Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui efektivitas pengelolaan dana bantuan operasional sekolah (BOS) pada SMA Katolik Rantepao. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dimana penelitian tersebut dianalisis, disimpulkan dan disajikan dalam bentuk perhitungan angka. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara pengambilan data yang berkaitan dengan penelitian di lapangan serta melalui kepustakaan dimana pengumpulan data-datanya dilakukan dengan mempelajari buku-buku, skripi, jurnal yang berkaitan dengan judul penelitian. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik dengan menggunakan rumus dan hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa efektivitas realisasi pengelolaan dana BOS tahap I adalah 101,35 artinya pengelolan dana BOS pada SMA Katolik Rantepao sangat efektif dari anggaran tahap I sebesar 215.100.000, tahap II 100% dengan kriteria efektif dari anggaran Rp 286.800.000 dan tahap III persentasenya 72,51% dengan kriteria kurang efektif karena dari anggaran sebesar Rp 211.950.000 dan realisasinya pada tahap III adalah sebesar
Rp 211.950.000.
 
Strategi Retensi Pegawai PT Sinkona Indonesia Lestari dalam Meningkatkan Employee Engagement
Get PDFPerusahaan perlu mengelola pegawai dengan baik, sehingga perusahaan tidak kehilangan pegawai, terutama pegawai yang kompeten. Salah satu caranya yaitu dengan mengembangkan strategi retensi yang tepat. Faktor utama keberhasilan strategi retensi pegawai yaitu employee engagement. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi retensi pegawai PT Sinkona Indonesia Lestari (SIL) yang berhasil dalam meningkatkan employee engagement. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Populasi pada penelitian ini melibatkan 7 informan yang terdiri dari 6 pegawai dan 1 dari pihak manajemen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 5 strategi retensi yang berhasil membuat pegawai bertahan di PT SIL hingga puluhan tahun, sehingga dapat meningkatkan employee engagement yang terdiri dari 1) lingkungan kerja, 2) kompensasi, 3) kesejahteraan pegawai, 4) kepemimpinan, dan 5) hubungan kerja. Namun terdapat hambatan dalam implementasikan strategi retensi di PT SIL yaitu karena adanya keberagaman generasi yang ada saat ini, serta adanya pergantian kepemimpinan, sehingga implementasi strategi retensi di PT SIL mengalami perbedaan dengan pemimpin sebelumnya

A country's economy relies on investment to solve various problems, crises, and economic challenges. This is because investing in certain sectors of the economy can quickly change the various economic challenges facing a country. Both private and public investment bring many benefits, including job creation. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of domestic and foreign investment on economic growth. This type of research is quantitative research. The research instrument used is documentation of research instruments through books and scientific journals. Data analysis using multiple regression method. As a result, it can be seen that foreign investment has a large positive effect on economic growth. Foreign direct investment helps Indonesia achieve stable national development. But domestic investment has no effect on economic growth. The implementation of this research is the need for the government's role as a regulator to support increased domestic and international investment in order to encourage Indonesia's economic growth
Pengaruh Brand Image, Peer Group Dan Physical Evidence Terhadap Minat Sekolah Ke Perguruan Tinggi di Kota Serang Tahun 2022
Get PDFEducation should be a center of attention in Indonesia, education services for the community, must continue at the level throughout the country. Implementation and service of education in Indonesia is still uneven, still focused on big cities. Many areas in Indonesia find it difficult for the public to obtain educational services, Jakarta as the national capital, as if everything is there and available there, but it must be admitted for Banten Province which is adjacent to the Special Capital Region of Jakarta. Data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) for 2016, shows that the average length of schooling in the Banten region is only 8.37 years, in Serang District some students have to risk their lives because the school is damaged, so that classrooms are used alternately. Based on data released by the Ministry of Culture and Culture, there are 48% of schools in Banten that have been damaged and are not suitable for normal use as school rooms. The Banten Education Office stated that there are many problems driving the low net enrollment rate (APM) in schools in Banten, including inadequate facilities and infrastructure, educational services are not evenly distributed, and the community's level of education is still low. This research is intended to identify and examine the existence of the image of higher education, peers and facilities and infrastructure in influencing students' interest in continuing their education to a higher level. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with descriptive and verification properties. The analysis tool used is path analysis with the help of the SPSS for Windows 25 program. The results of the study show that there is an influence from the image of higher education, peers and facilities and infrastructure on interest in college.

Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Partisipasi Masyarakat (X1) terhadap Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Dalam Pengelolaan Dana Desa (Y), Pengaruh Akuntabilitas Pengelolaan Dana Desa (X2) terhadap Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Dalam Pengelolaan Dana Desa (Y). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Partisipasi Masyarakat (X1) berpengaruh terhadap Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Dalam Pengelolaan Dana Desa (Y). Hasil ini dibuktikan dengan thitung sebesar 3,623 > 1,665 dan nilai signifikasi t sebesar 0,001 < 0,05. sedangkan Akuntabilitas Pengelolaan Dana Desa (X2) berpengaruh terhadap Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Dalam Pengelolaan Dana Desa (Y). Hasil ini dibuktikan dengan thitung sebesar 3,973 > 1,665 dan nilai signifikasi t sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Setelah itu, Pengaruh Partisipasi Masyarakat (X1), Akuntabilitas Pengelolaan Dana Desa (X2) berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Dalam Pengelolaan Dana Desa (Y). Hasil ini dibuktikan dengan Fhitung sebesar 45,330 > 3,12. dan nilai signifikasi F sebesar 0,000 < 0,05

The method used in this study is an analytical approach, namely a quantitative approach and descriptive and verification methods. The samples used in this study were all students of class XII one of the Senior High Schools in the city of Bandung, so the number of samples used in this study were 123 samples. The analytical tools used in this study are multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption testing, namely normality test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing using the SPSS v25 a The results showed that the results of the T-Test of teachers' professional competence had a significant and significant effect on learning motivation, the learning environment had a significant and significant effect on learning motivation. Analisis Efektivitas dan Efisiensi Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa di Desa Maregam Kecamatan Tidore Selatan Kota Tidore Kepulauan Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the level of effectiveness and efficiency of Village Fund management in Maregam Village during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The data collection technique used in this research is to copy the village budget realization report file. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method using a secondary data analysis approach with nonparametric test equipment using the Wilcoxon Test. The results showed that the level of effectiveness of village financial management based on an average effectiveness ratio of 98.33% was included in the "Effective". Meanwhile, the efficiency level based on the average efficiency ratio is 88.19%, which is included in the "Enough Efficient" category.

The researcher will use the Islamic life guidelines for Muhammadiyah residents as a researcher's perspective in observing the activities of the budgeting system at STIE Muhammadiyah Palopo whether the values of these guidelines are used as one of the considerations in the operation of the budgeting system at STIE Muhammadiyah Palopo in accordance with the expectations of Muhammadiyah's vision. This study found that the budget as a form of welfare is not only valued in nominal terms in the form of rupiah earned, but welfare is when people who work at Muhammadiyah always feel sufficient and grateful for the sustenance that Allah SWT has given. As a Muhammadiyah citizen, working in a Muhammadiyah business charity is a comfort in itself and believes that the sincerity they do will be a welfare for them in the hereafter. With their sincerity in working in the charity business of Muhammadiyah, they get rewards from Allah SWT such as unexpected sustenance and blessings in the income they get. Get PDFThis study aims to explain the influence simultaneously (together) or partially between the influence of social media marketing Instagram, brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey research methods to obtain primary data. The research variables are Social Media Marketing Instagram (X1), Brand Image (X2) and Product Quality (X3) as influencing variables and Purchase Decision variable (Y) as affected variables. The population in this study are consumers of MS Glow Panakukkang users in Makassar City. The number of samples in this study were 100 consumer respondents of MS Glow Panakukkang by taking the entire population and serving as samples. The data collection method used is the distribution of questionnaires.
The data analysis technique in this study used multiple regression analysis which was previously carried out with Validity, Reliability, Classical Assumption Tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test) then tested the hypothesis through T test, F test and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicate that partially, Instagram social media marketing does not have a positive effect, while brand image and product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for MS Glow Panakukkang. Meanwhile, simultaneously the results of this study also show that social media marketing, brand image and product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for MS Glow Panakukkang products

Get PDFYang menjadi permasalahan penelitian ini adalah persentase kenaikan laba pada Cv.Parulian Sojuangon Panggabean Group. Tujuan penulisan ialah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan laba dan Untuk mengetahui variabel yang mempelajari pertumbuhan laba. Penulis mengambil populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan dari tahun 2019-2021. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah penelitian yang bersifat kuantitatif yang diolah dan dianalisis dalam bentuk pentabelan dan persentasekan serta diukur dengan menggunakan perhitungan SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang dilakukan, didapatkan kesimpulan sebagai berikut : 1.Variabel Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Inventory Turnover (ITO) dan Net Profit Margin (NPM) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Perusahaan yang memiliki Inventory Turnover (ITO), dan Net Profit Margin (NPM) yang tinggi maka bisa dikatakan perusahaan tersebut merupakan perusahaan yang likuid dan menguntungkan, karena perusahaan mampu mengelola aset lancar yang berupa persediaan yang akan mempengaruhi tingginya tingkat penjualan dan tingginya perolehan laba perusahaan. Hal tersebut berbanding terbalik dengan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), yang mana jika Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) makin tinggi maka perusahaan akan menanggung risiko yang tinggi pula berupa beban bunga yang berasal dari hutang atau kewajibannya. Hal tersebut akan mempengaruhi rendahnya laba yang akan diperoleh perusahaan.2.Variabel Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Hal ini menandakan bahwa Debt to Equity Ratio(DER) yang tinggi berpengaruh terhadap perolehan laba di perusahaan. Perusahaan lebih banyak menggunakan hutang yang dimiliki untuk membeli persediaan dan aset yang mendukung kinerja perusahaan sehingga kegiatan perusahaan berjalan dengan maksimal dan memperoleh laba yang maksimal.3.Variabel Inventory Turnover (ITO) secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Hal ini disebabkan karena perusahaan retail memiliki perputaran persediaan yang lambat.,4.Variabel Net Profit Margin (NPM) secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Secara umum, meski tergantung pada jenis industri dan struktur bisnisnya, marjin laba bersih dengan presentasi lebih dari 10 sudah dianggap baik namun pada perusahaan berdasarkan nilai rata-rata tersebut perusahaan yang memiliki nilai Net Profit Margin (NPM) yang rendah dibandingkan dengan nilai standar Net Profit Margin (NPM).
