    Cold Compresses in Overcoming First Stage Labor Pain at PMB Andina

    On average, 85-90% of pregnant women in Indonesia experience severe labor pain and 7-15% of those who do not experience labor pain. Labor pain results in increased activity of the sympathetic nervous system which causes an increase in blood pressure, pulse rate, respiration, nausea, vomiting, and diaphoresis. Data shows that 15% of mothers in Indonesia experience birth complications and 21% are caused by experiencing very severe pain. The aim of the research was to analyze the effect of cold compresses on first stage labor pain. The research design used a quasi-experimental one group pre-posttest. The population, namely all mothers giving birth at PMB Andina in May 2024, totaled 30 respondents. The sampling technique uses total sampling. Statistical tests use the Wilcoxon test. The research results obtained were that the average labor pain before the cold compress was 5.13 and the average labor pain after the cold compress was 4.00, meaning there was a decrease in the level of pain by 1.13. The significant value was found to be p: 0.001 < 0.05, meaning that there was an effect of cold compresses on labor pain in mothers giving birth at PMB Andina Palembang. It is hoped that health workers can improve maternal care during childbirth, one of which is by providing complementary services in the form of cold compresses

    Effectiveness of Ginger Aromatherapy and Warm Compresses on Menstrual Pain in Adolescents

    Menstruation or menstruation is a sign that the reproductive system and organs in women are functioning. Menstruation causes various complaints such as discomfort caused by excessive bleeding during menstruation and complaints of pain known as dysmenorrhoea. Around 55 percent of women of childbearing age in Indonesia suffer from menstrual pain. Non-pharmacological therapies that can treat dysmenorrhoea are warm compresses and ginger aromatherapy. The aim of the research was to determine the effectiveness of ginger aromatherapy and warm compresses on menstrual pain in adolescents. The research design uses a quasi-experimental with control group design. The intervention group was given ginger aromatherapy and warm compresses on the first day of menstruation, while the control group was not given any intervention. Data analysis used the Mann Whitney test. The population in this study were all class IX female students at Sriwijaya Middle School, Palembang. The sampling technique used purposive sampling totaling 30 respondents. The menstrual pain scale uses the Numeric Ratting Scale (NRS). The results of the Mann Whitney test obtained a p value of 0.001, meaning that there was a difference in the pain scale in the intervention group that was given ginger aromatherapy and warm compresses for menstrual pain in teenagers compared to the control group that was not given the intervention. It is recommended that health workers intensify education regarding complementary therapies in reducing menstrual pain in adolescents

    Factors Related to Motor Development in Toddlers Aged 2-3 Years at Nagaswidak Health Center, Palembang

    Approximately 5-10% of children worldwide experience impaired motor development. Disrupted child development will contribute to morbidity that occurs throughout the child's life cycle, the transmission of poverty between generations, and in the long term can hold back the pace of a country's development. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with motor development in toddlers aged 2-3 years at the Nagaswidak Health Center, Palembang. The research design used observational analytic with a cross-sectional approach. The population was all mothers who had toddlers aged 2-3 years in the Nagaswidak Health Center working area in January - March 2024, totaling 32 people. Sampling used the total population technique . Data analysis used the Spearman rank test. The results of the study obtained a relationship between knowledge and gross motor development (p value 0.080) and fine motor (p value 0.135), a relationship between gender and gross motor development (p value 0.144) and fine motor (p value 0.135), a relationship between nutritional status and gross motor development (p value 0.000) and fine motor (p value 0.003). There is a relationship between nutritional status and motor development, there is no relationship between knowledge and gender and motor development. It is expected that all related parties will increase stimulation for children related to motor development

    The purpose of this research is to understand the process of employee discipline at CV. Arsana Sentosa, identify barriers in the implementation of employee discipline, and find ways to overcome these barriers. The method used is qualitative descriptive analysis. The analysis results show that the implementation of Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) at CV. Arsana Sentosa provides significant benefits if done properly according to their functions. If employee discipline at CV. Arsana Sentosa decreases, the profit obtained will also decrease, even leading to losses. From previous discussions, it can be concluded that the implementation of discipline at CV. Arsana Sentosa, particularly in the use of fire extinguisher cylinders, has a significant impact if employees implement discipline well. This can be seen from the discipline system at CV. Arsana Sentosa, which is in line with the applicable regulations. However, there are still things that need to be improved, such as employees needing to have principles in managing time and being perfectionists without delaying tasks

    This study aims to find out many cases of passengers who have special conditions due to illness, disability, the elderly, pregnant women, disabilities, the visually impaired and their children cannot do it alone, for that they need special services, namely in the form of wheelchair  users to help their journey while at the airport. This study uses qualitative research methods. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documents and documentation as well as observations. The researcher immediately made observations, the researcher also explained the results of the data taken during the interview and observations for the interview, the researcher interviewed 3 resource persons with document data obtained by the researcher from the documentation of the activities  of the medical officer in handling the Special Passanger (Wheelchair) when carrying out duties and responsibilities in the field and also in the form of implementation documents for the data analysis techniques used, namely Data collection, data reduction, presentation of discussion data and conclusions. The results of this study include, the performance of the Pasasi unit in Handling Special Passengger (Wheelchair) at PT. The Angkasa Gate of I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport Bali has been very good in terms of work quality, work quantity, responsibility, cooperation, and initiatives which all aspects have been very well carried out by the Pasasi unit officers in handling special passengers. Officers must have experienced obstacles, obstacles here such as the wheelchair that is used is not suitable for use such as the wheelchair wheel sounds,  Wheelchair passengers  do not have a companion in carrying out flights, and wheelchair  passengers do not bring a statement letter and other obstacles often occur experienced by the transit officer

    Inadequate dietary fiber intake may present a risk of inhibiting the final catch-up process in young adolescents. Therefore, it is vital to find solutions to this issue, one of which is the creation of fiber-rich products. This study was conducted to determine the acceptability (color, scent, texture, and taste) of cookies with different levels of purple sweet potato substitution and the addition of chia seeds, as well as the fiber content of the best cookie formula. This quantitative research with pure experimental methods uses a research design in the form of a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of six different treatments, namely (80%, 15%); (80%, 10%); (75%, 15%); (75%, 10%); (70%, 15%); and (70%, 10%). A questionnaire will be used as the study tool, and 35 semi-trained panelists will complete it. The Kruskal-Wallis test was used as the statistical test in this study, and an extra test in the Mann-Whitney test was used if the p-value was less than 0.05. The results showed that the substitution of purple sweet potato and the addition of chia seeds had an effect on color and taste, so Ha was accepted for both characteristics. However, the substitution of purple sweet potato and the addition of chia seeds did not affect the scent and texture, so Ha was rejected for aroma and texture. The cookies with the best hedonic test results were F5 (70%; 15%) with a dietary fiber level of 6.61 g per 100 g of cookies

This is due to the ease of promotion through online media or digital marketing, which makes it easier for business people to reach consumers to introduce or sell their products. This research aims to understand the impact of using e-commerce for MSME business actors. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews with MSME players who have used e-commerce to market their products. Data from these interviews were analyzed using the *thematic analysis* method which aims to identify patterns and find themes based on the data collected (Braun and Clarke, 2006).     This aims to find out and analyze the factors that influence impulse buying among Milopi Boutique consumers in Pontianak City. This research uses qualitative research methods with research subjects as consumers of the Milopi Shop boutique. The sampling technique is purposive sampling with data analysis techniques in this research being data reduction, display and verification. The results of this research show that there are 4 factors that influence impulsive buying: 1. Shopping Lifestyle 2. Fashion Involvement 3. Pre-Decision Stage 4. Post Decision Stage. The shopping lifestyle of Milopi Shop boutique consumers can be categorized into consumptive and hedonistic groups. This is reinforced by the high shopping interest of Milopi Shop boutique consumers with an average of 1-2x a month. Apart from that, their interest in shopping apart from the motif, style or style of good clothes is the quality of the materials used in the clothes. The biggest factor that influences Milopi Shop boutique consumers to shop is their own environment. This environment can include neighbors, friends, friends, artists and TikTok influencers who have the same taste in clothing as them. Sales and discounts also play a big role in the high level of impulsive buying at the Milopi Shop Boutique. This Islamic boarding school is not only a place to gain religious knowledge, but also a place for character formation, skill development, and integration of Islamic values ​​in everyday life.
