    Collective Action Kelompok Sadar Wisata Desa Malaka Dalam Percepatan Pariwisata Guna Peningkatan Ekonomi Masyarakat

    This research was conducted to find out how the collective action of tourism awareness groups (Pokdarwis) in accelerating tourism in order to increase the community's economy in Malacca Village, Pemenang District, North Lombok Regency. The role of Pokdarwis in accelerating tourism to build and develop the tourism sector is urgently needed because the tourism sector is currently a sector that plays an important role in people's income and is a source of the community's economy. This study uses a qualitative research method (qualitative research), namely by: observation to research sites, case studies where researchers carry out in-depth exploration of the events studied by researchers. The data sources used in this study are primary data sources obtained from direct observation at the research site and secondary data sources obtained from related institutions and sources processed by researchers. The results of this study indicate that the results of Pokdarwis' collective action in Malaka Village have been successful. This can be seen from the several actions taken by Pokdarwis with the community and also other parties, namely by carrying out namely: involving the community in managing tourist attractions, building and updating existing facilities in tourist attractions, increasing human resources (HR) through training at the North Lombok Tourism Office and building cooperation with the local government and the community, so that currently the economy of the people in Malacca Village is well fulfilled. Currently the tourism sector in Malacca Village has not involved the private sector in its management. However, the current obstacle is the support from the Malaka Village government which is still lacking in terms of facilitating the tourism sector such as: the availability of proper seats, inadequate trash cans, prayer rooms that look worn out and toilets that are not suitable for use, and lack of promotion in the media social media or through a special blog for tourist attractions in Malacca Village. If the facilities at tourist attractions are properly met, of course the public and tourists will feel comfortable enjoying their vacation because their needs have been properly met

    This research aims to describe the form of  digital divide that occurs in the utilization of electronic tickets of mass transportation Trans Padang. This research used the main traditional theory of digital divide according to Spark Collin 2013, which is to identify the digital divide than can be seen from the access, skills & cultural competence, and internet use & social reproduction. Using a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. Furthermore, for data validation of the data, researchers used source triangulation. The results of this study indicate that there is a digital divide that still existed in the utilization of electronic tickets of mass transportation Trans Padang, The digital divide can be seen in the material indicators of access and usage patterns. Still, experience obstacles such as the lack of affordability of the purchasing price Brizzi cards are unaffordable for some passengers and limited literacy about  digital finance from passengers who only use Brizzi for Trans Padang.Besides material and usage patterns, age  and education factors also affect the ability of passengers to use electronic tickets.Divide still existed for older passengers and passengers with low education who are less familiar with technology so they still experience difficulties in paying Trans Padang payments. However, when seen as a whole, the overall level of digital divide in the use of Trans Padang electronic tickets Has decreased compared to the beginning of cashless payments implementation. This is also showing a change in the habit of using digital technology that is caused by the Covid-19 pandemic

    This research is conductedto analyze the implementation of the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 70 Year2019 in the Development Planning Process in Lebak Regencyby exploringthe driving and inhibiting factors.. The theory used is the theory of public policy implementation according to Van Metter and Van Horn with six variables, namely: size and policy objectives, resources, characteristics of implementing agents, attitudes or tendencies of implementers, communication between organizations and implementing activists, and the economic, social environment., and politics. The research method used is qualitative. The results of the study show that there are still several obstacles and problems in the Implementation of the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 70 Year2019 including: (1) There is no attachment regarding standardization of data for regional government needs; (2) the sectoral ego of the Ministry of Home Affairs to emerge theissue obout rules and applications; (3) the application reliability has not been tested in terms of structure, content, and network availability

    This study aims to identify and describe the strategy for controlling illegal parking by the Padang City Transportation Service. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The data collection technique used in this research is to conduct observations, interviews and documentation. While the data validity technique uses source triangulation. The theoretical basis that becomes the analytical knife in this research is the core theory of strategy proposed by Rumeltwhich consists of diagnosis, guiding policy and coherent action. The result of this research is that it can be seen that the Padang City Transportation Service has fulfilled the three variables of the core strategy theory proposed by Rumelt. The Padang City Transportation Service has implemented a strategy in an effort to control illegal parking in the city of Padang quite well, but there are some shortcomings so that the strategy that has been carried out has not been running optimally. The strategy for controlling illegal parking by the Padang City Transportation Service is to take actions such as locking tires, deflation of tires, and towing or moving vehicles. Overall, the actions taken were able to become one of the efforts of the Padang City Transportation Service in realizing its strategic target, namely improving traffic performance in the city of Padang

    The research aimed at determining the fulfillment of the Quality Management System (QMS) standard atPDAM Lombok Timur based on ISO 9001:2015. The research wasconducted as field research by collecting information or data directly about the existing facts in the field relating to research problems. Related data to QMSimplementation based on the ISO 9001:2015 standard was collected using a document checklist system and supported by interviews and observations of informants followed by triangulation. The research used qualitative approach analysing. Application of Gap Analysis in Evaluating the Implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 Standard lead to the finding that PDAM Lombok Timur has not utilized ISO 9001:2015 as a QMS standard but several clauses in ISO 9001:2015 have been implemented. The clauses that need to be maintained are Scope, Development, Performance Evaluation and Organizational Context. While the Clauses of Terms and Definitions, Leadership, Operations and Planning are still to be developed. Meanwhile, the Normative Reference clauses and Support should be provided and improved. PDAM Lombok Timur may develop a QMS that refers to ISO 9001:2015, obtaining ISO guidance, develop a corporate learning culture and collaborate on GCG and ISO systems according to SMM company standards for advance

    The concept of public services is an integral part in understanding the performance of the government in providing services to the community, so that if the performance of the services provided by the government is good and good, of course public trust in the government will be high. This study aims to analyze the realization of the performance of the Investment and Integrated Services Agency. One Stop (DPM-PTSP) NTB Province in providing public services for licensing and non-licensing for foreign investors and domestic investors. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach, using interview instruments, documentation and observation. The results showed that the performance of public services at the Office of Investment and One Stop Service (DPM-PTSP) of Nusa Tenggara Province was good and the score was quite high based on the results of a survey of community satisfaction with services at DPM-PTSP NTB with a score of 84.71%. .     The location of this research is in the Kuta MandalikaSpecial Economic Zone, Central Lombok Regency. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of Covid-19on the economy of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the Kuta Mandalika Special Economic Zone, Central Lombok Regency. This research was conducted during the Covid-19pandemicin the period from December to January 2021. The existence of Covid-19actually has an impact on the economy of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, so it is the author's interest to research this problem. The population of this research is Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in the Kuta Mandalika Special Economic Zone. This study uses quantitative methods, where the number of respondents in this study were 100 who were taken by the slovhin formula. To analyze the data, this research uses simple linear regression analysis to see whether there is an impact of Covid-19on the economy of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in the Kuta Mandalika Special Economic Zone, Central Lombok Regency. The results showed that Covid-19had an impact on the economy of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the Kuta Mandalika Special Economic Zone, where the magnitude of the effect was 7.84%. From the results of calculations and previous discussions based on the results of a simple linear regression test, it can be concluded that the Covid-19variable has an impact on the variables of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. Where every increase of one Covid-19unit will hamper the economy of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the Kuta Mandalika Special Economic Zone, Central Lombok Regency

    Fenomena pasung terhadap penderita gangguan kesehatan jiwa yang terjadi di berbagai daerah juga terjadi di kabupaten Sumbawa. Kebijakan pemerintah daerah melalui Peraturan Bupati No. 16 Tahun 2014 tentang pelaksanaan penanggulangan pasung bagi penderita gangguan kesehatan jiwa diharapkan mampu memberi solusi bagi keluarga penderita gangguan kejiwaan khususnya dalam proses pemberian pengobatan atau perawatan, pelayanan kesehatan dasar, rujukan dan pentingnya pemberdayaan dimasyarakat sehingga dapat menerima penderita gangguan jiwa pasca pemasungan.  Melalui kebijakan tersebut pemerintah daerah mendeklarasikan bebas pasung sejak dicanangkan Sumbawa sebagai kabupaten bebas pasung.  Namun dalam pelaksanaan kebijakan tersebut hingga saat ini  belum berjalan maksimal. Berbagai bukti ditemukan di lapangan seperti masih adanya temuan kasus pasung, masalah kurangnya koordinasi lintas sektor, proses pelayanan kesehatan dan perawatan dan rujukan penderita gangguan jiwa yang masih terbatas dan lain sebagainya,menjadi temuan penelitian

    Kinerja pelayanan publik di tengah pandemi selalu menajdi perhatian bersama karena hal tersebut dapat menjadi tolak ukur kesiapan Pemerintah Daerah dalam menjalankan kewajibannya di tengah masa pandemi. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana kinerja Disdukcapil Kabupaten Karawang dalam melakukan pelayanan E-KTP di tengah kondisi pandemi. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan wawancara terhadap stakeholder sebagai  sumber utama. Selain itu sumber data sekunder yang digunakan adalah menyebarkan kuesioner secara online kepada masyarakat yang sedang atau sudah pernah melakukan perekaman E-KTP di masa pandemi. Data tersebut untuk selanjutnya dianalisis sesuai indikator yang digunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pelayanan di Disdukcapil Kabupaten Karawang sudah cukup baik dengan kesiapan pegawai yang ada dalam menghadapi perubahan kondisi pandemi. Namun masyarakat masih belum cukup puas perihal sarana dan prasana yang ada, terutama terhadap website yang digunakan dalam alur proses perekaman E-KTP yang baru dan masih belum membuat masyarakat puas karen masih dianggap berbelit-belit
