    This article presents results from a qualitative action-research project on hybrid Learning Circles (LCs), enhancing asynchronous learning with facilitated group sessions. The model fosters engagement, collaboration, peer support, well-being and cognitive focus by promoting learning micro-communities. As human intermediation and peer facilitation boost online learning experience, LCs emerge as adaptive, learner-centered ecosystems that promote inclusion and resilience in digital education

    The article analyses the long-term impact of COVID-19 infection, known as long COVID syndrome, on a sample of 89 Italian patients. Through the administration of the Patient-Reported Outcome Measures questionnaire, information was collected on symptoms, duration of the infection, use of healthcare services, physical activity, and impact on sleep. The results confirm the negative impact of long COVID on the full recovery of health status even after the virus has been cleared.

    SCHOOL WELL-BEING AND PROBLEM BEHAVIORS: EXPLORING THE CORRELATION IN PROFESSIONAL SCHOOL STUDENTS

    School well-being is a key protective factor against disengagement and deviant behaviors. This study investigates the relationship between school well-being and problem behaviors in a sample of 110 students from professional schools and their parents. Data are collected through the QBS (Questionnaire on School Well-being), administered to both students and parents, the SDQ (Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire), completed by students, and the SBI (School Burnout Inventory), used to assess students' perceived school-related distress. The analysis explores whether lower well-being scores correlate with higher levels of emotional distress, conduct problems and peer difficulties Findings aim to highlight early risk factors for school disengagement and marginalization, emphasizing the need for targeted interventions to foster inclusive and supportive learning environments

    Physical activity plays a key role in improving overall health and cognitive functions, especially executive functions, understood as inhibitory control, working memory, and cognitive flexibility. This study explores the link between visuospatial working memory and gross motor skills in primary children, finding a moderate positive correlation. These findings reinforce existing literature promoting the integration of movement-based approaches in educational settings
