Get PDFAfter the Covid-19 pandemic, there is still a big impact on the continuity of UMKM (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) businesse Simpang Karya UMKM owners admitted that they had experienced the negative impact of Covid-19 on their business processes, including experiencing a significant decline in sales. This research aims to find out what strategies and what obstacles are faced by Simpang Karya UMKM in increasing income after the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses a qualitative approach. The data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. Meanwhile, the data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that in terms of strategy, Simpang Karya UMKM have implemented the Marketing Mix concept, namely product, price, promotion and place. Simpang Karya UMKM in running their business also implement sharia marketing strategies. The characteristics of sharia marketing are rabbaniyah, akhlaqiah, al-waqiyah, and insaniyah

Get PDFThis research aims to explore the implementation of Market-Day as a learning medium to improve basic economic understanding for sixth grade elementary school students. Through this activity, students gain practical experience regarding economic concepts such as demand, supply, transactions and financial management. This approach also encourages the development of social skills, creativity and an entrepreneurial spirit, which are relevant to the needs of the era of globalization. Market-Day provides real simulations that integrate economic theory into daily practice, thereby helping students better understand and apply economic values in their lives. This research uses a literature study approach by referring to relevant scientific sources, such as books, journals and research reports. The study results show that Market-Day is not only effective in increasing understanding of economic theory, but also strengthens students' managerial skills and financial awareness. With this experience-based learning, students are taught to be more responsible and innovative, so they are better prepared to face economic challenges in the future. This article concludes that Market-Day is a strategic approach that can be applied in elementary schools to combine economic learning with the development of students' life skills, especially in supporting the Merdeka Curriculum which is oriented towards holistic learning

Get PDFThis study discusses the symbolic meaning of Lipaq Saqbe as a social identity of the Mandar Tribe. This traditional clothing not only functions as a cultural identity but also has a deep symbolic meaning and reflects the values of the Mandar people. This study uses qualitative descriptive methods and Malinowski's functionalist theory to understand the social and cultural functions of Lipaq Saqbe clothing. The results of the study indicate that the motifs and colors of Lipaq Saqbe have certain meanings related to social status and personal identity. In addition, the use of this traditional clothing in various traditional ceremonies shows its important role in preserving culture. The Mandar Tribe has adapted to the development of the times while maintaining the authenticity of its traditional motifs, making Lipaq Saqbe a symbol of their living cultural heritage. This study is expected to contribute to the understanding of socio-cultural dynamics in Indonesia, especially in West Sulawesi

Get PDFLinear programming is one of several methods of maximizing or minimizing an objective function to create an optimal solution. However, an efficient method is needed to perform calculations. In this research, the manual simplex method was used to maximize profits from the sale of penyet chicken, geprek chicken and halibut chicken in one of the MSME businesses in the city of Medan. Apart from that, an analysis tool was also used in the form of an application called POM-QM for Windows to verify the calculation results manually. In this research, 3 variables and 7 obstacles were identified which were resolved using the simplex method which means a maximum profit of IDR 2,330,000 per day with an increase of IDR 1,194,000
Optimasi Keuntungan Produksi UMKM Keripik Pisang Menggunakan Linear Programming Metode Simpleks Dan Software POM-QM
Get PDFThis research focuses on optimizing the profits of UMKM production of banana chips using the simplex linear programming method and the help of POM-QM software. This research aims to find out ways to use profit optimization methods in banana chips MSMEs so that they can find out maximum profits, production costs, income and raw materials used. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method, where the data obtained is more descriptive in nature from the results of interviews and observations that have been carried out and then the data will be analyzed qualitatively. Data collection techniques in this research include the use of primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained through observation, interviews, or distribution of questionnaires to relevant sources. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained through literature searches from books and magazines that were relevant to the research topic. The analysis technique used is linear programming using the simplex method. The research results and discussion show that this function has reached optimal conditions. Therefore, the calculation stops once all the values in the objective function become positive. The result of this solution is the variable value x1 = 6 ; x2 = 2 ; x3 = 0 dan x4 = 0. Increase in profit from the initial value of Rp. 675,000 to reach a maximum profit (Zmaks) of Rp. 900,000, then the difference between profits before and after optimization is IDR. 225,000, and with the help of POM-QM for Windows software calculations become more relevant because this tool helps in completing calculations to achieve maximum profit levels quickly, accurately and efficiently
Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe NHT dengan Berbatuan LKPD Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Stabat
Get PDFThis study aims to determine whether the NHT type cooperative learning model with the help of LKPD can improve student learning outcomes in grade X of SMA Negeri 1 Stabat. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) or action research which consists of 2 cycles, where each cycle consists of 1 meeting. The subjects in this study were students of grade X Science 1 SMA Negeri 1 Stabat consisting of 36 students. The object of this study is the results of student learning with the application of the Numbered Head Together type cooperative learning model with the help of Student Worksheets in grade X Science 1 SMA Negeri 1 Stabat. From the results of the study can be concluded the following: (1) There is an increase in students' mathematics learning outcomes. This can be seen by the achievement of classical completeness in the initial test obtained 30.56%, in the learning outcome test I increased to 61.11%, and in the learning outcome test II increased to 86.11%, so that based on the results of the data analysis it was obtained that this study had reached the specified success indicators. (2) After the implementation of the Numbered Head Together learning model with the help of Student Worksheets, students' mathematics learning outcomes have been classically completed to 86.11%
