Get PDFThe people of Kalambe Fort understand that death was caused by sins committed by the first humans who were placed in the Garden of Eden. Sin creates a wall of separation between humans and God, resulting in humans experiencing death. The presence of Christ breaks down the wall of separation between humans and God, namely sin. Through the death and resurrection of Christ as a sign that Christ has defeated death and humans gain the freedom to gain life after death. However, some members of the Fort Kalambe' congregation are still drowning in grief when facing death. The method used in this research is the Qualitative Phenomenology method where the author describes life in the congregation, describing phenomena that occur in the field, using Arthur Schopenhauer's theory which considers aesthetics to be a path to liberation of the will. The results of this study state that the worry about grief events is the congregation's fear of being abandoned by their beloved family. The congregation remains hopeful in the resurrection of Christ, and sorrow can disappear when people can let go of their will not to harbor thoughts and feelings for people who have gone

Get PDFThis research aims to explore theological views on apostasy in the context of Christianity. Apostasy is defined as an act of rejection of one's faith and religious teachings, with a focus on serious spiritual consequences. The main source of insight is the Bible, which provides strong warnings against apostasy, highlighting specific passages such as Hebrews 6:4-6. This verse reflects the theological view that for those who consciously abandon the Christian faith, repentance may no longer be possible. This view reflects the serious spiritual consequences that can separate an individual from the presence of God. Although the Bible provides a strong warning against apostasy, the theological perspective also highlights God's grace and forgiveness. The Bible shows that repentance is always open to those who sincerely desire to return to God. In Luke 15:7, Jesus emphasizes the joy in heaven over one sinner who repents, providing hope that despite the seriousness of the apostasy, God always provides a way for repentance and restoration of a spiritual relationship with Him. Overall, the theological view of apostasy reflects a balance between stern warnings about the spiritual consequences and God's gracious mercy that is always open to those who return to Him

Get PDFNumeracy markets are activities that imitate market situations that are closely related to everyday life. Students are given the opportunity to design, manufacture, market, and sell goods. This research aims to help students improve their numeracy skills, increase their understanding of basic mathematical concepts, and improve their social skills and creativity through numeracy market activities. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The research subjects consisted of fifth grade students at UPTD satdik SDN Curahtakir 4. The stages in this research included observing placement schools and their problems, designing activities as solutions to problem solving, carrying out AKM pretests, carrying out numeracy market activities, carrying out AKM posttests, and then analyzing and evaluating . The research results show that it is very suitable for elementary school (SD) students because it offers new experiences in interpreting mathematical concepts. This numeracy market activity also has a positive impact on improving student learning outcomes in the context of mathematics. Apart from that, the findings from this research are that the AKM numeracy post-test scores for class V students have increased compared to the previous AKM numeracy pre-test scores

Get PDFLearning that focuses on students' problem-solving abilities is the focus of higher education. Students who are able to develop critical thinking skills in solving problems are a necessity along with changes in workforce capability needs in the informatics era. One of the mathematics lessons at the higher education unit level is discrete mathematics. The problem that arises in discrete mathematics learning is that learning outcomes and the percentage of students completing lectures are still relatively low. The aim of this research is to improve students' solving abilities through the application of the project based learning method. This research uses classroom action research methods. The application of the project based learning method in discrete mathematics courses with graph material can improve students' abilities in solving mathematical problems, this can be seen from the research results after corrective actions were taken in learning activities in Cycles I and II. Based on the research results, it shows that through project-based learning, third semester RB class students in the Informatics Engineering Education Program at Indraprasta University PGRI Jakarta have improved their ability to solve mathematical problems in terms of individual grades and classical completion.

Mothers' low knowledge about balanced nutrition during pregnancy, infants and toddlers causes incorrect feeding and affects nutritional status. This activity aims to increase mothers' knowledge about balanced nutrition for pregnant women, babies and toddlers and increase mothers' motivation. Achieving this goal is carried out through examining the nutritional status of pregnant women and providing nutritional education using lecture and question and answer methods. The implementation of this activity is planned in 3 stages, namely: preparation stage, implementation and evaluation stage. After counseling and inspection activities, monitoring or evaluation is carried out. After this service activity is carried out, it is hoped that mothers will have strong motivation to fulfill nutritional requirements for toddlers and improve mothers' attitudes and actions in providing balanced nutrition to toddlers. This activity can make a positive contribution in reducing nutritional problems in the Mangarobombang Community Health Center Working Area, Takalar Regency. After this service activity is carried out, it is hoped that mothers will have strong motivation to fulfill the nutrition of pregnant women and improve their attitudes and actions in consuming healthy and nutritionally balanced food. This can lead to disturbances in daily activities and a decline in sleep quality. In France, mild to moderate-severe dry skin is prevalent at a rate of 55.65%, while its prevalence is 9%. At Hana Nursing Home, sixty people attended the geriatric population screening activity, with a mean age of 78 years. During this activity, the left hand demonstrated an average water and oil content of 36.6% and 16.4%, respectively. In contrast, the right hand displayed an average water and oil content of 33.7% and 15.1%, respectively. The aim of this activity is to enhance participants' understanding of the significance of maintaining an optimal level of hydration in their epidermis

Get PDFThe Community Service (PKM) aimed at utilizing forage (elephant grass) and solids through feed processing technology using silage, overcoming the shortage of forage for cattle, especially during the dry season, providing training regarding the use of livestock feed processing technology. In implementation, several PKM stages/methods are carried out, namely the first is a coordination meeting with the local PPL. At the coordination meeting, a discussion was held about potential problems with raising beef cattle in the Brahma Jaya Livestock Group, Bukit Jaya Village. Meanwhile, the second stage is counseling and training on processing fermented feed (silage). The results of the silage made by the farmers showed good results, namely clean, sour taste and smell, no mold, green brown in color, clear texture

Utilizing a literature review approach, this research analyzes the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on maritime businesses and its relationship with macroeconomic factors. Prior to the pandemic, the maritime business experienced stable growth, driven by macroeconomic growth and increasing international trade. However, the COVID-19 pandemic has transformed the landscape of the maritime industry by causing a decline in trade volume, increased operational costs, and changes in trade patterns. Macroeconomic factors such as economic growth and market demand dynamics also affect the operational conditions and business strategies of shipping companies. The implications of these findings underscore the need for adaptation and innovation in maritime business practices, including investment in technology and infrastructure, as well as international collaboration to address the challenges faced. Future research can deepen understanding of changes in international trade dynamics and identify more effective adaptation strategies for shipping companies in this post-pandemic era. Thus, this study makes a significant contribution to understanding and addressing the challenges faced by the maritime industry in the future

Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to identity and analyze the impact of motivation and good working environment on employee. The responden of study are employees of PT. Putriana Jaya Utama with a sample of 40 people.Methods of collecting observation data, questionnaires and documentation, and using data analysis methods, namely descriptive analysis of percentages, research instruments, classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing using SPSS 21 software for Windows. The calculation results are optaining the impacts of motivation and employee working performance is t count of 3,623 to 0,001 sig. The impact of working environment on employee working performance t count of 3,038 to 0,004 sig. The impact of motivation and working environment on employee working performance F count of 42,819 to 0,000 sig. As such motivation and the working environment have positive and significant impact on employee working performance. And the calculation of Coefficient of determination (R2) both motivation and working environment have an impacts of the working performance of 69,8%
