Dampak kompetensi dan kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja dan pengaruhnya terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Pondok Pesantren Riyadlul Jannah Mojokerto
The aims of this study are to: 1) Analyze competence on work motivation. 2) Analyzing the effect of compensation on work motivation. 3) Analyzing the effect of competence on employee performance. 4) Analyzing the effect of compensation on employee performance. 5) Analyzing the effect of employee performance on work motivation. 6) Analyzing the influence of competence indirectly on employee performance through work motivation. 7) Analyzing the effect of indirect compensation on employee performance through work motivation. The population of this study was 38 people, so the sampling method was using the census technique. Where all members of the population are sampled. data analysis tool using SmartPLS software version 3.3.7. From the results of the study, it can be concluded as follows: 1) Competence has a significant effect on Motivation 2) Compensation has no effect on Motivation 3) Competence has a significant effect on Performance 4) Compensation has no effect on Performance 5) Motivation has a significant effect on Performance 6) Competence has an indirect effect on Performance through Motivation 7) Compensation has no indirect effect on Performance through Motivation
Pengaruh sikap dan kepribadian terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan dimediasi Organizational citizenship behavior pada Unit usaha Rijan Mart Pondok Pesantren Riyadlul Jannah Pacet Mojokerto
The aims of this study are: 1) Analyzing attitudes towards organizational citizenship behavior. 2) Analyzing the influence of personality on organizational citizenship behavior. 3) Analyzing the influence of attitudes on employee performance. 4) Analyzing the influence of personality on employee performance. 5) Analyzing the effect of employee performance on organizational citizenship behavior. 6) Analyzing the influence of attitudes indirectly on employee performance through organizational citizenship behavior. 7) Analyzing the influence of personality indirectly on employee performance through organizational citizenship behavior. The population in this study were all 38 employees of the Rijan Mart Islamic Boarding School Riyadlul Jannah Pacet business unit, Mojokerto. The sampling method used the census technique, the data analysis used the help of SPSS version 20 to test the validity with factor analysis, and test reliability with Cronbach. Classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, to verify and prove the research hypothesis. From the results of the study, it can be concluded as follows: 1) 1. Analisis Faktor Pendukung dan Penghambat dalam Pengelolaan Dana Infaq Produktif Berbasis Kewirausahaan Pesantren: Studi Kasus Pondok Pesantren Riyadlul Jannah Pacet
Pengelolaan wakaf uang dalam upaya pemberdayaan ekonomi pondok pesantren Riyadlul Jannah berjalan dengan baiknya fungsi kepemimpinan yang menggunakan prinsip-prinsip keislaman. Hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa ajaran islam telah mengajarkan dengan baik kriteria pemimpin yang ideal. Dalam artikel ini, dianalisis faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasi pengelolaan dana infaq produktif berbasis kewirausahaan dalam upaya penguatan ekonomi pesantren studi pada Pondok Pesantren Riyadlul Jannah Pacet Mojokerto Jawa Timur.  
Analisis efek Islamic marketing mix terhadap volume penjualan pada Warung Makan Dapur M’riah Mojokerto
The research objectives are as follows: 1) To simultaneously analyze the effect of product, price, promotion and distribution on sales volume. 2) To partially analyze the effect of product, price, promotion and distribution on sales volume. 3) Analyze the main factors that are the most dominant product, price, promotion and distribution to increase sales volume. The population in this study was the unknown population, the degree was 1.96 with an error rate of 5%, a sample of 96 respondents was determined by sampling using incidental sampling. Validity is measured by product moment correlation, reliability is measured by consistency of alpha reliability intervals. The classical assumption test consists of five tests, namely the normality test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, multicolinearity test and linearity test. To prove the hypothesis formulated in this study, the F test and t test were used. From the research results, it can be concluded that: 1) Product, price, promotion, and distribution simultaneously influence sales volume. 2) Product has a partially significant effect on Sales Volume, Price has a partially significant effect on Sales Volume, promotion has a partially significant effect on Sales Volume, distribution has a significant negative effect on the Sales Volume variable. 3) Promotion has a dominant effect on Sales Volume
Pengaruh self-discipline dan komitmen sikap terhadap kepemimpinan situasional dan dampaknya pada kapabilitas pegawai
The aims of this study are: 1) To analyze the effect of self-discipline on situational leadership. 2) Analyzing the effect of attitude commitment on situational leadership. 3) Analyzing self-discipline on employee capabilities. 4) Analyzing the effect of attitude commitment on employee capabilities. 5) Analyzing the influence of situational leadership on employee capabilities. 6) Analyzing self-discipline on situational leadership and its impact on employee capabilities. 7) Analyzing the effect of attitude commitment on situational leadership and its impact on employee capabilities. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Rijan Dinamis Selaras (RDS) Pacet Mojokerto numbered 33 people. The sampling method in this writing uses the census technique. Data analysis using SPSS version 20 for validity test with factor analysis, reliability test with Cronbach. Classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, to verify and prove the research hypothesis. From the results of the study, it can be concluded as follows: 1) Self-discipline has no effect on situational leadership 2) Attitude commitment has a significant effect on situational leadership 3) Self-discipline has no effect on employee capabilities 4) Attitude commitment has no effect on employee capabilities 5) Situational leadership significant effect on employee capabilities 6) Self-discipline has an indirect effect on employee capabilities through situational leadership 7) Attitude commitment has an indirect effect on employee capabilities through situational leadership
Entrevior au travers agen manajemen psychological reactance penanganan dampak Covid-19 dalam Perspektif Ekonomi Syariah
This research was conducted with the aim of briefly answering the “entrevior au travers” concrete steps of management agents shown by Islamic sharia on psychological reactance to handling the impact of Covid-19 from a sharia economic perspective. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analytical approach. The data were collected using literature study techniques and documentation studies. Its features include a glossary, references, website, source notes, and indexes. The data were analyzed using qualitative analysis approaches and techniques. The results of this study conclude: 1) The study of dialogue between religion and psychology, although it is difficult because psychologists often do not have a strong understanding of religious traditions, this pandime becomes a moment to understand the basic problems and materials to link religion with psychology. 2) Longitudinal and cross-sectional studies should seek common ground that supports the theory of a better spirituality - physical health - mental correlation through religious implementation. 3) Religion teaches a positive impact on mental health through religious activities on health measures, social support, and increases self-efficacy and cohesion

Pengaruh Kebijakan Harga dan Service Quality Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Jasa di Laundry Pondok Pesantren Riyadlul Jannah Mojokerto
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of price policy and service quality on service purchase decisions at the laundry of the Riyadlul Jannah Islamic Boarding School Mojokerto. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. The data in this study were obtained from the results of distributing research questionnaires about price policy and service quality and purchasing decisions for service products to 70 respondents. The data analysis techniques used are instrument validity and reliability, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression using the IBM SPSS Statistics 24 application. The results show that (1) the price policy variable has a positive and significant effect on service purchasing decisions and (2) the service quality variable has a positive and significant effect to the decision to purchase services

The aims of this research are: 1) Analyzing the pattern of leadership on job characteristics. 2) Analyzing the effect of organizational commitment on job characteristics. 3) Analyzing the influence of leadership patterns on work discipline. 4) Analyzing the effect of organizational commitment on work discipline. 5) Analyzing the effect of work discipline on job characteristics. 6) Analyzing the influence of leadership patterns indirectly on work discipline through job characteristics. 7) Analyzing the influence of organizational commitment indirectly on work discipline through job characteristics. The population in this study were all employees at the traditional food restaurant, Dapur M'riah, Mojokerto, East Java, with a total of 56 people. Classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, to verify and prove the research hypothesis. Analisis harga dan kualitas produk serta pengaruhnya terhadap loyalitas konsumen pada Rijan Mart I Prambon Sidoarjo
The purpose of this study was to analyze the simultaneous, partial and dominant effect of the variable price and product quality on consumer loyalty. The research method explains that the location as a business institution, the type of research is explanatory research, namely research that aims to determine the relationship between the two variables price and product quality on consumer loyalty. The research population is consumers who are taken incidentally. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that: 1) price and product quality had a simultaneous effect on consumer loyalty. 2) price and product quality have a partial effect on consumer loyalty. 3) product quality has a dominant effect on consumer loyalty
