The author's findings are still considered less than optimal in law enforcement to entrepreneurs who violate so that there are still many entrepreneurs who commit violations

No full textLately, immoral acts involving children often occur, One of them is the number of case reports regarding rape, harassment, and so on. The immoral act of rape is one of the forms of violence against children. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of decisions on immoral crimes against children in Sidoarjo Regency. The research method used is normative juridical with a statutory approach. The results of this study show that there is a disparity between the decisions of one another in the 2019-2021 timeframe, both from the judge's considerations, decisions and other things. The benefit of this research is that the author hopes that this writing can be useful by providing knowledge and information to the public as a reference to find out how to analyze the decision on immoral actions against children in Sidoarjo Regency (Case Study at the Sidoarjo District Court

The type of research is normative juridical using a statue approach and a case approach, sources of primary and secondary legal materials and deductive analysis. The application of Decision 264/Pid.Sus/20201PN Mjk isn't in accordance with Law no.21 of 2007 concerning the Eradication of Crime Trafficking in Persons and Law no.1 of 1974 concerning marriage. With judges making factual judgments in court. however, both in terms of substance and the form of the test arn't in accordance with the applicable regulations. No full textImplementing Child-Friendly Schools aims to guarantee children's rights and protect children from various acts of violence. Six indicators to assess child-friendly schools include; 1) child-friendly school policy, 2) child-friendly learning, 3) educators personnel trained on children's rights, 4) child-friendly facilities and infrastructure, 5) child participation, and 6) participation of stakeholders. The final results expected from the implementation of the CFS policy are the realization of schools that are safe and fun for students because they are free from violence that occurs between students and violence committed by educators, the formation of the behaviour of educators and education staff with a child's perspective, and the application of discipline which can help children to think and act correctly. Implementation of a child-friendly school at Muhammadiyah 2 Taman Elementary School is not building a new school but creating a comfortable school environment for students, as well as children's rights to get an education
