Prematuritas Berdampak Terjadinya Hiperbilirubinemia Pada Neonatus Di Perinatologi RS Dr. Hafiz Cianjur
Get PDFPrematurity is the birth or delivery of a baby that occurs between 20 weeks gestation to less than 37 weeks. About 25-50% of newborns suffer from jaundice in the first week. Hyperbilirubinemia in infants less months has a higher incidence rate. These developmental and clinical phenomena contribute to a greater degree and duration of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia in premature infants. Objective: to analyze the relationship of prematurity with hyperbilirubinemia in neonates at Perinatology Dr. Hafiz Cianjur Hospital. Method: The design used is quantitative observational with a cross-sectional approach. Samples were taken as many as 60 neonates using total sampling techniques. The research data was taken using medical record sheets in October – December 2023. Results: After analyzing the data was tabulated using a chi square test with a meaning level of 0.05. The results showed Prematurity (51.7%) as many as 31 neonates gestation period 31-36 weeks and Hyperbilirubinemia (86.7%) as many as 52 neonates in the severe category. The results of statistical testing obtained a significancy value of 0.003. Based on the results of p value < 0.05. Conclusion: it can be concluded that there is a relationship between prematurity and hyperbilirubinemia in neonates in Hospital Perinatology
Pengaruh Patient Safety Terhadap Patient Experience Di RSUD Kota Makassar
Get PDFPatient experience is a top priority for healthcare providers with regard to clinical quality, cost reduction and many other issues. This research aims to analyze the influence of patient safety on patient experience at RSUD Makassar City. This type of research is quantitative research using observational research with a cross sectional study design. The sample in this study were inpatient installation totaling 100 patient respondents. The research results show that there is an influence of patient safety on patient experience. It is recommended that the management or patient safety committee of the hospital be expected to carry out regular evaluations and monitoring of the implementation of patient safety targets at the Makassar City Regional Hospital to instill a culture among staff so that patient safety can become a culture that continues to be carried out by all staff

No full textUltrafiltration membrane is one of wastewater treatment technologies, but membranes have limitations such as the occurrence of the phenomenon of concentration polarization and fouling. The research objective of this study the effect of variations in transmembrane pressure against the rejection percentage COD, TSS, and the effect of variations in transmembrane pressure, concentration of washing of the efficiency and effectiveness of washing the membrane. The process of ultrafiltration membranes and membrane chemical washing wastewater laundry do with variations in pressure of 1 bar, 2 bar, and 3 bar. Variation of chemical cleaning agent concentration of 1%, 1.5% and 2%, rinsing with distilled water for 30 minutes, filtering wastewater laundry for 120 minutes, and washing using chemical cleaning agent (NaOH) for 30 minutes. Highest rejection percentage for COD parameter 86.6% and 85.7% for TSS parameters in transmembrane pressure of 3 bar. The highest washing efficiency of the value of Flux Recovery (FR) gained 81.9%, and the value of resistance of Removal (RR) gained 82.59% with a concentration of 2% in the transmembrane pressure of 3 bar. Analisis Peramalan Persediaan Bahan Baku dan Penentuan Stok Penyangga (Buffer Stock) Udang Vaname (Littopenaeus vannamei)
Get PDFThis study examines the analysis of raw material inventory forecasting and buffer stock of vaname shrimp at one of the fishery companies in Makassar Industrial Estate (PT Bogatama Marinusa Makassar). The analysis method used to determine the supply of raw materials needed by the company is the ARIMA Box-Jenkins method. This method is used to forecast raw material inventory on time series data. Determination of buffer stock is done using standard deviation and policy factors. Vaname shrimp (Littopenaeus vannamei) raw material data was obtained from 2020 to 2022 (156 weeks). The results showed that the highest amount of raw material inventory occurred in October week 147 in 2022, amounting to 152,792 tons, while the lowest amount of raw material inventory occurred in May week 122 in 2022, amounting to 13,102 tons. The best vaname shrimp raw material inventory model is the ARIMA (1,1,1) model which has a Sum Square Error (SSE) value of 1.70250, Mean Square Error (MSE) value of 0.0112007. This model is used to forecast raw material inventory for the next 48 weeks. The forecasting results show that there will be a decrease in week 1 to week 6 and a relative increase in raw materials in week 7 to week 48 with a MAPE value of 4.54%. The amount of buffer stock that must be owned by the company is 37.311 tons

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of giving neem leaf extract (Azadirachta indica A. Juss) as a vegetable pesticide against Helopeltis antonii pests on cocoa plants (Theobroma cacao L.). This research was conducted in Hebing Village, Mapitara District, Sikka Regency, which lasted for one month, from March 1 to March 31, 2023. The research method used was an experimental method with a Randomized Block Design (RBD). The factor studied was the effect of neem leaf extract on the number of punctures by Helopeltis antonii on cocoa pods, which consisted of 5 treatments and 4 replications. The treatments used in this study were P0: Without neem leaf extract (control), P1: 30ml neem leaf extract, P2: 60ml neem leaf extract, P3:90ml neem leaf extract, and P4: 150ml neem leaf extract. The parameter measured was the number of punctures by Helopeltis antonii. Research data were analyzed by normality test and homogeneity test. The normality test shows that the significance value is 0.200, which is a significant value > 0.05, meaning that the data is declared normal. The homogeneity test shows a significance value of 0.372, which is a significant value > 0.05 so the data is declared homogeneous. Based on the results of the ANOVA test, it was concluded that the administration of neem leaf extract affected the number of Helopeltis antonii pest pricks between treatments

The aim of this research is to make an assessment of the best employees at the National Police Research and Development Center, because there is no system that can help the Head of the National Police Research and Development Center and the Head of the Human Resources Subdivision to determine the best employee assessment. This research aims to find out the best employees using data from 8 employees at the National Police Research and Development Center. The method used is Simple Addtive Weighting (SAW) with 4 attributes. The results of the research were that 1 was selected as the best employee and received a salary bonus

Concept Realization is a process stage in work and 5). Completion is the final stage in the work. A total of ten paintings measuring 120 cm x 100 cm and 100 cm x 100 cm with acrylic media on canvas. Each work displays a different facial anatomical figure. namely "Fighting Each Other", "Used", "Disappearing", "Two-Faced", "Traitor", "Disease", "Envy and Jealousy", "In Suffering", "Secret", "Hiding".
