DEVELOPMENT OF DIGITAL STUDENT ACTIVITY SHEETS AS LEARNING MEDIA IN HYBRID LEARNING
This Research aims to develop a digital student worksheet for hybrid learning that is valid and practically reviewed based on student responses as users. Digital student worksheet can be used as teaching materials that help students in hybrid learning. This research and development consist of three stages, namely define, design, and develop. The research data was obtained through a validation sheet by two expert validators based on aspects of content feasibility, aspects of didactic feasibility, aspects of language feasibility, aspects of presentation feasibility and aspects of graphic feasibility with response questionnaire for digital worksheet users. Based on the results of expert validation, the percentage are 93.75% on content feasibility; 83.33 % on didactic feasibility; 89.58% on language feasibility; 83.33% on presentation feasibility; and 83.33% on graphic feasibility. The percentage as result of questionnaire for digital worksheet users is 89.47%. Students’ responses as users show that digital worksheet is practical, easy to access, and can increase interest in learning. So, the average of digital worksheet validity percentage is 86.66% and it can be concluded that the digital student worksheet for hybrid learning which is developed using the Microsoft Sway application is categorized as very valid and can be used as a learning media
MIDICULOUS SOFTWARE: ONLINE PIANO LEARNING MEDIA SOLUTION IN THE ERA OF SOCIETY 5.0
The development in the era of society 5.0 presents various applications of piano learning media based on digitalization and technology. Midiculous software is a software that can be used as an alternative and solution for piano tutors, teachers, and educators who find it difficult to create a piano learning system in online classes. Problem solving is revealed by descriptive qualitative with the process of data collection based on observation. Followed by the stages of preparing a lattice of interview instruments for the speakers (tutors, teachers, and educators) to be triangulated by experts and analyzed with the stages of collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. As a result, midiculous software can be used and utilized by piano tutors, teachers, and educators in terms of understandability and usefulness as an online piano learning media. The students of each piano tutor, teacher, and educator are also clearer in receiving piano materials. However, there is a need for strong connectivity between the used devices, such as OBS and Zoom so that piano learning can also be optimized
CREATION OF A DIGITAL MODULE AS LEARNING MEDIA FOR DEAF STUDENT'S
Deaf people have learning characteristics that rely more on visual aspects. This research aimed to produce learning media in the form of digital module that could accommodate the needs and learning characteristics of deaf students in the course of thesis guidance theory course. This research belonged to the type of development by applying the ADDIE procedure. The results showed that the digital module scored 85.28% in the aspect of the validity test by learning media experts and deafness experts. While in the test practicality by students, the digital module received a score of 85.63%. These two scores indicated that both digital modules were at a very high level of validity and practicality. Subsequently, they were worthy of being a learning media option that could be used for deaf students
MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KUANTUM UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PRESTASI BELAJAR PENDIDIKAN AGAMA HINDU DAN BUDI PEKERTI SISWA SD NEGERI 17 DAUH PURI
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 17 Dauh Puri di Kelas IV Semester I tahun pelajaran 2019/2020. Rendahnya prestasi belajar Pendidikan Agama dan Budi Pekerti siswa kelas Kelas IV Semester I SD Negeri 17 Dauh Puri Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020 yang baru mencapai rata-rata 72,48 sedangkan kriteria ketuntasan minimal pada mata pelajaran ini yaitu 78 yang menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik yang diteliti kemampuannya masih sangat rendah. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa Kelas IV Semester I SD Negeri 17 Dauh Puri, sedangkan objek penelitian ini prestasi belajar. Tujuan penulisan penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar Pendidikan Agama dan Budi Pekerti siswa kelas Kelas IV Semester I SD Negeri 17 Dauh Puri Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020 setelah Penerapan model Kuantum dalam pembelajaran. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tes prestasi belajar. Metode analisis data penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah model kuantum dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa. Ini terbukti dari hasil yang diperoleh pada pada awalnya 72,48 setelah diberikan tindakan pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 75,6 dan pada siklus II meningkat lagi menjadi 84,44. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah Penerapan model Kuantum dapat meningkatkan Prestasi belajar Pendidikan Agama dan Budi Pekerti siswa kelas Kelas IV Semester I SD Negeri 17 Dauh Puri Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020.
This research was conducted at Dauh Puri 17 Public Elementary School in Class IV Semester I whose academic achievement was still low. The low learning achievement of Religious and Moral Education students in Grade IV Semester I SD Negeri 17 Dauh Puri for the 2019/2020 Academic Year only reached an average of 72.48 while the minimum completeness criterion in this subject was 78 which indicates that students studying ability is still very low. The subjects of this study were students of Grade IV Semester I SD Negeri 17 Dauh Puri, while the object of this study was academic achievement. The purpose of writing this class action research is to improve the learning achievement of Religious and Moral Education students of Grade IV Semester I SD Negeri 17 Dauh Puri Academic Year 2019/2020 after applying the Quantum model in learning. The data collection method was carried out by learning achievement tests. Research data analysis method using descriptive analysis. The results obtained from this study are that the Quantum Model can improve student achievement. This is evident from the results obtained at the beginning of 72.48 after taking action in cycle I it increased to 75.6 and in cycle II it increased again to 84.44. The conclusion obtained from this research is that the application of the Quantum model can improve the Learning Achievement of Religious Education and Character Education for students of class IV Semester I SD Negeri 17 Dauh Puri in the 2019/2020 Academic Year
IMPLEMENTATION OF THE DISCOVERY LEARNING MODEL BASED ON THINK PAIR SHARE TO IMPROVE STUDENTS' LEARNING OUTCOMES
This study aimed to improve student learning achievement through the application of think pair share-based discovery learning models. This type of research was classroom action research with the Kemmis & McTaggart research design. The location of this research was SMAN 1 Kuta Utara in class XII MIPA 4 with a total of 38 students as research subjects. The data analysis technique was carried out in a quantitative descriptive manner. The results of the data analysis showed that the application of the think pair share-based discovery learning model could improve student learning achievement with completeness in cycle I of 68.4% and increased in cycle II with completeness of 84.2%. Based on the results of data analysis, it could be concluded that the application of the discovery learning model based on think pair share could improve student learning outcomes
IMPLEMENTATION OF MIND MAPPING LEARNING STRATEGIES TO IMPROVE THE CREATIVITY OF STUDENTS SMA NEGERI 1 KUTA UTARA
Creativity is one of the 4C skills that is required to be increased in learning cycle in this 21st century. However, the improvement of students’ creativity in learning cycle has been not completely implemented which is causing lowered creativity of the students. This fact is supported by the average value of creativity obtained by students in class XI MIPA 6 in the pre-cycle, which is 40% (less creative). Based on these problems, the implementation of strategy that is suitable to overcome this problem is mind mapping learning strategies. The type of research used is PTK, which has four stages, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was an increase in students’ learning creativity after the mind mapping has been implemented as seen from the results of the analysis of the observation sheet which initially was only 40% to 64%, and finally reached 84% in cycle II. The improvement in students' learning creativity was also seen from the increasing to the average value of mind mapping results made by students, which is 78 in cycle I, increasing to 98 in cycle II. Thus, the implementation of mind mapping method was fulfilled and the research hypothesis was proven since the application of mind mapping learning strategies was able to increase the learning creativity of students in class XI MIPA 6 SMA Negeri 1 Kuta
SCHOOL PRINCIPALS' RESPONSES AND CHALLENGES IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PERMENDIKBUDRISTEK NUMBER 40 OF 2021
This study aims to explore principals' responses and understandings related to the implementation of Permendikbudristek Number 40 of 2021 on the assignment of teachers as principals, as well as identify the challenges faced in implementing the policy. The research used qualitative methods involving observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the implementation of the policy has been carried out in stages and coordinated. However, in responding to the policy, there are several challenges faced. One of them is the lack of qualified teachers to become principals, which has an impact on the selection and assignment process. Thus, the implementation of Permendikbudristek Number 40 of 2021 has the potential to improve the quality of education in primary schools in Sukabumi district. To overcome the challenges, it is recommended that the government evaluate the burdensome articles. Good coordination between all relevant parties is needed to reach a mutual agreement. This research contributes to the understanding of principals' responses to the implementation of the policy on teacher assignment as principals and identifies the challenges faced. The results of this study can be the basis for developing more effective policies and strategies in improving the quality of principal leadership and education in primary schools
IMPLEMENTASI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN DISCOVERY LEARNING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR BAHASA INDONESIA
Dari hasil pengamatan di Kelas XII P MIPA6 SMA Negeri 1 Ubud Semester Ganjil tahun pelajaran 2021/2022, ternyata pada hasil tes awal siswa mencapai nilai rata-rata 59,41. Nilai masih tergolong rendah, sementara target yang ditetapkan adalah 75 sesuai dengan target nilai rata-rata yang ditetapkan peneliti di kelas XII P MIPA6. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XII P MIPA6 SMAN 1 Ubud Semester Ganjil Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022, dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 34 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan lembar observasi dan tes hasil belajar. Data penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Indikator keberhasilan penelitian sebagai berikut: (1) skor pengamatan pembelajaran hasil lembar observasi minimal berkategori baik; (2) rata-rata skor tes hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia peserta didik ≥75; dan (3) minimal 75% peserta didik memperoleh nilai hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia ≥70 dan minimal 80% berada pada kategori tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka simpulan yang dapat diambil adalah model pembelajaran Discovery Learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia pada siswa kelas XII P MIPA6 SMA Negeri 1 Ubud Semester Ganjil Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022 dalam dua siklus.
From the results of observations in Class XII P MIPA6 SMA Negeri 1 Ubud Odd Semester for the 2021/2022 academic year, it turns out that on the initial test results the students achieved an average score of 59.41. The value is still relatively low, while the target set is 75 according to the target average score set by researchers in class XII P MIPA6. The research subjects were students of class XII P MIPA6 SMAN 1 Ubud Odd Semester 2021/2022 Academic Year, with a total of 34 students. Data collection was carried out using observation sheets and learning achievement tests. Research data were analyzed by descriptive qualitative. The indicators of the success of the research are as follows: (1) the learning observation score from the observation sheet is at least in the good category; (2) the average score of students' Indonesian learning outcomes test ≥75; and (3) at least 75% of students get a score of Indonesian language learning outcomes ≥70 and at least 80% are in the high category. Based on the research results, the conclusion that can be drawn is that the Discovery Learning learning model can improve Indonesian language learning outcomes in class XII P MIPA6 SMA Negeri 1 Ubud Odd Semester 2021/2022 Academic Year in two cycles
APPLICATION OF BEHAVIORAL COUNSELING WITH SELF-MANAGEMENT TECHNIQUES TO REDUCE DEVIANT BEHAVIOR STUDENTS OF SMA DWIJENDRA DENPASAR
The goal to be achieved in this research is to reduce the deviant behavior of class X.1 students of SMA Dwijendra Denpasar, the academic year 2022/2023 through the application of behavioral counseling with self-management techniques. The research subjects were students of class X.1 who had highly deviant behavior totaling five students consisting of five male students. Based on the data and discussion of the research results, it can be concluded that (1) there is a decrease in deviant behavior individually and in groups. (2) the score of deviant behavior before the action as a group was 595 and an average of 119; after being given the action in cycle I became 484 and an average of 96.8 with a percentage decrease as a group of 92% with an average of 18.4%. In cycle II, the score decreased again to 310 and an average of 62 with a group percentage of 176% with an average of 35.2%. Thus the results of this study can be concluded that applying behavioral counseling with self-management techniques can reduce deviant behavior in class X.1 SMA Dwijendra Denpasar, the academic year 2022/2023
GOOD PRACTICES OF TEACHERS IN LEARNING SCIENCES IN PRIMARY SCHOOLS
Social studies education as a field of study given at the educational level in the school environment, not only provides knowledge, but also provides values, attitudes and skills in the lives of students in society, nation and state in various characteristics. To make social studies learning enjoyable for students, there needs to be teacher innovation and creativity in delivering learning in class. Because even now, social studies still seems to be neglected and is considered rote. Through the application of virtual classroom learning media with the help of e-modules and learning videos in social studies learning for class VI students at SD Negeri 7 Sesetan, it can have a positive impact on students. In accordance with data collection carried out by distributing questionnaires to 31 students in class VI of SD Negeri 7 Sesetan, the results obtained were that 95% of students gave positive responses and enjoyed participating in the learning carried out by the teacher
