Full text linkIslamic culture has been on a steady decline from the time of the prophet, who ushered in its golden age. A factor contributing to Islamic stagnation was the emergence of Western nations that colonized Islamic nations. In their imperialistic pursuit of power, wealth, culture, and politics, Western nations prey on Islamic nations. Consequently, it is intriguing to examine their colonization of Islamic nations. My goal in writing this paper is to gain a better understanding of the reasons behind western colonization of Islamic countries. I hope that all students in Indonesia, and particularly those at UINSU, will read it and be inspired to work towards a world where Islamic countries no longer face colonization from the West.. Library research is the methodology employed in this article. There was a lengthy period of Islamic stagnation due to the colonization of the archipelago by western powers. This was accompanied by devastating conflicts, economic and social inequalities, the loss of native culture and civilization, and the introduction of Christianity. Due in part to the fact that Islamic countries are unable to stand up to Western colonization on their own, Islam has been unable to advance in recent centuries. Economic, social, political, and legal decisions may all stem from the need for prior permission from the federal government in order to pass legislation pertaining to a state. A number of indigenous peoples' desires to secede from their colonial masters emerged in response to Western colonialism. Some of the colonized states that rose up in opposition to the occupying power were successful in becoming independent nations, while others were unable to do so due to the superior military might of the colonial power

Inclusive education is a form of realizing equal distribution of education without discrimination, both children with special needs and normal children can receive the same education. This research method uses literature studies sourced from books, journals and others. The aim of this research is to find out the challenges faced, among others. ; lack of skills and attitudes of teachers in dealing with special needs children, limited facilities and infrastructure as well as low awareness of parents and the community regarding the rights of children with special needs.

Full text linkThe quality of human resources that has progressed can be caused by an increase in employee performance through the provision of appropriate compensation as remuneration to employees for the efforts they make for the company. In this era of globalization, companies are expected to be able to develop and experience changes for the better and earlier through employee work. One of the aims of this research is to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance at PT Panorama Alam Tropika, South Jakarta.The type of research used is a quantitative method with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires to employees of PT Panorama Alam Tropika, South Jakarta. The population of this research is all employees of PT Panorama Alam Tropika, South Jakarta, with a sample of 13 employees.The analysis technique used in this research uses simple linear regression statistical analysis with the help of the SPSS version 23 application. And the results of this analysis can be interpreted to mean that compensation variables which include salaries, allowances, benefits and facilities have a significant influence on employee performance variables at PT Panorama Alam Tropika, South Jakarta. Coefficient of determination of compensation on employee performance at PT. The Tropical Natural Panorama of South Jakarta is 0.627 or 62.7%, while the remaining 37.3% is due to other factors outside the variables studied. The results of this research were obtained from the results of the t test (partial) which showed the calculated t value > t table (4,300 > 2.22814), with a significance of 0.001 < 0.05. This means that there is a significant positive influence of compensation on the performance of PT employees. Tropical Natural Panorama of South Jakarta.
 
Potensi Bakteri Rizosfer Tanah Salin Sebagai Rizobakteri Pemacu Pertumbuhan Tanaman Ditanah Salin
Full text linkThe potential of rhizobacteria as plant growth promoters in increasing crop production in saline soils continues to be carried out by exploring the types of isolates from the rhizosphere of saline soils. The purpose of this study was to obtain the types of isolates that have the potential to be developed as biofertilizers in saline soils. The research was conducted by isolating rhizosphere soil from saline soil and then testing the ability of the resulting isolates to produce phytohormones in the form of IAA, the ability to dissolve phosphate, the ability to fix nitrogen and the ability to produce the enzyme ACC deaminase. The results showed that isolates KNW 2.1, KNW 2.2, KNW 2.3 and KNW 3.2 have potential as rhizobacteria that promote plant growth in saline soils as indicated by their ability to produce the hormone IAA, the ability to dissolve phosphate, the ability to fix nitrogen, and the ability to produce the enzyme ACC deaminase which is higher than the other isolates.

Full text linkSocial capital is an important factor for farmers because it can support the management of livestock businesses in Indonesia. Especially because Indonesian culture still relies heavily on group activities in society. Research on the influence of social capital on the performance of goat breeders in the Besowo Village area aims to describe the characteristics of social capital (Trust, Norm, Network, Reciprocity) by identifying the level of social capital of breeders in Besowo Village, Kepung subdistrict on the performance of the livestock. The research was carried out on 1-28 September 2023 using the Systematic Random Sampling method, namely determining the initial sample randomly using the Slovin formula to obtain 82 respondents in all hamlets in Besowo Village. The results of this research show that social capital has an important role in people's livestock by utilizing the existing social patterns of society

Full text linkElectronic nursing care documentation plays an important role in maintaining patient safety. Electronic documentation can identify the potential for increasing efficiency and effectiveness in providing nursing care. The purpose of this article is to determine the application of electronic nursing care documentation management. This research is a case study obtained when students carried out the Nursing Management Stage practice at one of the hospitals in Bogor City from 16 October - 10 November 2023. Data collection was carried out through several processes which included management review of electronic documentation based on 5M, SWOT analysis and formulation and problem priorities using the criteria of magnitude, severity, manageability, nursing concern, affordability which are assessed with a score of 1 – 5. The vision of room X is electronic-based so that effective nurses need time to adapt to technology to carry out electronic-based nursing documentation. The conclusion is that documentation of nursing care plays a crucial role as an important process for recording patient care information

Full text linkPreviously known as Alalak's hometown, it is now divided into two villages, namely South Alalak village and North Alalak village, located in North Banjarmasin District from 1970 to 2000. This area was famous as a center for the wood processing industry for building materials, but is now starting to be abandoned. dim because wood is also rare. Wooden materials were replaced with concrete beams, steel and metal rafters. Alalak Village looks very shabby, the houses are built mostly from irregular wood. However, there is something interesting in the Alalak River village which is visited by every local/regional, national and international holiday tourist. They wanted to witness the Floating Market activity as a rare custom in the form of buying and selling activities where sellers and buyers use boats or in the banjo term called catamarans. This empty village needs to be managed by building a riverside buffer area in the form of a long embankment with a width of 8.0 meters to 12.0 meters. The embankment material is planted with trees according to its purpose as protection from wind, waves and sunlight. The length of the embankment as a Buffer Zone for this building was built in stages in accordance with the budget set by the Banjarmasin City River and Drainage Department . Thinking about the need to organize dense residential and slum areas on the banks of this river from literature, videos about Buffer Zones in earthquake and tsunami prone areas in Japan which implement these zones as places of effort to withstand very large tsunami waves

Full text linkThe whole series of prayer movements are arranged in a tauqifi manner taught and practiced by the Prophet SAW. There is no information found in the Prophetic traditions that explain the differences in prayer movements between men and women. In the practice that developed in the community, there was an understanding that there were differences in ruku' and prostration movements for women. Where it is understood that for women to close their hands to their limbs, the distinction appears as a transformation of understanding of the hadith which then becomes a religious practice in the community which is conveyed and taught until it is accepted by the community as a form of teaching. This will then be studied in the form of its transformation from the hadith text into practice in the community. This discussion will be examined with a literature study approach that refers to works in the field of hadith to trace the understanding that emerged in each period. The hadith literature shows that there is a narration in the Musnad of Abu Hanifah that appeared at the beginning of the second century, which hints at a different way of praying for women by closing their limbs. This narration was not popular in the mu'tamad hadith books that appeared until the end of the third century A.H. Based on this. In the fourth century, another understanding emerged based on a narration that explains bowing and prostration in a way that is specific to women. The narration was found in Sunan Kubra al-Bayhaqy, where al-Bayhaqy was a follower of the Shafi'iyyah school of thought. This understanding developed in the books of fiqh shafi'iyyah which were widely used in pesantren and became the understanding and practice of the majority of people who followed the Shafi'i school of thought

Full text linkThe purpose of this research is to determine the financial performance of PT. Pajjaiang Indah in terms of the ratio of liquidity and profitability of own capital in 2017-2019. The liquidity ratios used in this study are the current ratio, the quick ratio, and the cash ratio. And the profitability of own capital. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, and uses the type of secondary data which is data that has been processed in the form of financial reports sourced from PT. Pajjaiang Indah which consists of a profit and loss statement and balance sheet from 2017-2019. The results of the analysis of the financial performance of PT. Pajjaiang Indah Makassar, in terms of the liquidity ratio aspect from 2017-2019, using the Current Ratio calculation, the liquidity level shows an average of 1.82 times or 182% of the standard 2 times or 200%, this means the level of liquidity at PT . Pajjaiang Indah in terms of the Current Ratio (Current Ratio) is declared illiquid. Meanwhile, in terms of the Quick Ratio aspect, it shows an average of 1.69 times or 169% from the standard 1.5 times or 150%, this means that the liquidity level of PT. Pajjaiang Indah in terms of the Quick Ratio aspect is declared liquid. And viewed from the aspect of the Cash Ratio (Cash Ratio) shows an average of 0.24 times or 24% of the standard 1 time or 100%, this means the level of liquidity of PT. Pajjaiang Indah in terms of the Cash Ratio aspect is declared illiquid. From the description of the three aspects of the liquidity ratio, it can be concluded that the level of liquidity of PT. Pajjaiang Indah in 2017 – 2019 was low. From the results of the analysis of the profitability ratio of its own capital, PT. Pajjaiang Indah in 2017 - 2019 obtained an average calculation of 24% from the standard 40%, it can be concluded that the average level of profitability of PT. Pajjaiang Indah in 2017 – 2019 was low

Full text linkThe aim of this research is to discuss innovation in marketing management of village Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises through social customer relationship management (SCRM), digitalization and technological guidance assistance. The method used is a systematic literature review method. Systematic literature reviews are used for the process of identifying, evaluating and interpreting research results relevant to research objectives that include research questions, topic areas and related phenomena. One of the main reasons for conducting qualitative research is because the research is exploratory in nature. Based on the discussion above, it can be concluded that social customer relationship management is defined as a business philosophy and strategy, supported by technology platforms, business rules, processes and social characteristics, which are designed to involve customers in collaborative conversations to deliver mutually beneficial value in a trusted and transparent business environment. Micro, small and medium enterprises need to maintain good relationships with customers and increase their loyalty through knowledge and fulfilling customer needs quickly and precisely. One of the keys for micro, small and medium enterprises to survive in today's competitive business world is through business digitalization, where micro, small and medium enterprises can take advantage of this to develop business performance. Government policy in the form of technical guidance training in the form of training for micro, small and medium enterprises is expected to strengthen the relationship between entrepreneurial marketing and marketing performance
