Analisis Strategi Pemasaran Berbasis Syariah pada Kiswah Moeslem Fashion
This study examines the implementation of Sharia-based marketing strategies at Kiswah Moeslem Fashion, a business located on Jl. Hayam Wuruk No 22 Pacet, focusing on the production of Muslim attire including Mukena, Jilbab, Baju Koko, and Gamis. In the burgeoning Muslim fashion industry, particularly in Indonesia, incorporating Sharia principles into marketing strategies not only demonstrates a commitment to ethical and spiritual values but also opens vast market opportunities. The integration of Sharia principles in marketing has been shown to enhance customer trust and loyalty, providing a competitive edge in a saturated market. This research explores how such strategies not only meet the functional needs of consumers but also resonate with their spiritual aspirations, thereby differentiating Kiswah Moeslem Fashion in a competitive landscape. Additionally, the study highlights the significance of sustainability and ethical business practices in influencing consumer purchasing decisions, aligned with Sharia principles, adding further value to the brand. Challenges in implementing Sharia-based marketing strategies are also discussed, alongside recommendations for leveraging technology, focusing on sustainability and ethics, strategic collaborations, consumer education, and continuous monitoring and evaluation. The findings suggest that adopting Sharia-based marketing strategies is a viable approach for achieving success in the Muslim fashion market, fostering significant differentiation and strengthening customer relationships for sustainable growth
Implementasi Kendali Mutu Pada Produksi Sebagai Upaya Peningkatan Mutu Produk Pada Konveksi Koleksi Hilwa Collection
Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data melibatkan wawancara dan dokumentasi terkait dengan "Pelaksanaan Quality Control untuk Meningkatkan Kualitas Produk yang Digunakan di Konveksi Hilwa Collection". Penulis melakukan wawancara dengan pemilik dan karyawan sebagai upaya menggali informasi mengenai pelaksanaan Quality Control produksi, kualitas produk perusahaan, dan sejauh mana penerapan Quality Control bertujuan mencapai kualitas produk optimal. Penelitian ini melibatkan beberapa tahap atau proses produksi, termasuk proses pemotongan, bordir atau sablon, penjahitan, penyelesaian, dan finishing.
Motivasi dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah tingginya persaingan di industri konveksi saat ini, yang mendorong perlunya pengendalian kualitas (Quality Control) guna meningkatkan mutu produk di Konveksi Hilwa Collection agar dapat bersaing efektif dengan pesaing lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai pelaksanaan Quality Control dalam meningkatkan kualitas produk di Konveksi Hilwa Collection.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pengendalian kualitas (quality control) dari tahap penyediaan bahan baku hingga proses finishing di Konveksi Hilwa Collection telah memenuhi standar dan spesifikasi perusahaan. Diharapkan bahwa Konveksi Hilwa Collection dapat terus memperbaiki pengendalian kualitas sepanjang rantai produksi, mengurangi tingkat cacat atau kerusakan pada produk, serta mempertahankan model, desain, dan berinovasi sesuai dengan keinginan konsumen. Hal ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen terhadap produk perusahaan, mendorong peningkatan daya beli, dan mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan
Kontribusi Pesantren Agung Mubarok dalam Mengembangkan Semangat Kewirausahaan di Kalangan Santri melalui Aktivitas Wirausaha: (Studi Kasus di Pesantren Agung Mubarok Malang)
Studi ini bertujuan untuk memahami kontribusi Pesantren Agung Mubarok dalam mengembangkan semangat kewirausahaan santri, dengan tujuan akhir menciptakan alumni yang berkemampuan kewirausahaan tinggi. Menggunakan metodologi kualitatif deskriptif dan penelitian lapangan, studi ini mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi, didukung oleh dokumentasi yang relevan. Proses analisis data melibatkan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa Pesantren memiliki peran signifikan dalam mengembangkan semangat kewirausahaan di kalangan santri, terutama melalui penerapan kemandirian finansial yang ketat, seperti larangan penerimaan uang saku dari orang tua. Kesuksesan ini memerlukan dukungan dari berbagai pihak termasuk pemerintah, komunitas, dan individu dengan bakat kewirausahaan, serta motivasi yang kuat dari pesantren untuk menjaga semangat santri. Diharapkan, santri akan keluar dari pesantren dengan pengetahuan kewirausahaan yang kuat dan kesadaran terhadap peluang, baik dalam dunia kerja online maupun offline, serta kemampuan untuk menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan baru
Implementasi Manajemen Risiko Berbasis Syariah di Lembaga Keuangan: Analisis Komprehensif
Shariah-based risk management is a unique approach in Islamic financial institutions (IFIs) that integrates Shariah principles to manage risk effectively. This article presents an in-depth analysis of the concept, implementation process, case studies, challenges, role of technology, impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, governance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and future trends such as sustainability and artificial intelligence (AI). The literature review shows that Shariah risk management not only ensures Shariah compliance but also enhances financial stability and stakeholder confidence. Challenges such as lack of standardization and expertise can be addressed through regulation, education, and technology. This article is expanded to approximately 7,000 words with 15 references in APA 7th edition style
Peran Pesantren dalam Menggerakkan Ekonomi Lokal melalui Penerimaan Santri Baru di Pondok Pesantren Riyadlul Jannah Mojokerto
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran penerimaan santri baru dalam menggerakkan ekonomi lokal di Pondok Pesantren Riyadlul Jannah Mojokerto. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pengurus pesantren, santri, dan masyarakat sekitar, observasi partisipatif, serta dokumentasi dari dokumen resmi pesantren. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik analisis tematik yang mencakup pengkodean awal, pengelompokan tema, dan interpretasi data.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerimaan santri baru di pesantren ini memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap perekonomian lokal. Dampak tersebut mencakup peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat melalui permintaan tinggi akan barang dan jasa, pembukaan lapangan kerja baru di sektor perumahan, kuliner, perdagangan, dan transportasi, serta penguatan modal sosial yang tercipta dari kegiatan sosial dan keagamaan di pesantren. Selain itu, pesantren juga berperan dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia dengan memberikan pelatihan keterampilan yang relevan bagi santri, yang kemudian dapat diterapkan dalam kehidupan masyarakat setelah lulus.
Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pesantren tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai lembaga pendidikan agama tetapi juga sebagai motor penggerak ekonomi lokal. Saran yang diajukan termasuk penguatan kegiatan ekonomi yang melibatkan santri dan masyarakat, kerjasama dengan pemerintah dan sektor swasta untuk mendukung pengembangan ekonomi lokal, peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di pesantren, serta pemantauan dan evaluasi rutin terhadap dampak ekonomi dari kegiatan pesantren. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi pengembangan kebijakan dan praktik yang mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal melalui pendidikan pesantren
STRATEGI DAN TANTANGAN BAZNAS DALAM PENGELOLAAN DANA ZAKAT PRODUKTIF TERHADAP PENGENTASAN KEMISKINAN DI TANGERANG SELATAN
This research aims to analyze the strategies and challenges in managing productive zakat conducted by the National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) of South Tangerang City in efforts to alleviate poverty. This research employs a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis, where data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, field observations, and literature reviews from primary and secondary sources. The findings reveal that economic, educational, health, and disaster empowerment programs implemented by BAZNAS have significantly contributed to improving the welfare of some mustahik (zakat recipients). However, major challenges such as the lack of entrepreneurial spirit among mustahik, limited zakat funds, and insufficient focus on sustainable empowerment remain as obstacles. Therefore, the proposed strategies include providing business capital, entrepreneurship training, and long-term mentoring to ensure that productive zakat can deliver positive, optimal, and sustainable impacts in poverty alleviation efforts within the region
Penerapan Prinsip Ihsan Dalam Mendorong Pelayanan Prima Di Cafe Gadex Pacet Mojokerto
This study aims to analyze the application of the Islamic principle of ihsan in enhancing service quality at Café Gadex, a micro-enterprise located in Pacet, Mojokerto. Ihsan, as a spiritual concept in Islam, encourages business actors to provide the best possible service ethically and responsibly, beyond mere material gain. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The findings indicate that the value of ihsan is embedded in the café's service culture, as reflected in the honesty, sincerity, and friendliness of the staff when serving customers. These values support the five dimensions of the SERVQUAL model: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles. Most customers expressed satisfaction due to the warm, attentive, and family-like atmosphere. These findings affirm the perspectives of Hasan (2010) and Antonio (2001) that the integration of Islamic spiritual values can increase customer loyalty and enhance the business’s positive image. However, challenges remain, particularly in the provision of spiritual value training and maintaining consistency due to high employee turnover. The study recommends continuous Islamic-based training to ensure the sustainable implementation of ihsan in service delivery
Analisa terhadap Kompensasi dan Jenjang Karir Sebagai Strategi dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan di Triple SSS Cafe Pacet Mojokerto
The performance strategy improvement theory put forward by Kasmir, there are several factors that influence performance, both results and work behavior, are as follows: 1. Employee Abilities and Expertise. 2. Work Motivation, 3. Organizational Culture, 4. Leadership, 5. Job Satisfaction, 6. Work Discipline. Meanwhile, the impact of improving performance is that there are 2 factors that are influenced by performance, both directly and indirectly, namely (1) Compensation, namely the remuneration given by the company to its employees, (2) career path, which is an award given by the company to its employees. At Triple SSS Cafe Pacet Mojokerto, employees lack work discipline and do not obey regulations, however, Triple SSS Cafe Pacet Mojokerto's income is quite large and stable every month.
The type of research used by researchers is field research using a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used by researchers are interviews and observation.
The results of this research are the use of strategies to improve employee performance at Triple SSS Cafe Pacet Mojokerto using the theory of work abilities and skills, work motivation, leadership, organizational culture, job satisfaction and work discipline. All aspects have been carried out well by Triple SSS Cafe Pacet Mojokerto, except for the work discipline aspect, there are still many employees who arrive late, leave for various reasons and have not obeyed the regulations made. In the career aspect, Triple SSS Cafe Pacet Mojokerto has not implemented career management for its employees. At Triple SSS Cafe Pacet Mojokerto, it only increases salaries for employees who have worked for a long time in stages as a form of loyalty to the company. Meanwhile, the compensation aspect has been implemented well
Pendidikan Kejuruan Tata Busana sebagai Katalisator Kewirausahaan: Studi Kasus Usaha Konveksi Hareem Collektion Pesantren Husnul Hidayah Kemasantani, Gondang, Mojokerto
This study explores the role of vocational education in fashion design as a catalyst for entrepreneurship, focusing on the case study of Hareem Collektion, a convection business initiative under the auspices of a Vocational High School's Fashion Department. The research highlights the integration of theoretical knowledge and practical application in fostering entrepreneurial skills among students. Through a qualitative analysis of the Hareem Collektion initiative, findings reveal that hands-on experience in a real-world business setting significantly enhances students' understanding of the fashion industry's challenges and opportunities. The study underscores the importance of industry-education collaboration, project-based learning, and the incorporation of sustainability and technology into the curriculum to prepare students for the dynamic and competitive fashion industry. Policy implications and recommendations are provided to optimize vocational education's potential in nurturing future entrepreneurs in fashion. This research contributes to the discourse on vocational education's impact on entrepreneurship, offering insights into effective strategies for equipping students with the necessary skills and mindset for innovation and business success in the fashion sector.
 
Optimalisasi Penerapan Etika Bisnis Syariah Berbasis Maqasid Syariah di Dapur Kue Rosad Gondang Mojokerto: Sebuah Analisis Strategis untuk Peningkatan Kualitas dan Keberlanjutan Usaha
This study explores the implementation of Sharia business ethics and the principles of Maqasid Shariah within the operations of Dapur Kue Rosad Gondang Mojokerto, a culinary business in Indonesia. The primary aim of this research is to identify how the application of Sharia values can influence business sustainability and social welfare. Utilizing a qualitative approach, the study collected data through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and analysis of company documents. The findings indicate that Dapur Kue Rosad has made significant initial steps in integrating Sharia business ethics, focusing on halal product compliance and fair transaction practices. However, the results also suggest that a broader application of Maqasid Shariah principles, aiming to protect religion, life, intellect, progeny, and wealth, requires enhancement, especially in aspects of environmental sustainability and social engagement. The study recommends the development of robust internal policies, enhancement of standardization and certification, staff training programs on Sharia ethics, and innovation in products and services that support social welfare as strategies to improve the implementation of Sharia business ethics and Maqasid Shariah principles. These findings provide valuable insights for culinary businesses and other Sharia-compliant enterprises in integrating Sharia values to achieve sustainable and socially responsible success. This research highlights the importance of adopting a holistic approach in applying Sharia business ethics, not just focusing on legal compliance but also on making a positive contribution to society and the environment
