistificação do patrimônio religioso de Curitiba? Qual a relação histórica entre o patrimônio religioso e a formação da cidade de Curitiba? O resultado do estudo aponta que, a partir da breve análise histórica da cidade, Curitiba herdou a religiosidade, que marcou o processo de assentamento de colonos provenientes da Europa. Considera-se que a questão da imigração teve papel fundamental na formação religiosa do povo curitibano, é possível considerar que Curitiba contém um aparato patrimonial necessário para compor um portfólio de atrativos para a turistificação de cunho cultural e religioso
TAXONOMIA DOS MONSTROS NO CRISTIANISMO PRIMITIVO
No full textThe aim of this article is to present the theme of the monster and the monstrous in the texts of early Christianity, not only drawing attention to their presence in the sources, in their most diverse manifestations, but above all proposing a working definition of the monster, in dialogue with what has come to be called the Theory of the Monstrous. This theory proposes analyzing culture through the monsters it produces. Here we specifically propose to analyze the religiosity of the early Christians through the monsters they produced and through which they articulated their experience and imagination of the sacred. Monsters, hybrid and metamorphic beings who live in liminal spaces, open up a promising gateway to understanding a connective and ecologically radical religiosity, in which humans relate without privilege, decentered, with metahuman agents and with the environment. Este artigo tem como objetivo apresentar a temática do monstro e do monstruoso nos textos do cristianismo primitivo, não chamando apenas a atenção para a sua presença nas fontes, em suas mais diversas manifestações, mas, antes de tudo, propondo uma definição de trabalho do monstro, em diálogo do que se convencionou chamar de Teoria do Monstruoso. Essa teoria propõe analisar a cultura pelos monstros que ela produz. Aqui nos propomos especificamente a analisar a religiosidade dos primeiros cristãos pelos monstros que produzem e por meio das quais articulam sua experiência e imaginação do sagrado. Os monstros, seres híbridos e metamórficos, que vivem em espaços liminares, nos abrem uma promissora porta de entrada para compreender uma religiosidade conectiva e ecologicamente radical, na qual humanos se relacionam sem privilégios, descentrados, com agentes metahumanos e com o ambiente. 
TERAPIAS QUE SE CONVERTEM EM RELIGIÃO: UM ESTUDO A PARTIR DA CONSTELAÇÃO FAMILIAR
No full textThis article proposes a reflection on the reciprocal appropriations between the religious and the secular in the contemporary world. To this end, it considers the dynamics of cultural appropriation of therapeutic techniques by some spiritualist movements, which lend knowledge and practices originating from medicine a markedly religious connotation, defining a new paradigm of public health in the Western world. Specifically, it addresses so-called integrative and complementary health practices and the tensions and dialogues arising from their increasing use in secular and public environments. In this context, Family Constellation has successfully adapted to the emotional health market, adapting its practices to corporate contexts, public health and education, as well as the judicial system. It also experiences increasing instrumentalization by spiritualist movements, acquiring ritualistic forms and providing the basis for new institutionalizations of a spiritualist/religious nature. At the same time, it seeks to assert itself as a therapeutic practice with a scientific basis. Based on the analysis of this dynamic between the secular and the religious and its current reconfiguration in Brazil, it aims to contribute to a topic that is still little explored by academic approaches and practically unheard of religious studies.O presente artigo propõe uma reflexão sobre as apropriações recíprocas entre o religioso e o secular no mundo contemporâneo. Para tanto, considera as dinâmicas de apropriação cultural de técnicas terapêuticas por parte de alguns movimentos espiritualistas, que emprestam a conhecimentos e práticas oriundos da medicina uma conotação marcadamente religiosa, definindo um novo paradigma de saúde pública no mundo ocidental. Especificamente, aborda as chamadas práticas integrativas e complementares de saúde e as tensões e diálogos decorrentes de seu crescente uso em ambientes laicos e públicos. Nesse contexto, a Constelação familiar tem se adequado com sucesso ao mercado de saúde emocional, adequando de suas práticas a contextos corporativos, à saúde e à educação públicas, assim como ao sistema judiciário. Também, experimenta uma crescente instrumentalização por parte de movimentos espiritualistas, adquirindo formas ritualísticas e embasando novas institucionalizações de caráter espiritualista/religioso. Ao mesmo tempo que busca se afirmar como prática terapêutica com base cientifica. A partir da análise desta dinâmica entre o secular e o religioso e sua reconfiguração no Brasil nos dias de hoje, procura-se contribuir com um tema ainda pouco explorado pelos estudos acadêmicos e praticamente inédito nas Ciências da Religião

No full textThis article approaches the teacher experience in indigenous communities on Canabrava region, located at Barra do Corda, Maranhão and results from the clipping of an experienced production of the curricular matrix Education and Diversities from the Graduation Program in Education at the Federal University of Piauí. It is a research that arises from the reality experienced for the researcher in the volunteer activity as literacy teacher providing restlessness and affectations that led her to master's research. It is based on studies by Candau (2012), Panikkar (2004), Gauthier (2012), Krenak (2022), Hooks (2022), Silva (2022), Kastrup (2014), Deleuze and Guattari (1995), among others that cross over about educating in Human Rights, in addition to studies carried out during the master by the author.Este artigo analisa saberes indígenas que corroboram nos modos de educar em direitos humanos a partir das narrativas produzidas na experiência docente vivenciada em comunidade originária, na Região Canabrava, localizada em Barra do Corda, Maranhão. Resulta de produção vivenciada na matriz curricular Educação e Diversidades no Mestrado em Educação da Universidade Federal do Piauí. Com o uso do diário de itinerância, faz uma cartografia das memórias dos saberes experienciais, transversalizando com conceitos do educar em direitos humanos. É uma pesquisa que nasce da realidade vivenciada na atividade voluntária como docente alfabetizadora entre indígenas, proporcionando afetamentos que levaram à pesquisa de mestrado. É baseado nos estudos de Candau (2012), Panikkar (2004), Gauthier ( 2012), Krenak (2022), Hooks (2022), Silva (2022), Kastrup (2014), Deleuze e Guattari (1995), dentre outros. A pesquisa cartográfica comprova a potência dos saberes indígenas como pistas para o educar em Direitos Humanos.
A PECADORA PERDOADA QUE AMA: UMA ANÁLISE TEOLÓGICA DE LC 7,36-50 – A PARTICIPAÇÃO DAS MULHERES NA VIDA DA IGREJA
No full textThis article has as its goal to analyze the pericope of the forgiven sinner and who loves (Lc 7,36-50); as well as the participation of the women in the life of the church. Intend to provoke reflections about of the machismo and clericalism in the Catholic Church, also about postures distorted, which were created throughout the centuries, through the patriarchal, that excluded the women of the public life in society, in the church and when taking decisions. Using an anthropocentric posture, the man believed they had the right to submit the women and enslave them, turning them in their propriety. In the Jewish culture, there was a negative vision of women, always considered as a danger, factor of temptation and sin. This model, is still present in several societies, including Brazil, which presents striking data of disrespect and violence against the women. It is necessary an involvement of all civil and religious society in the fight of abusive and disrespectful against them. The church needs to avoid the omission. Pope Francis reinforces the liberator project of Master Jesus, when valuing the female dignity, vocation and ministry. It is necessary to read the biblical texts with other points of view and open us to the evangelic novelty, announced by Jesus of Nazareth.Este artigo pretende provocar reflexões a respeito do machismo e clericalismo na Igreja Católica, herança do sistema patriarcal, que exclui a mulher da vida pública na sociedade, na Igreja e nas tomadas de decisões. O Papa Francisco reforça o projeto libertador do Mestre Jesus ao valorizar a dignidade, a vocação e o ministério feminino

No full textThis article presents a study on the role of the National Association of Postgraduate Studies and Research in Education - ANPEd and the Interforum Movement of Early Childhood Education in Brazil – MIEIB in defending children and childhood during the Covid-19 pandemic. The aim is to discuss the organized civil society involved in this debate, demonstrating the degree of organicity of these groups in forwarding proposals for a project and policy for safe Early Childhood Education and the preservation of life during the pandemic period. The information was collected on the websites of these two social entities. The results show an effort by organized civil society to present proposals for Early Childhood Education during and after the pandemic period.Este artigo apresenta um estudo sobre o papel da Associação Nacional de Pós-Graduação e Pesquisa em Educação - ANPEd e do Movimento Interfóruns de Educação Infantil do Brasil - MIEIB na defesa das crianças e infâncias no período da pandemia da Covid-19. Busca-se discutir a sociedade civil organizada envolvida nesse debate, demonstrando o grau de organicidade desses grupos para o encaminhamento de propostas a um projeto e política de Educação Infantil segura e de preservação da vida em período pandêmico. As informações foram coletadas nos sites dessas duas entidades sociais. Os resultados mostram um esforço da sociedade civil organizada em apresentar propostas para a Educação Infantil durante e após o período pandêmico
O BRINCAR DAS CRIANÇAS EM TEMPOS DIGITAIS: : A PRODUÇÃO DE DISCURSOS NA EDUCAÇÃO
No full textThe Thesis aims to problematize the production of circulating discourses in the area of Education, using research already carried out around children's play in the interface with digital technologies, to seek clues to the conditions of provenance and emergence of such discourses, and to highlight the devices that agency knowledge and educational practices of childhood. The conceptual field is constructed in the form of toy-concepts, based on the studies of Michel Foucault. It was possible to delineate the operation of three devices: the device of dangerousness, the device of redemption and the device of development. The hazard device involves practices of control and monitoring of children's access to digital technologies, defending as fundamental the return to games considered traditional, from the perspective of managing risks. The redemption device, articulated with the first, mediates school digital education practices to "save" or "redeem" children with deviant or problematic behaviors in the use of digital technologies. The developmental device, in turn, seeks in developmental psychology justifications for play mediated by digital technologies as a resource to stimulate (progressive) cognitive development and facilitate school learning, in an excessive praise of its benefits and potentialities. In the assemblages composed of the three devices there are also potential events, virtual lines of flight, gaps in normalization, which in playing with and with children, opens space for a becoming-child of play itself, with which the invention of worlds is actualized. From this, I support the thesis that playing – crossed by digital technologies – tends to be transformed into a regulated, modulated and pedagogically instrumentalized experience by the discourses of Education, devitalizing its condition as a potential other place – heterotopic – where it insists on updating a becoming-child of playing, linked to the signs of experience, friendship and the invention of worlds.
A Tese visa problematizar a produção de discursos circulantes na área da Educação, servindo-se de pesquisas já realizadas em torno do brincar das crianças na interface com as tecnologias digitais, para buscar pistas das condições de proveniência e emergência de tais discursos, e evidenciar os dispositivos que agenciam saberes e práticas educativas da infância. O campo conceitual se constrói sob a forma de conceitos-brinquedo, a partir dos estudos de Michel Foucault. Foi possível delinear a operação de três dispositivos: o dispositivo da periculosidade, o dispositivo da redenção e o dispositivo do desenvolvimento. O dispositivo da periculosidade envolve práticas de controle e monitoramento do acesso das crianças às tecnologias digitais, defendendo como fundamental o retorno às brincadeiras consideradas tradicionais, na perspectiva de fazer a gestão de riscos. Já o dispositivo da redenção, articulado ao primeiro, agencia práticas de educação digital escolar para “salvar” ou “redimir” as crianças com condutas desviantes ou problemáticas no uso das tecnologias digitais. O dispositivo do desenvolvimento, por sua vez, busca na psicologia do desenvolvimento justificativas para o brincar mediado pelas tecnologias digitais enquanto um recurso para estimular o desenvolvimento (progressivo) cognitivo e facilitar a aprendizagem escolar, num elogio desmedido de suas benesses e potencialidades. Nos agenciamentos compostos pelos três dispositivos há também acontecimentos em potencial, virtuais linhas de fuga, brechas na normalização, que no brincar junto das e com as crianças, abre espaço para um devir-criança do próprio brincar, com o qual se atualiza a invenção de mundos. A partir disso, sustento a tese de que o brincar – atravessado pelas tecnologias digitais – tende a ser transformado em experiência regulada, modulada e instrumentalizada pedagogicamente pelos discursos da Educação, desvitalizando sua condição de potencial lugar outro – heterotópico – onde insiste em se atualizar um devir-criança do brincar, ligado aos signos da experiência, da amizade e da invenção de mundos
GOVERNANÇA E OS BENS DEMOCRÁTICOS NOS CONSELHOS MUNICIPAIS DE TURISMO DA REGIÃO TURÍSTICA DO BREJO PARAIBANO
No full textConsidering that democratic practice is something provided for in the Brazilian Federal Constitution of 1988 (CFB) and which defines the democratic state of law, it is expected that when legal instruments are drawn up, democracy will be egalitarian in the division of representations and spaces of public Power. The present research aims to analyze the existence of democratic assets in municipal tourism councils in the tourist region of brejo Paraíba. Therefore, the question arises: Were democratic assets considered during the drafting of the laws that created and regulate the councils of the municipalities in the tourist region of the Paraíba marsh? The motivation to develop this research came through the author's feeling of belonging as he comes from the tourist region of the brejo of Paraíba. And, also, upon realizing that municipal public tourism policies were not very coherent with the principle of democracy, the desire to contribute to their development arose. Thus, this work seeks to emphasize the importance of popular participation practices and power relations in the formulation of local and regional development programs. This research is qualitative, exploratory in nature, using an inductive approach, and epistemological based on constructivism that guide the production of knowledge. The methodological procedures were based on bibliographical and documentary research and interviews through content analysis, when analyzing the laws that create and regulate municipal tourism councils. The sample for this research are the municipalities in the tourist region of the Paraíba brejo that make up the current Brazilian Tourism Map. This work seeks to highlight democratic goods, considering inclusion, popular control, considered judgment and transparency. It is considered that the present study can contribute to the state of the art of knowledge about the relationship between tourism and democracy in the elaboration of public policies developed in governance bodies. The aim is to document the degree of presence of democratic assets in public tourism policies in Brejo Paraibano.Considerando que a prática democrática é algo previsto na Constituição Federal Brasileira de 1988 (CFB) e que define o estado democrático de direito, espera-se que no momento de elaboração dos instrumentos legais, a democracia seja igualitária na divisão das representações e dos espaços de poder público. A presente pesquisa tem o objetivo analisar a existência de bens democráticos nos conselhos municipais de turismo da região turística do brejo paraibano. Portanto, questiona-se: Será que os bens democráticos foram considerados durante a elaboração das leis que criaram e regulamentam os conselhos dos municípios da região turística do brejo paraibano? A motivação para desenvolver esta pesquisa, veio através do sentimento de pertencimento do autor por ser oriundo da região turística do brejo paraibano. E, também, ao perceber que as políticas públicas municipais de turismo não estavam muito coerentes com o princípio da democracia, surgiu o desejo de contribuir para o desenvolvimento das mesmas. Assim, este trabalho busca enfatizar a importância das práticas de participação popular e as relações de poder na formulação de programas de desenvolvimento local e regional. Esta pesquisa é qualitativa, com caráter exploratório, mediante abordagem indutiva, e epistemológica com base no construtivismo que norteiam a produção do conhecimento. Os procedimentos metodológicos basearam-se na pesquisa bibliográfica, documental e a realização de entrevistas por meio da análise de conteúdo, ao analisar as leis que criam e regulamentam os conselhos municipais de turismo.
