    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh EVA dan MVA terhadap harga saham. Penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan. populasi yang digunakan adalah perusahaan sektor keuangan yang masuk dalam indeks LQ45 tahun 2018 sampai dengan 2020 dengan sampel perusahaan yang masuk dalam LQ45 adalah 5 perusahaan. Pengelolaan data menggunakan SPSS versi 22.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan EVA dan MVA berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham. &nbsp

    . Industri Financial Technologi (Fintech) merupakan salah satu metode layanan jasa keuangan yang mulai populer di era digital sekarang ini. Dan pembayaran digital menjadi salah satu sektor dalam industri Fintech yang paling berkembang di Indonesia. Khususnya Perbankan, Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan Fintech oleh PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk KCP Slamet Riyadi Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan ialah penelitian kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan studi kepustakaan dan studi lapangan. Analisa data yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan jika Fintech adalah sebuah sebutan yang disingkat dari kata ‘financial’ dan ‘technology’ di mana artinya adalah sebuah inovasi di dalam bidang jasa keuangan. Fintech memiliki peranan yang sangat penting bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia, di antaranya adalah Meningkatkan inklusi keuangan nasional; Meningkatkan pemerataan tingkat kesejahteraan penduduk; Fintech dapat meminimalisir peredaran uang tunai sehingga dapat meminimalisir pula terjadinya inflasi, Pengguna layanan Fintech dapat mengetahui secara langsung data transaksinya sendiri tanpa melalui pihak ketiga; Pengguna layanan Fintech dapat memberikan saran dan kritikan secara langsung terhadap platform yang menyediakan layanan tersebut dan Layanan Fintech memberikan berbagai pilihan layanan yang memudahkan kebutuhan penggunanya   Kata kunci: penerapan, fintech, bank rakyat indonesi

    This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of liquidity on corporate social responsibility. The independent variable is liquidity by measuring the current ratio and liquidity by measuring the cash ratio while the dependent variable is corporate social responsibility. The object of research in this study is the 2019 Annual Report Award winning companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 - 2019. The population of this study were 32 companies that won the 2019 Annual Report Award listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 - 2019. The research sample was selected using the method purposive sampling with certain criteria and obtained as many as 14 companies that meet the criteria. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that the liquidity variable using the current ratio measurement has a significant negative effect on corporate social responsibility, the liquidity variable using the cash ratio measurement has a significant negative effect on corporate social responsibility, this shows that the smaller the liquidity of a company, the disclosure of corporate social responsibility information will be more low. Meanwhile, simultaneously, the liquidity variable using the current ratio and cash ratio measurements has a significant negative effect on corporate social responsibility, meaning that the higher the company's liquidity, the higher the disclosure of corporate social responsibility information will be

    This research was conducted at PT Fajar Indah Anindya Medan. The level of work discipline that can be seen from the delay and absence of employees. Job promotion systems that are still based on seniority are not based on work performance and employee discipline. Punishment that has not been resolute to employees. The population and sample in this study were 42 employees. The sampling technique used is saturated samples Data collection techniques are pembainigain kueisoner, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis uses validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient and hypothesis testing.Conclusions in the study that simultaneous job promotion and punishment affect the work discipline of employees of PT Fajar Indah Anindya Medan. Partially, job promotion influences the work discipline of PT Fajar Indah Anindya Medan employees. Partially punishment affects the work discipline of PT Fajar Indah Anindya Medan employees.     This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence on accounting understanding. The sampling method is purposive sampling and the sample used is 134 students from the Semarang University in 2018. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires. Analysis of the data in this study with linear regression with software smartPLS 3.2.9. The results of this study indicate that Intellectual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence have a simultaneous effect on Accounting Understanding. Partially, Intellectual Intelligence and Emotional Intelligence have no effect on Accounting Understanding, while Spiritual Intelligence has no effect on Accounting Understanding. &nbsp

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of promotion on the number of new student registrations at the Tangerang Nusantara Tourism Academy. This type of research is quantitative research. The population used is all prospective students who register in T.A 2021/2022 as many as 140 students of the Tangerang Nusantara Tourism Academy. the sample was selected as many as 80 respondents. determined by using a random sampling technique. The data collection technique used is the distribution of questionnaires in the form of a questionnaire through the google form application. By using simple linear regression analysis. Data analysis used descriptive statistics, namely by looking for correlation coefficients and simple linear regression using t test. This research was carried out on June 1 - August 31, 2022. Based on statistical results using the SPSS 22.00 application, the results showed "there was a significant effect of promotion on the number of prospective student registrations at the Tangerang Nusantara Tourism Academy" with a promotion percentage rate of 33.98% in increase the number of student registrations

    Penerapan Goal Questions Metrics Terhadap Aplikasi Monitoring Sales Consultant

    Monitoring is a process of monitoring and analyzing information based on certain indicators. Every company engaged in distribution and promotion must carry out monitoring activities. Including PT. Single Paint Factory, Djaja Indah, Kediri Branch, which also continuously monitors the sales results of the sales consultants who work in several partner stores. The process of reporting sales results that have been carried out so far is still using conventional methods so that sometimes it interferes with the monitoring process due to delays in sending reports. To make this easier, the author makes a website-based monitoring application to help smooth the monitoring process of Sales Consultant sales results. To produce a quality application, the author uses the goal question metrics method as a method for measuring application quality. Goal Question Metric (GQM) is a method used to define application measurement models. The application of the GQM method in this study was carried out with the initial stage of factor analysis of the application quality model based on the ISO 25010 Quality Model. The next stage was making questionnaire questions regarding application characteristics and calculating the results of the questionnaire with the weighted summattion metric. From the results of measuring the quality of this monitoring application, the average quality value is 3.08, which means that this monitoring application is included in the application with good quality (Medium). The functionality available in the monitoring application is in accordance with the needs of users of the sales consultant monitoring application

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari bauran promosi yang meliputi variabel periklanan (X1), penjualan tatap muka (X2), promosi penjualan (X3), dan publisitas (X4) terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field work research), penelitian ini meliputi konsumen yang membeli pada toko Indosamajaya Utama Tanah Grogot. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik aksidental maksudnya yakni teknik penentuan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan, yaitu siapa saja yang secara kebetulan ditemui dan cocok sebagai sumber data. Berdasarkan analisis di peroleh  nilai koefisien korelasi (R) 0,707, yang artinya terdapat keeratan hubungan yang kuat antara variabel periklanan, penjualan tatap muka promosi penjualan dan Publisitas terhadap keputusan pembelian pada toko Indosamajaya Utama Tanah Grogot. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,500 atau 50%, artinya bahwa variabel keputusan pembelian (Y) dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel periklanan, penjualan tatap muka, promosi penjualan, dan publisitas sebesar 50% sedangkan sisanya 50%  adalah pengaruh variabel lainnya diluar penelitian ini. Pengujian secara parsial diketahui bahwa variabel periklanan (X1) memberikan pengaruh dominan, hal ini dibuktikan oleh nilai thitung  terbesar dibandingkan dengan variabel bebas lainnya, sesuai dengan hasil SPSS pada tabel 14 yaitu 7,159. Dan t hitung  >  t tabel  yakni 7,159 > 1,6669, dan di dukung oleh tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 serta standardizerd coefficient beta yaitu 0,638

    In order to achieve targets, companies need healthy funds to improve their performance. Companies can find out the availability of funds through the company's cash flow reports. This study aims to analyze PT KAI's cash flow ratio during 2014-2019. The research is descriptive quantitative by calculating the cash flow ratios. The cash flow ratio used is the cash liquidity ratio, which includes the operational cash flow ratio (AKO), the cash to interest coverage ratio (CKP), the capital expenditure ratio (PM) and the total debt ratio (TH). After calculating the ratio, do a growth ratio analysis during 2014-2019. The data used is PT KAI's audited financial statements for the 2014-2019 period. The results of the study show that PT KAI's cash flow ratio as a whole is still in a bad condition. The four ratios of operating cash flows used in this study, there are three ratios have a value of less than 1, namely the ratio of cash sweeps to current debt (AKO), the ratio of capital expenditure (PM) and the ratio amount of debt (TH). Meanwhile, one other ratio, namely the cash to interest coverage ratio (CKB), is worth more than 1
