Get PDFThis article explores the impact of technological advances on elementary school students' cultural and civic knowledge. Even though it provides broad access to information, the negative impacts of technology such as social isolation and lack of direct interaction with cultural diversity make understanding cultural values and citizenship difficult. Reduced social engagement is also a challenge, limiting students' role as active citizens. The proposed solution involves collaboration between teachers, parents, and communities to create an educational environment that balances technology and hands-on experiences grounded in cultural and civic values. This article emphasizes the importance of preparing elementary school students to acquire strong cultural knowledge and a deep sense of citizenship, helping them become active and responsible members of society

The purpose of this study was to produce posters of children's literature based on local wisdom sumenep for elementary school students. More specifically, the research will also explore local children's literature sources in Sumenep Regency such as legends, folklore, and fairy tales to be published in posters and then used as reading material for children's literary literacy. The method used in this study is developmental research. Development research focuses on developing systems, models, media, and products. This study used a 4-D model developed by Thiagarajan, Semmel, & Semmel (1974: 5). Get PDFIn Indonesia, the main focus of current education reform efforts is the Merdeka Curriculum. Mathematics is one of the subjects that has undergone many changes, especially at the elementary school (SD) level. This study investigates the impact and challenges that arise when implementing Merdeka Curriculum in mathematics learning at the primary level. The purpose of this study is to provide insights and details regarding the challenges associated with learning mathematics. This research uses a qualitative descriptive methodology that combines two methods to explore information at SDN 012 Babakan Ciparay, Bandung City, which leads to the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. The research results obtained in this study found that there were difficulties in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum in students as well as teaching staff, especially in the application of mathematics learning. However, this does not significantly affect the effectiveness of learning and the interest of students and teaching staff

Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the impact of motivation on employee productivity at CV. Sumber Jaya Springs. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document studies. The results show that both external and internal motivation have a significant impact on employee productivity. Financial incentives such as bonuses and allowances, as well as recognition and appreciation from management, are proven effective in increasing employee motivation. Additionally, supportive leadership styles and conducive work environments also play important roles in enhancing work productivity. This study provides new insights and practical recommendations for companies in their efforts to improve employee productivity through effective motivation management.

Get PDFKediri City is considered to have significant potential for developing a halal market industry. The Muslim population in Kediri City is reported to be 271,215 according to the 2022 data on Subdistricts and Religions Practiced in Kediri City. With the majority of the population in Kediri City being Muslim, this presents a great opportunity for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) to continue developing their products to meet the community's needs for halal products in Kediri City. This research aims to understand the perceptions and interests of MSMEs players in livestock product processing regarding halal certification in Kediri City, using a qualitative method. Sample selection for this research utilized purposive sampling and snowball sampling. There were two types of informants in this study: 2 (two) expert informants, consisting of the Cooperative and MSMEs Office and the local Ministry of Religion, and 10 (ten) key informants, namely MSMEs actors in livestock product processing business. According to Article 4 of the UUJPH (Halal Product Assurance Law), products entering, circulating, and traded in Indonesia's territory must have halal certification. The halal label can have a positive impact on businesses as it is considered to enhance consumer trust in products with the halal label. Based on the research results, MSMEs players in livestock product processing business in Kediri City feel a lack of knowledge due to the government's insufficient comprehensive dissemination to every element of society.
