The Relationship Between Social Support, Workload, and Work Stress in PT. X Employees : Hubungan Antara Dukungan Sosial, Beban Kerja, dengan Stres Kerja pada Karyawan PT. X
Work stress is an adaptive response influenced by individual characteristics and psychological processes, triggered by external situations or actions that exert psychological and physical pressure. In corporate settings, employees often face various job demands. Social support from coworkers, superiors, or family can reduce the negative impact of work-related stress. The higher the support, the lower the stress level. Conversely, excessive workload can reduce performance by increasing physical and emotional pressure. This quantitative correlational study analyzes the relationship between social support, workload, and work stress. The multiple correlation test shows a significant simultaneous relationship, indicated by an F Change Significance value of 0.003 (<0.05). The correlation value (R) of 0.480 suggests a fairly close relationship. The study concludes that high social support significantly reduces work stress, while low support and high workload tend to increase it among employees of PT. X
The Relationship Beetween Emotional Regulation and Social Support with Subjective Well-Being in Students Experiencing a Quarter Life Crisis : Hubungan Regulasi Emosi dan Dukungan Sosial dengan Subjective Well-Being pada Mahasiswa yang Mengalami Quarter Life Crisis
This study aims to explore the relationship between emotion regulation and social support with subjective well-being in college students who experience quarter-life crisis. This research is a quantitative study with a multiple correlational approach. The population in this study were 23,039 students in Sidoarjo based on the Central Bureau of Statistics in 2022. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling technique. This study shows that an insignificant negative relationship was also found between social support and subjective well-being (r=-0.063, p=0.248). This means that the higher the social support received, the subjective well-being tends to decrease, although this relationship is also not strong enough to be meaningful. This finding contradicts previous research which generally shows that social support contributes positively to subjective well-being

Data were collected using Likert scales: work-life balance (36 items, α = 0.956), workload (36 items, α = 0.765), and burnout (32 items, α = 0.973). Analysis using multiple correlations with spss 30.0. Results showed that work-life balance and workload had a significant impact on burnout (f = 74.004; p < .001). The Relationship of Celebrity Worship and Self Control with Subjective Well Being in NCTZen Application Users X: Hubungan Celebrity Worship Dan Self Control Dengan Subjective Well Being Pada NCTZen Pengguna Aplikasi X
This study explores subjective well-being among NCT fans, specifically users of the NCTZen X app. Subjective well-being is a key indicator of psychological health, especially in emotionally involved fan communities. Using a quantitative correlational approach, data were collected from 177 NCTZen community members in Sidoarjo through accidental sampling. Respondents completed an online questionnaire using three scales: Celebrity Attitude Scale (CAS), Perceived Control Scale (PCS), and subjective well-being measures (SWLS and SPANE). Results showed a significant relationship between celebrity worship, self-control, and subjective well-being (R = 0.738; p < 0.05). Celebrity worship was negatively correlated with subjective well-being (r = -0.563), while self-control had a positive correlation (r = 0.662). This indicates that excessive idolization lowers well-being, whereas higher self-control enhances it. The study offers important insights by examining both variables simultaneously, a combination rarely explored in the context of K-Pop fandoms

Implementation of MEOWS (Maternal Early Obstetric Warning Score) in Predicting Length of Care for Preeclampsia Patients: Implementasi MEOWS (Maternal Early Obstetric Warning Score) Dalam Memprediksi Lama Perawatan Pasien Preeklampsia
Preeclampsia is a pregnancy complication that may prolong hospitalization. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Maternal Early Obstetric Warning Score (MEOWS) in predicting hospital stay duration in preeclampsia patients. Conducted as a retrospective cohort study at RSUD R.T. Notopuro Sidoarjo, it involved 276 patients from June 2023 to June 2024. Data were obtained from medical records and analyzed using ROC curves to determine the MEOWS cut-off point, and logistic regression to assess confounding factors such as age, parity, BMI, education, insurance, and hypertension history. Results showed MEOWS had a fairly good predictive ability (AUC = Y; p = 0.001), with an optimal cut-off balancing sensitivity and specificity. MEOWS showed potential as an early screening tool for identifying patients at risk of longer stays, supporting better risk stratification and care planning. Further studies are needed for validation and to enhance its predictive accuracy
