Sosialisasi Pencegahan Stunting di Lembang Issong Kalua’
Full text linkStunting is a short toddler usually defined as failure to grow in babies and toddlers aged 0-59 months due to chronic malnutrition. on low growth and the cumulative effects of insufficient intake of energy and macronutrients in the long term. in South Sulawesi province in 2021, with an increase in stunting (34.1%). North Toraja is ranked 4th with the highes stunting prevalence . Lembang Issong Kalua' cases of stunting in toddlers consist of 13 children and 6 pregnant women. Implementation method using a quantitative case study approach by collecting data on toddlers and pregnant women to add education about providing additional food for toddlers and pregnant women. discussion result: provision of additional food, distribution of vitamins, counseling on nutritional problems. Preparing food supplies is for measuring food for toddlers and pregnant women. Providing additional food, the stunting rate among toddlers has reduced to only around 13 toddlers to 5 toddlers who are still monitoring the growth of toddlers. Lack of public understanding about stunting and nutritional needs is a socio-economic problem in the community

These bead craftsmen have been established in Lembang Angin-angin for a long time, but their marketing methods are still very minimal and there is a lack of community skills related to UMKM. Therefore, these UMKM need to be given counseling about the importance of branding and the use of digital marketing so that their marketing system can be better so that they can expand the target market coverage and support marketing activities through business accounts on digital media. The method used is by providing counseling in the form of making a logo. , packaging and training on how to manage digital media for selling beads. This program has the potential to increase the sales appeal of beaded products, as well as serve as a symbol of product identity to make it easier for consumers to remember the product. This will support increased marketing activities and increase sales of the bead business

Full text linkOne non-organic waste that is used extensively in daily life is plastic, particularly for food packaging vendors and as a raw material for toy manufacturers. Waste will result from the vast amount of plastic that residents of Medan Krio use and discard after consumption. The goal of the research program's implementation is to enable locals to recycle waste materials to create valuable products. The village of Medan Krio Village has a high population density, which has led to the development of waste management issues. The village has traditionally disposed of waste by burning it and throwing it beside the street, which is why there is a garbage stench. which has a strong odor as a result of careless trash dumping. In light of this issue, Ecobricks may offer a way to lessen plastic waste and turn it into products with a positive economic impact. Method: PAR (Participatory Action Research), which is study that identifies issues and then offers potential solutions. Findings: The Ecobrick technique is being used in Medan Krio Village to make use of plastic waste. Full text linkThis research aims to determine the influence of company size, profitability, leverage and financial distress on earnings management in insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2019-2022 period. This research method is a quantitative method using secondary data. The population in this study were all insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), 18 insurance companies listed on the IDX in 2019-2022, by taking samples using a purposive sampling method to obtain a sample of 11 companies. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that profitability partially influences earnings management, while company size, leverage and financial distress do not influence earnings management
Analisis Kontribusi Perempuan Dalam Membantu Perekonomian Keluarga: ( Studi Pedagang Perempuan di Pasar Aurduri Kota Jambi )
Full text linkThis research aims to find out what factors cause more women to sell at Aurduri market compared to men, to find out how women contribute to helping their family's economy at Aurduri market, and to find out what problems or obstacles female traders face when contributing to Aurduri market. . This research uses a qualitative method, with a total of 9 informants. The data sources used are primary and secondary data sources with data collection techniques through observation interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that there are three factors that cause more women to sell at the Aurduri market, namely: first, family economic factors, where the husband's income is not sufficient for daily living needs, and the costs of school children. The second factor is education and age, where female traders who have low education and are quite old and do not have the qualifications to work in other places, because they are old, but they are still fit and productive to work, decide to become traders at the Aurduri market. The third factor of self-actualization, the results of the research, showed that respondents admitted that they enjoyed selling at the market because apart from being able to meet friends, filling their free time also increased their income. The contribution of women traders to the family is classified as medium to high, which can be seen from the results of their sales which are used for daily needs, to increase family income, and also to save on unexpected costs. There are two obstacles faced by women traders, namely the weather conditions when it rains making buyers in the market lonely, secondly, the large number of home-scale vegetable sellers competes with the price and completeness of goods which are almost available in every neighborhood and housing complex, especially those on the road to the market. Proses Manajemen Program Corporate Social Responsibility In-LITE LED 2023 Oleh PT Prima Praxis Komunika
Full text linkMany companies utilize PR consultant services in their public relations programs, one of which is In-Lite LED as a client of PT Prima Praxis Komunika or Praxis. In-Lite LED together with Praxis collaborate in organizing external communication programs that require the role of the media, one of which is the in-Lite LED 2023 CSR program. This research aims to discuss in detail the program management process which includes the process of defining problems, planning, implementing action strategies and communication, and evaluation of the in-Lite LED 2023 CSR program by Praxis. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods based on interview data, observation and literature study. The results of this research show that the problem definition process includes an assessment of individual concerns regarding an external condition that can be improved, carrying out informal interviews and secondary analysis via the internet, conducting site surveys, understanding evaluations of previous CSR in-Lite LEDs, as well as conducting brainstorming with client. The planning process includes determining public targets, objectives, strategies and tactics, days, dates and duration of events, spokespersons and talking points, to preparing media documents and preparing other technical needs. The implementation process includes implementing action strategies in the form of CSR programs, implementing active coordination, and implementing communication strategies. Finally, the evaluation process includes media monitoring and internal evaluation of the organizer. Overall, the program management process has gone well, although Praxis can still maximize each process to obtain more in-depth evaluation results regarding the impact on the residents of Untungjawa Island after the program has taken place.

Pengkajian ini bermetode studi kasus secara berpendekatan kualitatif, di mana data dihimpun dari wawancara mendalam, analisa dokumen serta observasi. Perolehan pengkajian menampilkan bila Kedai Kita menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang berfokus pada pemanfaatan word of mouth marketing, kualitas produk, serta pelayanan pelanggan. Selain itu, Kedai Kita juga konsisten menjaga kualitas produk dan memberikan pelayanan yang ramah dan cepat sebagai nilai tambah. Tantangan yang dihadapi dalam implementasi strategi ini antara lain adalah persaingan yang ketat dengan usaha sejenis dan keterbatasan sumber daya. Oleh karena itu, Kedai Kita diharapkan dapat terus berinovasi dalam strategi pemasaran dan memperkuat hubungan dengan pelanggan untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan pangsa pasar

Full text linkThe incidence of infection is considered a serious problem that threatens the health and safety of patients and health workers globally. Nosocomial infections are infections that occur in hospitals and attack sufferers who are in the healing process. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is equipment that workers must use when carrying out work that poses a risk of compromising safety and health. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in room D of one of the Bogor city hospitals. The type of research is in the form of a case study of nursing management station nurse practice which was carried out October 16 – November 10 2023. Data collection tools used observation and checklist sheets. The results of research on the types of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) used in room D consist of handscoone, mask, apron, haircap and shoes. The personal protective equipment (PPE) used in room D was found to be incomplete. The implementation of the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) used in room D was found to be poor, because of the 5 nurses only 3 nurses applied it well (70%), the rest were not good (30%). And in conclusion, implementing the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is very important for health workers, especially nurses, when carrying out medical procedures to avoid nosocomial infections.
Efektivitas Senam Iringan Gamelan Terhadap Tekanan Darah Lansia Dengan Hipertensi
Full text linkBackground: Hypertension is a cardiovascular disease that attacks many elderly people and increases the risk of death. The aging process causes elderly people to decrease their activity, resulting in the emergence of obesity, fat accumulation in blood vessels, and increased blood pressure. Data in the area supported by the Srondol Semarang Community Health Center in 2020 shows that hypertension is in first place on the list of the top 10 diseases there. One intervention that is safe and popular with the elderly and can help control blood pressure in the elderly is gamelan accompaniment exercise because it can increase blood flow and oxygen supply throughout the body, increase the elasticity of blood vessels and provide a relaxing effect. The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of gamelan accompaniment to blood pressure in elderly people with hypertension. This research method is a pre-experimental one group pre and post test design and sampling using purposive sampling technique. The population of this study were elderly people who were recorded as suffering from hypertension at the Srondol Semarang Community Health Center. The research instrument used a digital spygmomanometer and video of gamelan accompaniment of exercises. The research stages consist of preparation, implementation and processing of research data. The steps taken at the preparation stage were literature studies, field surveys, discussions with lecturers and experts, developing procedures for implementing gamelan accompaniment exercises, expert reviews, and socializing the implementation of gamelan accompaniment exercises to the elderly and their families. The implementation stage was carried out by collecting data on elderly people registered at the Srondol Semarang Community Health Center, pre and post tests by measuring blood pressure using a spigmomanometer, implementing gamelan accompaniment exercises in accordance with the prepared SOP, observing the implementation of gamelan accompaniment exercises with an observation sheet. Then, at the data processing stage, a test was carried out on the effectiveness of gamelan accompaniment exercises on the blood pressure of elderly people with hypertension. The targeted output is publication in national journals indexed by Sinta and HAKI. The TKT target for implementing this gamelan accompaniment exercise is at level 2. The results of the study show a significant reduction in systolic and diastolic blood pressure (p value 0.0001) with an error level (α) of 0.05, namely from 163.25 mmHg to 146.75 mmHg and from 100 .50 mmHg to 89.25 mmHg.
