Pengaruh Pemberian Reward dan Punishment Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Perusahaan Pembongkaran Swasta Bekasi Timur
This study examines the effect of reward and punishment on employee performance at PT Nadia Rahma, it is important to understand these dynamics in improving the quality of human resources in the era of globalization. The methodology used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression, involving 48 employees selected using the saturated sample technique. The results show that reward has a positive and significant effect on performance, while punishment has a negative and significant effect. Simultaneously, these two variables affect performance by 18.4%. These findings are in line with previous research, but also highlight the negative impact of excessive punishment. This study adds novelty by identifying the percentage effect of reward and punishment, providing an in-depth insight into the interaction of the two variables in the context of demolition companies.

Human resources as a resource in a company have a strategic role compared to other resources. Humans play a very important role in the development of a company. If a company has higher quality human resources than its competitors, then its performance will definitely increase. Human resource and competency planning in a company plays an important role in improving human resources, especially in terms of employee performance, employee performance to help achieve company goals. In this case, employee performance is a result that can be achieved by an individual or group of people in a company organization according to quantitative or qualitative aspects, considering employee compensation. Apart from that, a mismatch between an employee's competency (the employee's educational background and skills) and their job can also make the employee uncomfortable with what they are doing. This of course greatly affects the level of work productivity in the company. Competencies can clarify work standards and expectations that the company wants to achieve and can make it easier for companies to align work behavior with organizational values. Apart from that, HR planning as an activity is a process of how to meet current and future workforce needs for an organization. In meeting current workforce needs, the HR planning process means efforts to fill/cover workforce shortages both in quantity and quality. Analisis Penggunaan E-Commerce Terhadap Bisnis Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah
Currently, e-commerce is increasingly in demand by various business groups, both large and small scale. This is due to the ease of promotion through online media or digital marketing, which makes it easier for business people to reach consumers to introduce or sell their products. This research aims to understand the impact of using e-commerce for MSME business actors. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews with MSME players who have used e-commerce to market their products. Data from these interviews were analyzed using the *thematic analysis* method which aims to identify patterns and find themes based on the data collected (Braun and Clarke, 2006). The research results show several categories related to the use of e-commerce by MSMEs, including individual abilities, reasons for not switching to other e-commerce platforms, as well as obstacles experienced such as infrastructure, technology, promotions, and unpleasant experiences faced by MSMEs when using e-commerce. commerce.
 
Analisis Harga Pokok Produksi dan Penjualan pada UMKM Boembu Rumah Catering
This study aims to analyze the calculation of Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGS) and sales strategies at MSME Boembu Rumah Catering. Using a direct interview method with the business owner, this research explores the components of production costs which include raw materials, labor, and overhead costs. The results showed that Boembu Rumah Catering was able to determine a competitive and efficient selling price, thus achieving a profit of 98%. In conclusion, accurate COGS calculation and proper understanding of cost components can improve the efficiency and profitability of MSME businesses, while strengthening competitiveness in the catering market.

This study aims to identify the influence of quality control on the effectiveness of ISO 14001 implementation at PT. Shinto Kogyo Indonesia. Using a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and triangulation technique, the study investigates how quality management impacts the company's environmental performance. Research findings demonstrate that leadership involvement, strategic planning, and the application of the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle play a crucial role in the successful implementation of environmental management systems. The research emphasizes the importance of management commitment, environmental aspect identification, and continuous corrective actions in achieving effective ISO 14001 standards
Penerapan Pemasaran Digital Sebagai Media Promosi
Digital marketing as a promotional strategy emerged as a response to developments in information technology. The use of digital marketing is not only limited to new companies or start-ups, but is also applied by companies that have been around for a long time. PT. XYZ, which functions as a motor vehicle distributor and retailer, is also required to adopt digital marketing even though it already has a strong brand from its parent company. In this research, which uses a case study of PT. XYZ, data obtained through observation and interviews. The research results show that PT. XYZ uses three media in implementing digital marketing, namely websites, social media and applications. Of the three media, social media such as Instagram and Facebook show the best results, because both are used to provide information and build engagement with consumers.
 
Pengaruh Jam Kerja dan Tenaga Kerja terhadap Upah Kerja dengan Loyalitas Sebagai Variabel Intervening : (Studi Kasus Penjahit Konveksi di Kota Medan)
This study aims to determine the effect of working hours and labor on wages with loyalty as an intervening variable (Case Study of Convection Tailors in Medan City). The research method used is a survey method by distributing questionnaires to respondents consisting of several convections in Medan City. This research uses quantitative methods, primary data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The population and sample were 85 respondents and used a saturated total sampling technique. This research uses SPSS statistical tools. The data was analyzed using multiple regression analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that Working Hours have a significant effect on Wages. This is evidenced by because the tcount for the Working Hours variable (2.314) is greater than the ttable (1.989) and the sig value is 0.014 <0.05. Labor has a significant effect on wages. This is evidenced by because the tcount for the Labor variable (3.609) is greater than the ttable (1.989) and the sig value is 0.001 <0.05. Loyalty cannot mediate the effect of working hours on wages. This is evidenced by because the tcount for the indirect effect of the Working Hours variable (0.007) is smaller than the ttable (1.989). Loyalty can mediate the effect of Labor on Wages. This is evidenced by because the tcount for the indirect effect of the Working Hours variable (2.025) is greater than the ttable (1.989). As well as Working Hours and Labor have a simultaneous and significant effect on Wages. This is evidenced by because the Fcount of (6.518) is greater than the Ftable (3.11) and the sig value of 0.002 <0.05.
 
Pengaruh Social Media Marketing dan Electronic Word of Mouth terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada the Bun House Malang
With the development of increasingly widespread information technology, many opportunities are created in the business environment. Various companies have implemented information technology to process their business activities. The Bun House Malang is no exception, which uses Instagram to conductmarketing activities online. This study aims to determine the effect of social media marketing and electronic word of mouth on purchasing decisions at The Bun House Malang. This research is a quantitative research. Using purposive sampling technique, questionnaires were distributed online to 100 consumers of The Bun House Malang. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results of multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing indicate that social media marketing and electronic word of mouth have an effect on buying decision. The results showed that social media marketing and electronic word of mouth had an effect on purchasing decisions at The Bun House Malang. Purchasing decisions can be improved through engaging content that requires consumer engagement and increasing the intensity of positive consumer experience reviews shared on social media. It is hoped that the company can improve the quality ofcontent Instagram and services provided so that consumers share positive reviews on social media so that consumers become loyal
Efektivitas Regulasi Investasi di Indonesia dalam Meningkatkan Daya Saing Ekonomi Nasional
Investment regulations have an important role in encouraging economic growth and increasing national competitiveness. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of investment regulations in Indonesia, especially in the context of attractiveness for domestic and foreign investors. This research method uses a qualitative approach with policy analysis and secondary data. The research results show that although various regulations such as the Job Creation Law have been implemented to facilitate investment, bureaucratic challenges and legal uncertainty are still the main obstacles. This research recommends strategic steps to improve the implementation of investment regulations to strengthen national economic competitiveness
Pengaruh Pengalaman Konsumen dan Reputasi Perusahaan Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen dan Loyalitas Konsumen
The high growth of the cosmetics industry also creates problems in the form of business competition between companies and marketers operating in the cosmetics industry. This creates opportunities for the Indonesian cosmetics industry, with many new products entering the market, resulting in very tight competition. This provides opportunities for the cosmetics industry in Indonesia, so that many new products appear on the market which creates quite tight competition. This research aims to determine the influence of consumer experience and company reputation on consumer satisfaction and consumer loyalty. The research method uses descriptive causality in this study the population studied is those who have used Maybelline at least 2 times in the Kebon jeruk area. The sample in this study amounted to 180 respondents using the structural equation model (SEM) method. Based on the test results, it is known that consumer experience has a positive effect on consumer loyalty and consumer satisfaction has a positive effect on consumer loyalty. Consumer experience and company reputation have no effect on consumer satisfaction. Company reputation has no influence on consumer loyalty.
