Factors Affecting the Intention to Choose Cultural Travel Destinations Associated with Experience of Domestic Tourists: Research at the Lotus Silk Village Phung Xa, Ha Noi
Culture-based travel associated with experiential activities is becoming increasingly popular and favored by domestic tourists in Vietnam. In that context, understanding the factors influencing tourists’ intentions of choosing destinations is paramount. The lotus silk village Phung Xa, Ha Noi, with cultural values and unique experiences, is a typical example of such cultural travel destinations. This study utilizes the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), factors incorporated into the model include Travel Motivation (TM), Destination Information (DI), Attitude (AT), Subjective Norm (SN), and Perceived Behavioral Control (PBC), which impact the dependent variable “Intention of choosing cultural tourism destinations involved with experiential activities at the Phung Xa lotus silk village Hanoi” (IC). The results show that Attitude (AT) has the strongest influence on the intention to choose Phung Xa lotus silk village as an experiential cultural tourism destination, with an impact level of 0.332; Perceived Behavioral Control (PBC) has an impact level of 0.207; and Travel Motivation (TM) has an impact level of 0.195. The factors Destination Information (DI) and Subjective Norm (SN) are not statistically significant to conclude their influence on the dependent variable ‘Intention to choose Phung Xa lotus silk village as an experiential cultural tourism destination' (IC). 
Analysis of Electrooculogram in Detecting Eye Movements Associated with Brain Injury
Electrooculogram (EOG) has been a valuable clinical neurophysiology tool in the past five decades of the twentieth century. It facilitated understanding more about eye movement, which is clinically useful in identifying the neural substrate disrupted due to brain injuries. This is vital since accurate measurement of neural injuries has a direct bearing on a patient’s life. A number of neurological investigations, including neurological assessment and diagnosis, are done based on measuring eye movements. This essay focuses on using EOG technology and its benefits in identifying limitations of using physiological indices in individuals because of measurable ocular pathophysiological parameters. In the current essay, the major objective will be to discuss the EOG features, the EOG record in healthy individuals, and the relationship of EOG recordings to affected individuals following a neurological event.
The eye-integrated EOG recorded from the front part of the face measures eye position change and shows an exponential decay of voltage due to its design, eye physiology, and the removal of corneal function slowly from the corneal electrode. This makes it the best choice to provide an eye position record with high accuracy that can be made available easily for clinicians. The rapid recordings obtained using transcranial electromagnetic stimulation could demonstrate that EOG has the potential to provide high pre-surgical planning utilities for brain tumor removal. This technology is also best for identifying physiological variability within an individual; the same concept can be extended to study brain injuries that trigger physiological changes in eye muscles. In effect, it potentially becomes a tool for personalized care wherein severity estimation for brain injuries would be based on measuring ocular function rather than the nature of the injury. Given its clinical potential, the present essay will review EOG technologies to assess eye pixel movement, its potential for clinical evaluation, physiological basis, and the research evidence regarding changes in EOG in affected individuals with brain injury. In this essay, the long-lasting and short-lasting EOG changes are presented as case studies of individuals diagnosed with PTA, hence demonstrating its clinical utility. 
The Hypothetic Nutrient Constraint to Continuously Maintain as Gradient from Gastrula to Postnatal Development: An Important Mechanism for Recapitulation
It was suggested by Cai a theory that the nutrient gradient differentiate the cellular living states to form the three germ layers of animal embryonic gastrula differential developing to three different subsequent fates, with the endoderm manifesting cellular living states in nutritious condition and forming the epithelium of digestive and respiratory system; the ectoderm manifesting cellular living states of nutrient dependence and environmental effects, and giving rise to the nervous and epithelial tissues; the mesoderm lying between them and forming the muscle and adipose. In parallel, it was also complied with the regulation of nutrients on various cultured stem cells. In this article, to account for these phenomena, it is extended this theory and suggested that there be a constraint maintaining such nutrient gradient from gastrula to postnatal development continuously, due to the animals necessarily to deal with the nutritional transport and environmental effects being the same across all developmental stages after gastrula, for most animals before the appearance of rigid eggshell in evolution. It is the nutrient constraint forming gradient at gastrula that coordinates the development of all animals into fixed nutrient gradient as the most primitive animal of gastrula, recapitulating the developmental program at gastrula. In contrast, it is unnecessary for all animals universally to deal with nutritional transport before gastrula, generating evolutionary diversity in early embryonic stages before gastrula, as well as violations to Haeckel’s recapitulation. 
Awareness, Attitude, and Perception of Port Health to Customers and Other Regulatory Authorities at Rusumo OSBP
The study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness and challenges of port health services. Utilizing a sample size of 134 respondents, the study assessed key indicators including awareness of port health services, attitudes towards their importance and effectiveness, perceptions of service quality, interactions with other regulatory authorities, and challenges and opportunities for improvement. Results revealed a high level of awareness regarding health services and protocols, with generally positive attitudes towards their importance and effectiveness. However, concerns were noted about the competence of health officials and trust in implemented measures. Significant challenges, such as resource constraints and infrastructural issues, were identified, along with substantial opportunities for enhancing service delivery through technological upgrades and improved staff training. Recommendations emphasize the need for better collaboration among regulatory bodies, investment in modern infrastructure, and increased stakeholder awareness to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of port health services at Rusumo OSBP.

The diverse mechanisms of water contamination, including spills and atmospheric deposition, highlight the dynamic pathways through which crude oil affects aquatic environments. Ecological impacts range from immediate disruptions to long-term alterations in biodiversity and habitat degradation, underscoring the vulnerability of ecosystems and the need for proactive conservation measures. Simultaneously, the paper delves into the spill's human health repercussions, emphasizing the interconnectedness of environmental and public health concerns. Technological innovations, from nanotechnology to blockchain, play a pivotal role in monitoring, containment, and cleanup efforts. 
Hypothesis Explaining Development of Squamous Cell Carcinoma During Infection with Schistosoma Haematobium
Schistosome worms are blood-dwelling flukes that cause chronic infection in more than 200 million people and are thought to be responsible for 500,000 deaths annually. During infection with Schistosoma haematobium, eggs are deposited in the mucosa and submucosa of the bladder and lower ureters. Squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) of the bladder is a long-term sequela of chronic infection. The mechanisms underlying the association between S. haematobium and SCC of the bladder are largely unknown, with all reports to date exclusively demonstrating epidemiological evidence linking S. haematobium infection with SCC of the bladder. Scientists hypothesised that the parasite antigens might induce alterations in epithelial cells towards cancer. Scientists used Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells and treated the cells in culture with S. haematobium total antigen (Sh). Results showed increased proliferation, increased S-phase and decreased apoptosis, as well as down-regulation of tumor suppressor p27 and up-regulation of anti-apoptotic molecule Bcl-2 (Botelho et al., 2009). Angiogenesis is defined as the formation of new blood vessels from preexisting ones and is recognized as a key event in cell proliferation and carcinogenesis and spread of malignant lesions (Dematei et al., 2017). S. haematobium is classified as a Group 1 carcinogen by the World Health Organization’s International Agency for Research on Cancer (Hodderet al., 2000). Another factor that may play a major role in bladder carcinogenesis in schistosomiasis patients is the presence of continuous physical irritation and inflammation produced by Schistosoma eggs in the bladder mucosa. The adult S. haematobium worms inhabit the veins of the perivesical plexus, where the female lays eggs. Some eggs pass through the bladder mucosa and are excreted in the urine. Other eggs are trapped in the tissue. A chronic inflammatory reaction is initiated, with the invasion of histiocytes and other inflammatory cells into the bladder, the formation of granulomas and eventually fibrosis. In addition, the eruption of the eggs through the mucosa stimulates reparative urothelial hyperplasia and cell turnover (Rosin et al., 1994). In our article we try to explain possible mechanism of conversion normal cells into tumor cells from the position of karyogamic theory. 
A Comprehensive Review of Challenges and Opportunities for Women Entrepreneurs in the field of Tourism Industry in Bangladesh
The article offers a comprehensive analysis of the potential and difficulties encountered by female entrepreneurs in Bangladesh's rapidly developing travel and tourism sector. Women's underrepresentation in entrepreneurial activities within the tourism sector and the growing recognition of their critical role in economic growth are the driving forces behind this research. This study highlights the various obstacles preventing women from entering and succeeding as entrepreneurs in the tourist sector through a thorough examination of the literature and empirical data. These difficulties include gender stereotypes, sociocultural impediments, financial resource access, and limited educational options. The study highlights the encouraging prospects for female entrepreneurs in Bangladesh's travel and tourism industry. The study emphasizes how crucial it is to create a welcoming environment that caters to the unique requirements of female entrepreneurs in the travel and tourism industry. A series of recommendations is provided at the end of the report to help policymakers, industry stakeholders, and women themselves overcome the obstacles and seize the potential. Through the promotion of gender-inclusive legislation, improved education and financial accessibility, and an entrepreneurial culture, Bangladesh may enable women to fully realize their potential in spearheading sustainable economic growth via the tourist sector. 
Motivations and Issues for Women Entrepreneurs in Enhancing Business Performance in the Smart Tourism Sector of Bangladesh: A Case Study
In this case study, the impact of female entrepreneurs' motivations and obstacles on business performance in Bangladesh's smart tourism industry is investigated. The purpose of the study is to provide light on the challenges that women face and the variables that encourage their involvement in entrepreneurship in the smart travel and tourism sector. This study aims to advance our understanding of women's entrepreneurship dynamics within the unique context of Bangladesh's smart tourism industry by carrying out an exhaustive investigation and analysis. The research uses a case study methodology and focuses on female entrepreneurs in Bangladesh's smart tourism sector. The study looks into the main reasons why women choose to start their own businesses in this industry using qualitative techniques like surveys, interviews, and in-depth examinations of business performance metrics. The focus of the research is to provide insight into the tactics used by female entrepreneurs to overcome obstacles, innovate within their companies, and support the expansion of the travel and tourism industry. Additionally, the study looks at how these incentives and difficulties relate to business performance indicators like revenue growth, market presence, and sustainability in the end. The case study improves our knowledge of gender-specific dynamics in entrepreneurship from an academic perspective and has real-world applications for policymakers, organizations that assist small businesses, and female entrepreneurs. A more inclusive and encouraging business environment can be fostered by stakeholders by identifying the reasons behind women's entrepreneurial success in the tourism industry and addressing the obstacles they encounter. The ultimate goal of the case study is to enhance the success of individual female entrepreneurs in Bangladesh's tourism industry while also contributing to the industry's overall vibrancy.

Constant Voltage Model of SCIG-Based Variable Speed Wind Power Plant for Load Flow Analysis
In recent years, the application of variable-speed wind power plants (WPPs) has become more and more popular and surpassed fixed-speed WPPs. This popularity is mainly because variable-speed WPPs are much more efficient in capturing or extracting wind energy than fixed-speed WPPs. Due to its relatively cheaper cost, the use of SCIG (Squirrel Cage Induction Generator)-based variable-speed WPP is currently increasing. This type of WPP is usually equipped with a power electronics converter to obtain a broader range of variable-speed operations. Modeling the power system components is undoubtedly necessary for performing the system analysis (including load flow analysis). This paper discusses the steady-state model of SCIG-based variable-speed WPP for load flow analysis of electric power distribution systems. The proposed model can be used for SCIG-based variable-speed WPP with voltage control operating mode. The model was developed based on formulas that calculate the turbine mechanical power input and the WPP electrical power output. This paper also presents a case study in which the proposed model is applied to a representative electric power distribution system.
