Karakteristik Kimia Permen Jelly Buah Naga dan Daun Kelor
Get PDFJelly candy is a transparent and clear physical appearance, produced from a combination of fruit juices, gelling agents, or flavoring ingredients. Objectives; To determine the acceptability and chemical quality (calcium, potassium, vitamin C, and water content) of jelly candy made from dragon fruit and moringa leaves. Method; The research used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) experiment with 5 treatments and 2 repetitions, resulting in 10 experimental designs. Acceptability testing was carried out by 30 moderately trained panelists. Data analysis used Kruskal Wallis and continued with the Bonferroni test. Results; results showed that the optimal formulation was 90 grams of dragon fruit and 10 grams of moringa flour, which was rated positively. The hedonic quality test revealed a purple color, a chewy texture, a flavor predominantly of dragon fruit with a slight taste of moringa leaves. The formulation contained 601 mg of calcium, 112 mg of potassium, 26.77% water, and 10.20 mg of vitamin C per 100 grams. Conclusion; The candy formulation with 90 grams of dragon fruit and 10 grams of moringa flour received a favorable rating, demonstrating a purple color, chewy texture, predominant dragon fruit flavor with a hint of moringa, and appropriate nutritional content

Get PDFLow fiber consumption among university students increases the risk of chronic diseases such as coronary heart disease, and diabetes. Many students prioritize convenient eating habits and are influenced by peer groups, often overlooking the importance of fiber intake in their daily diet. This educational program aims to enhance students' knowledge about the benefits of fiber consumption through interactive audio and visual media. The program applies the Health Belief Model (HBM) theory to design educational content in the form of videos and posters distributed via the social media platform Instagram. Involving 26 student respondents from various faculties at Halu Oleo University, the results showed a significant improvement in students' understanding of the health benefits of fiber, types of fiber-rich foods, and the role of fiber in preventing chronic diseases. Education through engaging media successfully increased students' motivation to improve their dietary habits by incorporating more fiber into their diets

Mikrokontroler arduino UNO dan sensor kelembaban tanah dinilai mampu membantu pekerjaan perawatan kebun dalam mengatur kadar air tanah. Oleh karena itu akan dilakukan pengabdian pada Panti Asuhan Al-Husna Kabupaten malang yang memiliki kebun sayur yang lumayan luas sehingga pengabdian ini bisa membantu perawatan. Pengabdian ini ditujukan untuk Mengetahui cara pemanfaatan mikrokontroler arduino dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan kebun cabai. Mengetahui pengaruh beberapa level kadar air yang berbeda terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman cabai yang diatur secara presisi menggunakan mikrokontroler Arduino. Menentukan kadar air yang optimal pada pertumbuhan cabai. Diharapkan dari pengabdian ini bisa membantu kelayakan dan kualitas makanan pada Panti Asuhan Al-Husna Malang Kabupaten Malang

Get PDFEarly marriage is a phenomenon that is rampant in society, especially teenagers. Tradition and gender inequality are the main factors of early marriage. Significant impacts are experienced by adolescents due to early marriage. This study aims to describe the impact of early marriage on adolescents caused by traditional factors and gender gaps. The research method used is literature study analysis and documentation study by observing documentary videos. Coding and tabulation processes were carried out to test the validity and reliability of the data. The results showed that early marriage in adolescents is influenced by tradition and the gender gap. This suggests factors such as family pressure, local traditions, and lack of opportunities in education may reinforce the practice of early marriage. Emile Durkheim's structural functional theory analysis also highlights how early marriage functions in maintaining social stability, but also emphasizes the need to reduce the negative impact on gender inequality. Concrete measures such as sexual education, women's empowerment, and policy changes are needed to address the problem of early marriage in adolescents

The sequence of research activities includes: (1) planning, (2) Implementation, (3) observation, (4) documentation. This classroom action research was conducted at SMP N 5 KENDARI. of class VIII, which consisted of 35 students, they were 16 male and 19 female students. And in collecting data, the researcher used observation technique, tests measuring learning outcomes. The result showed that the use of the crossword puzzle strategy in English learning can improve student learning outcomes starting to 44% in cycle 1, then the learning outcomes increased in cycle II by 96%

One of the early steps to accompany child growth and development is carried out through stimulation, namely stimulation to improve infant motor skills with tummy time exercise. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Tummy time exercise on gross motor skills in infants aged 3-6 months. This study used the methoda quasi-experimental with control group design.Data analysis using the Mann Whitney test.Gross motor development is assessed usingDenver Developmental Screening Test (DDST). The results of this study showThe average gross motor development in the intervention group after tummy time exercise for 3 weeks showed faster gross motor development compared to babies in the control group who were not given intervention. While the p value obtained was 0.000. The conclusion of this study is that tummy time exercise has a strong influence on infant motor development. So it can be recommended to give tummy time exercise to babies

Get PDFBackground : Diaper rash is considered a type of irritant contact dermatitis (Susanti, 2020). Based on data obtained from the Gedangan village Posyandu, there werw 6 cases of diaper rash in december 2023 in the Gedangan area. VCO is a non-pharmacological therapy to help prevent and treat diaper rash due to frequent use of diapers. Objective Describe the results of the implementation of VCO for diaper rash in babies in the village of Gedangan, Cepogo, Boyolali. Method: This research is a case study research using descriptive methods, namely by observing and interviewing two respondents suffering from diaper rash before and after the application of VCO. Results: There was a decrease in the characteristic value of diaper rash in An.S from a value of 4 to 0 while in An. D there was a decrease from a value of 2 to 0, which means there was no incidence of diaper rash. Conclusion : After implementing VCO on An.S and An. D there is a decrease in the characteristic values of diaper rash. This shows that VCO can prevent and treat diaper rash by reducing the characteristic value of diaper rash to no incidence of diaper rash
