A Study of Malaria in Haryana State of India
Background: The Annual Parasite Incidence (API) of Malaria for Haryana had been observed to be decreasing from 2017 to 2018 when it reached 0.11 from 0.20.
Methodology: The study design included analysis of the annual report of the Malaria Division of the National Centre for Vector-Borne Diseases Control (NCVBDC) for 2018 and a web search for information on Malaria in Haryana.
Results: There is one district, Nuh, which deserves special mention because it’s API was 5.07 in 2015 which came down to 0.02 in 2020.
Conclusions: Although Haryana did not reach zero Malaria cases in 2021, it did reach an API of 0.11 during 2018. Therefore, it is a good candidate for being the first state in the country close to being able to achieve near-elimination goals
Reversal Processes by Dynamic Therapies: Pathophysiology, Biomarkers and Integrative Applications for Endometriosis: Case Report
Introduction: This study's goal was to understand the pathophysiology of endometriosis and its epigenetic biomarkers that are useful in proposing integrative therapies for improved health outcomes. Current conventional therapies have been ineffective in treating endometrial abnormalities observed in patients diagnosed with the disease.
Patient Concerns: The endogenic treatment protocol that was based on the integrated process of reversal therapy was provided to thirty female participants enrolled in the study. Resulting fertility issues due to the disease renders a significant percentage of this population nulliparous. Literature is exhausted with research to establish relative pathogenicity of the monospecific disease as it corresponds to its molecular characteristics, symptoms, and progression.
Diagnosis: Angiogenesis was found to be a characteristic mechanism during the development of endometriosis resulting from a mutation of the GnRH gene thus compromising JEG-3 cell operations. Upregulated immune-related factors and functionally prevalent angiogenesis predisposes this population to acquire abnormal endometrial outcomes.
Interventions: A monotherapeutic approach was utilized consisting of a 3 part biomedical treatment protocol applied for 90 days to obtain menstral process improvements by decreasing the incidence of endometriosis and corresponding infertility.
Outcomes: Proposed mechanism of action provided by The Tejeda Equation (∑(σX GnRH ⇒ JEG3f )+ (σα ^βER ) ∴ NR3A1 ≥ 300-437pg/ml e (τ +30dy)∆ δEEC) permitted development of applied biomedical treatment protocol Fig.4. The protocols therapeutic matrix addressed all aspects of Bis4 by reversal of the mutated GnRH gene, restoration of JEG-3 cells and diminished endometrial lesions Fig.1. Corresponding results proved favorably.
Conclusion: Some significant genetic factors that are critical contributors to endometriosis have remained undiscovered. Continued research will be pursued that can assist in developing alternate diverse treatment strategies for the affected population

Emulgel of Rumex hastatus D. Don Methanolic Root Extract with Antifungal Activity: Formulation and Evaluation
This study emphasised on the production of ‘Rumex Hastatus’ D. Don methanolic root extract for antifungal purposes. We performed a variety of physical and chemical analyses. We also executed many phytochemical investigations. Extracts from sequential hot percolation (Soxhlet) were subjected to preliminary phytochemical screening. The objective of this investigation was to formulate and analyze a herbal emulgel with antifungal activity based on Rumex hastatus root extract. "The purpose of this study is to determine the antifungal activity of herbal emulgel formulation using Rumex hastatus root extract" might serve as an appropriate substitute for the original sentence. The extract has antifungal properties and is used in the formulation as an active therapeutic product. The extraction employed methanol, and the yield was found to be 26%. many phytoconstituents were found in the extract, including alkaloids, flavonoids, saponins, tannins, phenols, and anthraquinone glycoside. Despite the fact that this is an early examination, the results show that the generated emulgel is effective, and the pure chemical responsible for the effect should be extracted and studied. All of the developed formulations were effective, although formulation F3 showed the most promising outcomes of the four compositions and can be recommended for pilot scale up after constituent isolation
Vascular Malformation Involving the Maxillofacial Region: A Case Report
Vascular anomalies constitute some of the most difficult diagnostic and therapeutic enigmas in the head and neck region and most of the congenital vascular malformations were often misdiagnosed and left untreated. These lesions are the result of an embryonic abnormality of the vascular system. Vascular lesions in the maxillofacial region are rare. These lesions can cause facial asymmetry, loose teeth, tinnitus, headache, and bruits and can be complicated by life threatening conditions such as haemorrhage and heart failure. This article presents a case of 25-year old female patient reported to the Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology with a chief complaint of swelling on the left side of the face. Based on the clinical findings and radiological investigations such as USG with Color Doppler, MR Angiography and CBCT the case was diagnosed as slow flow venous malformation involving the left maxillofacial region. So, the present case report depicts that apart from the clinical findings advanced radiological techniques like contrast enhanced Magnetic Resonance Imaging and CBCT will acts as a useful tool for the accurate diagnosis of Vascular Anamolies (VA)

The Relationship between Scoliosis Surgery and Quality of Life
Scoliosis is known as "curvature of the spine" and early diagnosis is very important. It can provide a great advantage to individuals when appropriate treatment or surgery. Today, the surgical treatment of scoliosis curvatures is very successful and an aesthetic and beautiful appearance is formed after the operation. In addition to the aesthetically beautiful appearance, the pain of individuals decreases, and their quality of life increases. This study was conducted to reveal how the quality of life of patients who had scoliosis surgery changed. The population of the study consisted of 121 patients who underwent scoliosis surgery in a private hospital in Istanbul between September 2009 and October 2010. The ages of these patients were 8 and over and 99 patients participated in the study. Data were collected with two tools, namely the information form and the Scoliosis Research Society-22 (SRS-22) scale. The independent variables of the study were demographic and disease characteristics of the cases; The dependent variable was quality of life scores. Information form and scale were applied at least 3 months after scoliosis surgery. The data were evaluated by percentage distributions, t-tests, and ANOVA analysis in a computer environment. A total of 99 patients participated in the study. Of these, 78 people were 78.8% women, and 21 people were 21.2% men. Their ages were between 8 and 20 years old. 62 people, mostly between the ages of 14-19, were 62.2%. 7 people aged at least 20 years and older were 7.1%. Mean SRS-22 and its sub-dimensions, Pain mean 21.84± 2.81, General Appearance Evaluation mean 17.66± 4.69, Spinal Function means 2 0.25± 3.64, Mental health mean 19.46± 2 The mean treatment satisfaction was found to be 9.26± 1.01, and the mean of the SRS-22 scale was 88.47± 10.68. When male and female patients were compared according to the general total mean score, the mean score of the female patients was found to be significantly higher than the mean score of the male patients. There was no difference between the groups in terms of age, education level, number of siblings, consanguineous marriage, place of residence, family type, chronic illness, and sports. The mental health sub-dimension scores of SSK patients were found to be statistically significantly higher than those of bonding and paid patients. Except for the satisfaction with the treatment sub-dimension, it was determined that the mean score of the patients with free movement was significantly higher than the mean score of the patients with partially restricted movement. The mean score of patients with scoliosis in relatives was found to be statistically significantly lower in terms of pain and spinal functions, compared to the mean score of patients whose relatives did not have scoliosis
Subcutaneous Emphysema in a Psittacine Bird: A Case Report
Background and Aim: Subcutaneous emphysema is an uncommon disorder that involves trapped air under the skin. This most frequently happens in the skin covering the chest, neck, and abdomen. On occasion, though, it can be brought on by a serious accident, an injury, or an infection. It is a condition often causing mild symptoms, but sometimes it can be dangerous and even life-threatening.
Case Representation: A 17-month-old parrot had been admitted to the hospital with the symptoms of a swollen abdomen, anorexia, and coughing. Based on the clinical history and physical examination, the diagnosis was made. The problem was treated with a single needle puncture and supportive treatment. On that day, the bird was released, and until it was extricated, there was continuous contact with the owners.
Discussion: Subcutaneous emphysema, a relatively uncommon occurrence in Bangladesh, can be caused by a number of factors, including trauma, infection, and fractures. It can be confirmed by radiography or by removing the gas from the enlarged area. This condition can be treated with paracentesis and supportive care, with or without the use of antibiotics.
Conclusion: The study’s main goal is an exploration of subcutaneous emphysema that was corrected via paracentesis with supportive treatment
