The Interconnected Factors of Migrant Land Issues for Sustainable Urban Development
This research explores the interrelated factors in migrant land issues for sustainable urban development. Through a literature review using the PRISMA method, this study identified and analyzed 395 documents from the Scopus database for the period 2015-2024. Data visualization using InfraNodus revealed that rural-urban migration is a key driver of land use change, causing environmental and social challenges. This analysis highlights the importance of effective policies and adaptive management to address the negative impacts of migration on land use. Social integration and community support play a critical role in migrants' transition to urban areas and their contribution to sustainable urban development. The findings show that social, economic and environmental factors interact in complex ways, requiring a multidisciplinary approach to create inclusive and sustainable solutions. This research provides new insights for better urban planning and encourages further research to develop more sustainable urban development strategies. The overall findings are important in creating development strategies that balance urban growth with environmental sustainability and social well-being
Kinerja Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Tirta Sinjai Bersatu dalam Pelayanan Air Bersih di Kabupaten Sinjai
This study aims to process data and find out how the performance of the Tirta Sinjai Bersatu Regional Drinking Water Company in clean water services in Sinjai Regency and to find out the determinant factors of the performance of the Tirta Sinjai Bersatu Regional Drinking Water Company in clean water services in Sinjai Regency. This study uses a qualitative research methodology which is intended to provide an overall picture and description with guaranteed truth from the problem regarding the performance of the Tirta Sinjai Bersatu Regional Drinking Water Company in clean water services in Sinjai Regency. Data collection was carried out through observation, interview, and documentation methods. The data obtained were analyzed based on indicators determined by looking at the results of data collection from research informants, namely the Director of the Tirta Sinjai Bersatu Regional Drinking Water Company, Planning Staff, Head of Technical Division, Head of Customer Relations Division, and the community. That based on the results of the study regarding the performance of the Tirta Sinjai Bersatu Regional Drinking Water Company in clean water services in Sinjai Regency, it was concluded that it was not optimal because many customers still complained that the quality of the water distributed was salty water, cloudy, small water discharge, water mixed with mud and even dead water. And it is hoped that Perumda employees can be faster in providing services and overcoming obstacles that hinder the speed in serving customers
Pengembangan E-Government Sebagai Langkah Mewujudkan Smart Government Di Kota Padang Panjang
This study aims to analyze the development of e-government as a step towards creating smart government in the city of Padang Panjang. E-government development is useful for realizing maximum public services and effective and efficient performance management through the use of information and communication technology. According to Harvard JFK School of Government, e-government development takes into account three important elements, namely: support, capacity, and value. The research method used is qualitative with observation data collection techniques, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that various forms of innovation e-government as a step towards creating smart government in the city of Padang Panjang through the Padang Panjang Communication and Information Office in collaboration with several related OPD. However, in the implementation process there are still obstacles in the form of information and communication technology infrastructure, namely servers that sometimes have problems, this is part of the capacity element. Therefore, in the future the Municipal Government of Padang Panjang needs to be improved the quality of information and communication technology infrastructure procurement, especially about servers
The Model of Collaborative Governance in Addressing Poverty in Indonesia
The aim of this study is to review and evaluate the implementation of the Model Collaborative Governance in addressing poverty in Indonesia. The study involves secondary data analysis and relevant written sources to assess the effectiveness of this model in addressing poverty. The results of the research indicate that the Model Collaborative Governance can help ensure that poverty alleviation solutions are inclusive and meet the needs of the community. However, for optimal results, there needs to be effective communication and coordination between the government, the private sector, civil society, and community organizations. This study provides an overview of the potential of the Model Collaborative Governance in addressing poverty in Indonesia and provides recommendations for improvement and increased implementation of this model in the future
Evaluasi Kebijakan Peraturan Daerah Kota Bandung Nomor 3 Tahu 2017 tentang Retribusi Pelayanan Pemakaman di Kota bandung
Retributi0n is a regi0nal collection as payment f0r services 0r the granting 0f certain permits from the regional government to individuals or entities. The reas0n f0r this research is that the Bandung City TPU has a mismatch of funeral retribution rates with Bandung City regulations and burial grounds that are n0t in acc0rdance with the Bandung City Data Portal. The meth0d used in this study is a descriptive meth0d with a quaIitative appr0ach. Data coIIecti0n techniques used in this study thr0ugh, 0bservation, interviews and d0cumentati0n. The determination 0f inf0rmants was carried out t0 TPU officers and the people who were met at the research location. The resuIts 0f this study indicate that the effectiveness 0f the policy related to the Bandung City Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2017 concerning Cemetery Service Fees in the City of Bandung is quite effective, these results were obtained through interviews with resource persons from TPU Pandu, TPU RancaciIi, TPU Maleer, TPU Cikutra and TPU Astana Anyar. . By coordinating between TPU officers, the Cipta Karya, Construction Development and Spatial Planning and people who use TPU, it is h0ped that there wiII be an increase in effectiveness
Analisis Kinerja Puskesmas Seberang Padang Dalam Memberikan Pelayanan Kesehatan
Health services are one of the important service areas provided to the community. This is done to improve the health standard of the nation. Puskesmas play a very important role in the process of health development. Community Health Centers are also required to improve their performance optimally to provide good health services to the community. However, after making initial observations the researchers found that the service the patients felt was unsatisfactory. This study uses the theory of public bureaucratic performance put forward by Agus Dwiyanto which can be measured through Productivity, Service Quality, Responsiveness, Responsibility and Accountability. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a descriptive research design. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews and documentation. While the data validity technique was carried out using source triangulation method by selecting informants by purposive sampling and accidental sampling. The results of research conducted at the Seberang Padang Health Center, seen from the level of productivity, can be said to be good, although not optimal. This is because the targets for productive age programs/activities set at minimum service standards have not reached the target. From the level of service quality, it can be said that it is not optimal. This is because infrastructure in productive age activities is inadequate. From the level of responsiveness in responding to complaints it can be said to be good even though the infrastructure for complaint services is still not optimal. Analisis Penyebaran Tweet Tentang Pemulihan Ekonomi Di Indonesia pasca Covid-19 Analisis akun @Prekonomian RI
Berkembangnya teknologi informasi pada era sekarang sangatlah pesat sehingga dikala pandemic seperti ini pemerintah memanfaatkan media sosial dalam penyebaran informasi. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplor sejauh mana penyebaran informasi pemulihan perekonomian di Indonesia selama pandemi Covid-19 melalui akun twitter @PerekonomianRI. Kemudian, penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif eksploratif dengan bantuan aplikasi NVIVO 12 plus sebagai alat untuk menganalisa penyebaran informasi pemulihan perekonomian di Twitter. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa akun media sosial Twitter @PerekonomianRI telah menyebarluaskan informasi secara massif tentang pemulihan ekonomi Indonesia. Beragam hashtag turut andil dalam meningkatkan penyebaran informasi pemulihan ekonomi serta adanya akun media sosial Twitter lainnya yang mention tweet terkait pemulihan ekonomi Penggunaan media sosial sangat penting di era sekarang dalam penelitian ini dapat di tarik kesimpulan bahwa dalam penyebaran tweet oleh Kemenko RI melalui akun media sosialnya mengenai pemulihan ekonomi di Indonesia, pada tahun 2020 Kemenko Prekonomian RI memiliki antusias yang tinggi dalam penyebaran informasi melalui akun media sosial twitternya, @PrekonomianRI tentang pemulihan ekonomi di Indonesia dengan persentasi 44,50% hal ini menandakan kementrian Kemenko Prekonomian RI pada tahun 2020 pada awal Covid-19 sangat fokus agar prekonomian nasional tidak menurun sehingga banya melakukan penyebaran informasi tentang pemulihan ekonomi dengan hashtag paling banya yang di siarkan pada kanal media sosial twitter yakni #untukekonomiindonesia. Kemntrian Kordinator Perekonomian RI juga mejalain Kerjasama dengan beberapa kementrian yang ada, dan juga media-media yang ada di Indonesi
Aksesibilitas Lembaga Think Tank Dalam Upaya Pengarusutamaan Gender Di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta
Ketimpangan gender menjadi salah satu isu strategis di wilayah Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY) dengan berbagai keberagaman karakteristik dan sosial. Berbagai macam bentuk isu yang muncul meliputi kekerasan, yang mana seringkali terjadi pada perempuan. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari tingginya tingkat Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga (KDRT) yang terjadi di kelompok masyarakat DIY. Berbagai macam upaya telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah, dimana salah satunya adalah Gender Corner. Meskipun demikian, upaya pemerintah tidak berbuah hasil yang optimal. Dengan ini, hipotesis dari penelitian yakni bahwasanya organisasi think thank mampu mengoptimalkan rencana strategis pemerintah dengan strategi PUG (Pengarusutamaan Gender). Penelitian bersifat deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode pengambilan data berupa wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Obyek penelitian merupakan lembaga think tank di DIY yaitu CV. Multi Lisensi dan PT. Sinergi. Kedua lembaga tersebut telah menjadi pakar terhadap implementasi strategi PUG. Penelitian berfokus pada empat poin aksesibilitas lembaga think thank dalam upaya PUG yang meliputi akses, partisipasi, kontrol, dan manfaat. Sebagai hasilnya, didapatkan bahwa aksesisibilitas lembaga terhadap keempat poin penting tersebut dapat dikatakan cukup baik terkecuali pada poin manfaat. Akses, partisipasi, dan kontrol dalam pelaksanaan PUG di daerah DIY oleh lembaga think tank dikatakan baik dengan adanya transaparansi data hingga penyediaan fasilitas oleh pemerintah. Meskipun demikian, manfaatnya masih belum terwujud, dimana kesetaraan gender masih belum tercapai di wilayah DIY. Dengan demikian, penelitian merekomendasikan kepada berbagai pemangku kepentingan termasuk lembaga think tank sekaligus pemerintah untuk menggencarkan kembali agenda PUG. Berbagai kegiatan tambahan pun diperlukan mencakup sosialisasi, pendampingan, hingga pengarahan

Struktur birokrasi Indonesia terlalu panjang. Presiden Jokowi menghendaki penyederhanaan. Jabatan Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dibuat hanya berdasarkan jabatan fungsional yang lebih menuntut keahlian dan kompetensi. Tujuannya untuk memindahkan jabatan struktural ke jabatan fungsional dan Juga bertujuan mengubah pola pikir ASN yang selama ini cenderung mengejar jabatan tanpa melaksanakan tugasnya secara maksimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis metode penelitian kualitatif yaitu teknik memperoleh dan mencari informasi atau data tanpa melakukan kuantifikasi dalam menganalisi dan menyimpulkan informasi yang sifatnya primer maupun sekunder yang digunakan dalam penyusunan laporan penelitian. Tidak semua jabatan eselon IV dihapuskan dalam pemerintahan, ada jabatan yang dipertahankan, melihat manfaatnya dalam suatu organisasi, Kebijakan yang ditargetkan selesai lebih awal ini tidak dapat dipastikan selesai tepat waktu, dikarenakan tidak semua organisasi siap dengan kebijakan tersebut, melainkan masih tahap transisi menyesuaikan kebijakan tersebut dengan situasi objek kebijakan, namun terdapat satu instansi yang belum menerapkan kebijakan nasional tersebut, karena masih dalam tahap transisi, menyesuaikan diri dengan kondisi instansinya. dapat disimpulkan, bahwa dalam penerapan kebijakan penyederhanaan organisasi sebagaimana yang tercantum dalam Permenpan No. 25 Tahun 2021 ini, setiap pemda memang wajib diterapkan, termasuk DIY. Analisis Kinerja Dinas Kebudayaan Dan Pariwisata Bengkulu Dalam Pengembangan Objek Wisata Pantai Laguna
The Bengkulu City, The Tourism and Culture Office is a government entity with the jurisdiction and obligation to administer and manage the tourist and cultural sector to assist regional revenue. The Department of Tourism and Culture is responsible for creating new tourist attractions, which must be maintained. This study aims to analyze and determine the performance of the Tourism Office in developing Laguna Beach Tourism Objects in Bengkulu Province, using four tourism development components: Promotion Tours, Information Services, and Accessibility. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are carried out with social media data and news media, which are then captured through the Nvivo 12 Plus feature to capture news mass media content with the keywords Laguna Beach, Twitter social media, and Instagram social media Laguna Beach tourism office related to Tourism Branding Lagoon Beach. The results of the study show tourism development in Laguna Beach. The strategy implemented by the government, such as tourism promotion, is a good step in increasing tourism; as we know, in promoting a tourist spot with social media and mass media, the impact is very effective, as well as for quality and Content-based and international-standard content-based tourism HR professionals need to be further improved so that they can compete with other tourist destinations throughout Indonesi
