In 1867, Patrick Moloney was one of the first two graduates from an Australian Medical School. His impressive medical career and other enormous talents are described in four sections. Part three deals with his appearance in the courts of law, predominantly as an expert witness, sometimes controversial, often at inquests, often to present his post-mortem findings and once as the defendant. 
Effects of Google Classroom Instruction on Secondary School Students’ Learning Outcomes in Basic Science in Osun State, Nigeria
The study investigated effects of google classroom instruction on secondary school students’ learning outcomes in basic science in Osun State, Nigeria. The purpose of the study was also to investigate the influence of students’ gender on their academic performance in Basic Science and influence that students’ attitude has towards the use of Google Classroom to teach Basic Science. The study adopted pre-test and post-test control group quasi- experimental research design of the survey type. The population consisted of all 10,256 Junior Secondary Schools (JSS) two students in all the public secondary schools in Osun state as at the time of conducting this study. The sample consisted of 120 junior secondary school two Basic Science students and they were chosen using a multi-stage sampling technique. Two instruments used for this study were Basic Science Performance Test (BSPT) and Basic Science Students’ Attitudinal Questionnaire (BSSAQ). BSPT consisted of two sections; section A and B. Section A was used to collect bio-data of the students while the section B contained twenty five multiple choice items drawn from the past questions of Junior Secondary School Certificate examination (JSSCE) which were related to the topics taught in the class during the treatment. The correct option picked by the students attract two marks while the wrong options attract zero. BSSAQ consisted of two sections; section A and B. Section A was used to collect bio-data of the students while the section B contained twenty five items to elicit information on the attitude of students to the learning of Basic Science. The items in this section of the questionnaire was based on a 4-point Likert type scale with four options; Strongly Agree – 4 points, Agree – 3 points, Disagree - 2 points and Strongly Disagree – 1 point. The face and content validities for BSPT and BSSAQ were ascertained with the help of two lecturers in Ekiti State University Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State who were specialists in Science Education. The test-retest method was used to establish BSPT and BSSAQ by administering it to twenty JSS 2 Basic Science students from outside the sampled local government areas twice at the interval of two weeks in Osun state. Scores collected from the two tests were subjected to Pearson Product Moment Correlation and the reliability coefficient of 0.89 and 0.78 were obtained which were used to adjudge the instruments to be reliable. The research question was answered by frequency count, mean and standard deviation, hypotheses one and two were analysed using t-test analysis and hypothesis three was analysed using two-way ANOVA. The three hypotheses were tested at the significance level of 0.05. The finding showed that the influence of students’ attitude on their performance in Basic Science using Google classroom. The finding showed that there was no difference in the performance of students in the two groups. This means that both groups are homogeneous. The findings of this study also showed that there was no significant difference between male and female students’ performance in Google classroom and control group. The finding also showed that there was significant difference in the post-test mean score of students exposed to Google classroom and the control group. It was therefore recommended that government should embark on more funds for the adequate training and retraining of Basic Science teachers on the use of Google Classroom, and that Basic Science teachers should be encouraged to explore and include the use of Google Classroom in their teaching and learning process

Patrick Moloney, one of the two first graduates of an Australian medical school in 1867, had a most active social life, playing leading roles in many societies. He was a much sought-after speaker. His fluency was enhanced by his literacy, he was fluent in classical Latin and Greek, and widely read in both ancient and modern classical literature. He enjoyed participation in sports and sporting societies though not with much apparent talent! 
Evaluation of Cassava Postharvest Handling Practices in Gasuba and Goffa Districts of South Ethiopia Region
The effect of cassava postharvest handling storage conditions on end product quality was evaluated. Cassava chips and flour samples were collected from Goffa and Gasuba locations. Composite flour samples were prepared and analyzed in quality evaluation laboratory. The result showed that moisture content ranged from 12.60% to 14.07% in control and chips collected from ware stores respectively. The water activity value ranged from 0.62 in control samples to 0.78 in flour sample that was prepared from ware store chips. Water absorption capacities of the flour samples increased with decreasing the moisture content in the samples ranging from 1.61 in chips from warehouses to 1.97 in control samples. No significant differences were observed in extent of total plate count among the collected samples. Relatively chips collected from ware stores exhibited higher (5.5 x 103 cfu/g) yeast and mold counts, and lower (8.6 x 102 cfu/g) in flour sample collected from retail market. In general, appropriate postharvest handling and processing of cassava roots (harvesting, peeling, washing, chopping, drying and milling) were found to be good practice to get good quality chips and flour in the area
Impact of Climate Change and Urbanization on Water Resource Management in Dili, Timor-Leste
Timor-Leste faces significant challenges in water resource management, driven by rapid population growth, urbanization, and the exacerbating effects of climate change. This paper examines the key pressures impacting water availability and quality in the country with a particular focus on the capital city, Dili. Using secondary data from peer-reviewed journal articles, government reports, and climate and hydrological data, this study explores how urbanization, climate change, and pollution are affecting the sustainability of water resources. The findings highlight the increasing strain on groundwater and surface water supplies, particularly during the dry season, and the growing risks to water quality due to pollution from industrial effluents, untreated sewage, and agricultural runoff. Furthermore, the paper identifies potential strategies for improving water management, including enhancing water storage infrastructure, adopting integrated urban water management (IUWM) approaches, and investing in modern water treatment technologies. The integration of remote monitoring systems using IoT and advanced water treatment processes, such as membrane filtration and reverse osmosis, are also discussed as crucial technological solutions for improving water quality. The paper concludes that while the challenges are substantial, there are opportunities for Timor-Leste to develop a more resilient water management system through infrastructure improvements, effective policy implementation, and regional collaboration

This research underscores the transformative potential of AI in climate action, highlighting that innovative technological interventions, when combined with sustainable practices, can significantly improve global climate mitigation efforts. The study provides evidence that leveraging AI in conjunction with human-driven environmental strategies offers a practical pathway toward a sustainable and resilient future

Types of Twins
There are two type of twin, monozygotic (identical), and dizygotic (fraternal) twins. Twins, refers to embryos for the same pregnancy that arise from either one fertilized oocyte (monozygotic twin) or from different oocytes fertilized by different sperms (dizygotic twin). AI-Driven Metagenomic Diagnostics for Rapid Identification of Emerging Microbial Pathogens in Clinical Samples
Emerging microbial pathogens represent an evolving global public health threat. In-depth genomic characterisation is critical for pathogen tracing, developing countermeasures, and informed therapeutic decision-making. Rapid identification prevents unnecessary empirical antimicrobial administration in the interval before culture or qPCR results. Such early detection also facilitates infection prevention and control measures, guiding targeted isolate testing. Deploying a metagenomics sequencing approach enables simultaneous identification of multiple pathogens from the same analytical run. Direct- on sequencing data, including genomic access to subpopulations such as plasmids, contributes to characterising outbreak strains. Tracking high-risk pathogens—those that, through gene gain or loss, are predicted to acquire epidemic potential—constitutes an additional focus. Rapid detection methods are thus vital for both new and known pathogens. Singapore Health Services and the Agency for Science, Technology and Research Public Health Preparedness Programme in 2019 established a partnership to explore rapid identification of emerging pathogens. Quest for identity aims to examine gender inequality as reflected in the novel A Thousand Splendid Suns through the character analysis of Rasheed, the dominant male character, and the female characters Mariam and Laila, two wives of Rasheed, who marries Laila as his second wife for the sake of producing the son, but he physically abuses both his wives. Then both of them get together and fight against Rasheed and Mariam kills him and she goes to jail and Laila starts her new life with her own identity. Mariam has created her own identity by fighting against the injustice of the patriarchy of the existing system and so has Laila. The primary data have been taken from the novel A Thousand Splendid Suns and the secondary data have been used as the articles published in various journals related to the novel and the theory of patriarchy has become analogous in it.
