This research highlights the comparison of the effectiveness of warm water tepid sponge compresses and fever plasters on body temperature in pre-school children with Febris at the Tanah Abang District Health Center, Jakarta, which will be carried out from December 2023 to January 2024. This research uses a quantitative approach with a Two research design Group Pretest Posttest. The sample for this research consisted of 32 pre- school children who would be divided into 2 groups, for each compress treatment with inclusion & exclusion criteria. The instrument used was an observation sheet in the form of a table check list regarding the SOP for implementing warm water tepid sponge compresses and fever plaster compresses. As well as an observation sheet in the form of a body temperature observation sheet before, during and after the warm water tepid sponge compress and fever plaster. Research Results Description of the temperature before and after using a warm water tepid sponge compress before it was 38,530C and after it was 37,370C and using a Plaster Compress before it was 38,350C and after it was 37,660C. The results of the dependent t statistical test showed that the warm water tepid sponge had a p value of 0.000 and the Fever Plaster had a p value of 0.000, meaning that there was an effect of warm water tepid sponge compresses and fever plasters on body temperature in pre-school children with Febris at the Tanah Abang District Health Center, Jakarta. will be carried out in December 2023. The results of the independent T test show that the p value is 0.000, so there is a difference between the Warm water tepid sponge Compress group and the Fever Plaster group on the body temperature of pre-school children with fever at the Tanah Abang District Health Center and compresses using the warm water tepid sponge technique are more effective in reducing body temperature. The difference in degrees of reduction in body temperature is -0.481
Asuhan Keperawatan Medikal Bedah dengan Intervensi Penerapan Slow Stroke Back Massage Therapy pada Pasien Stroke Non Hemoragik dengan Masalah Perfusi Serebral Tidak Efektif dan Gangguan Mobilittas Fisik di Ruang Flamboyan RSUD dr. T.C Hillers Maumere
Non-hemorrhagic stroke is a clinical sign of dysfunction or damage to brain tissue caused by lack of blood flow to the brain, thereby disrupting the need for blood and oxygen in brain tissue. Slow stroke back massage therapy is a non-pharmacological therapy to overcome problems in patients with stroke. This research aims to be able to carry out nursing care for clients with non-hemorrhagic stroke using slow stroke back massage therapy in the Flamboyan Room at RSUD dr. T.C Hillers Maumere. The research design used was a case study. The approach used is a nursing care approach which includes identifying data from assessment results, nursing diagnoses, planning, implementation and evaluation. Slow stroke back massage therapy is carried out for 3 days. Data collection techniques used a medical-surgical nursing care assessment format, observation and literature study. The results of the case study showed that clients were diagnosed with ineffective cerebral perfusion and impaired physical mobility. The application of slow stroke back massage therapy showed improvements or changes on the third day, which resulted in the client experiencing a decrease in blood pressure from 180/100 mmHg to 160/90mmHg, not complaining of dizziness, and the patient's right hand was starting to be able to move. The conclusion of this case study is that slow stroke back massage therapy is effective in reducing blood pressure and also helps in increasing physical mobility in non-hemorrhagic stroke patients
Manajemen Diet Rendah Kalium pada Pasien dengan Diangnosa Medis Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) E. C Hiieperkalemia di Ruangan Matahari RSUD dr. TC. HILERS Maumere
Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) with et causa Hyperkalemia is one of the highest causes of death in Indonesia as well as in Sikka district. Based on data obtained in 2022, there were 300 cases of the largest CKD in 25 sub-districts, based on data in the Matahari room there were 22 cases recorded. The aim of this research is to enable prospective nurses to apply professional practices and manage a low potassium diet in hyperkalemia patients to reduce potassium levels in the Matahari Room at RSUD dr. T.C. HILERS Maumere. This research is a case study research using the case study method which begins with identifying previous nursing care reports or via the internet The results of the study showed that there was a decrease in potassium levels in the participants as evidenced by the results of potassium examinations from 6.5 mmol/L down to 5.0 mmol/L. From the research results it can be concluded that low potassium diet management is very influential in helping to reduce potassium levels in the blood. Suggestions for relevant agencies are that low-chlorium diet management can be used as a nursing care option for patients with Chronic Kidney Disease. It is hoped that by knowing the effect of a low potassium diet on hyperkalemia sufferers, it is hoped that this can be an input for improving the quality of services in further nursing care
Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Hasil Tangkapan Ikan Kembung (Rastrelliger SPP) di Perairan Selat Makassar
This study aims to determine the factors that affect the catch of mackerel in the potential zone of fishing grounds in the Makassar Strait, namely; oceanography sea surface temperature, salinity, current velocity, depth and sea surface chlorophyll content on the catch of mackerel in the potential zone of fishing grounds in the Makassar Strait. The research method used is the survey method, which directly follows the fishing operation. The number of observations was 38 times. Data were analyzed with histogram graphs and also analyzed with multiple linear regression. The results of this study showed that mackerel were generally caught in waters with temperatures between280Cand290C; salinities of 30 ppt and 31 ppt; water depths of about 50 m and 60 m; current speeds of about 0.09 m/s and 0.12 m/s; and chlorophyll-a content of about 1.80 mg/m3 and 2.20 mg/m3. This study has explained that chlorophyll-a content is the dominant factor in relation to mackerel catch
Kesesuaian Geometrik Jalan Ditinjau dari Aspek Alinyemen Horizontal dengan Metode Bina Marga: (Studi Kasus : Jl. Padang-Solok Kelurahan Indarung, Kec. Lubuk Kilangan, Kota Padang, Prov. Sumatera Barat)
