Behavior-Based Safety Analysis of Workers in Plastic Production Environment Using Do It and RCA Methods : Analisis Keselamatan Berbasis Perilaku Pada Tenaga Kerja Di Lingkungan Produksi Plastik Menggunakan Metode Do It dan RCA
Occupational safety is crucial in the manufacturing industry, especially in the plastic production sector, which has a high risk of workplace accidents. PT. XYZ faces challenges in reducing unsafe worker behavior despite implementing various safety regulations. This study analyzes the implementation of Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) using the Do It method to improve safety compliance. Initial observations showed unsafe behavior at 70% in the work environment, 70% in body posture, and 74% in equipment use. After behavior-based interventions, safe behavior improved to 73% in the work environment, 74% in body posture, and 84% in equipment use. These results indicate that implementing BBS with the Do It method effectively reduces workplace accidents and increases safety awareness. Recommendations for improvement using the 5 Whys method include continuous supervision, regular safety training, and improvements in workplace facilities and procedures to maintain this progress

This research aims to determine the influence of Talent Management, Competency and Work Discipline variables on employee performance at the Regional Civil Service Agency in Sidoarjo. This research uses quantitative research with an explanatory research approach. The population in this study were all service employees at the Sidoarjo Regency Regional Civil Service Agency. The total sample obtained was 61 respondents using a total sampling technique. The data obtained consisted of primary data and secondary data obtained by interviews, observations and distributing questionnaires which were measured using a Likert scale. Data processing was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) software application and using PLS (Partial Least Square) version 4.0. Based on research, it can be seen that talent management, competency, work discipline variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Sidoarjo Regency Regional Civil Service Agency

This research endeavors to analyze the factors influencing the enthusiasm for accounting program undergraduates in pursuing a profession as a professional public accountant. The research adopts a quantitative approach with data collection conducted through questionnaires. Data analysis was performed using SPSS software, with a selected sample of 100 students from the Accounting program from 2020 cohort selected through purposive sampling techniques. The results of the study indicate financial benefits, career training, and career opportunities Affect academic enthusiasm for selecting a career in public accounting. In contrast, the work environment and student interest do not show a significant influence. These findings provide valuable insights for educational institutions and accounting organizations to develop strategies to increase student interest in the public accounting profession

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of brand image, e-wom, and customer rating on purchase decisions on Shopee e-commerce. The research method used is quantitative as the research method. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling using axial sampling. Using a sample variable of 96 respondents. The data collection technique uses the distribution of questionnaires through google forms. Based on the analysis of the results of this study, Brand Image has a positive and significant influence on purchase decisions in online-based shopping through Shopee e-commerce. Furthermore, the product E-WOM variable has a positive and significant influence on purchase decisions in online-based shopping through Shopee e-commerce. And the results of the Product Customer Rating variable have a positive and significant influence on purchase decisions through Shopee e-commerce

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality and discount & cashback programs on Shopee customer satisfaction in East Java Province. The research uses a quantitative method with a survey approach, collecting data through questionnaires from 100 respondents selected using the convenience sampling method. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression tests, validity and reliability tests, as well as classical assumption tests. The results show that product quality has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Additionally, discount & cashback programs also significantly influence customer satisfaction. Simultaneously, both variables have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. These findings indicate that Shopee should improve product quality and develop more attractive promotional strategies to maintain customer loyalty

This study aims to analyze the effect of Integrated Individual Learning (PIT) method on students' digital literacy, read-writing skills. This study uses a descriptive quantitative methodology. Data collection techniques using Observation, Documentation and Questionnaires. The population is several students from the upper class with a total of 9 students at SDN Penanggungan Trawas. The sample taken using the purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique uses the T-test. The average digital literacy score of students in the preaction period was 46.25, after the last meeting the average score was 75.70, up 62.4% from the preaction. The read-writing scores of students in the preaction period were 63.31 increased 77.64, up 22.76% from the preaction, meaning the overall average digital literacy score and reading interest of students was originally 54.78, up to 76.67, up 40.54% from the pre-action period. Thus, the integrated individual method can improve students' digital literacy and read-writing learning outcomes
The detection of Toxoplasma gondii in cat using the Microscopic and Loop-Mediated Isothermal Amplification (LAMP) method at the Larangan Market Sidoarjo: Deteksi Toxoplasma gondii Pada Feses Kucing Menggunakan Metode Mikroskopis dan Metode Loop-Mediated Ishotermal Amplification (LAMP) di Pasar Larangan Sidoarjo
Toxoplasmosis, caused by Toxoplasma gondii, is a zoonotic disease affecting both humans and animals, particularly those with weakened immune systems. This study aimed to detect T. gondii in cat feces using saturated NaCl microscopy and the Loop-Mediated Isothermal Amplification (LAMP) method, while also evaluating the sensitivity of LAMP. Samples were collected using accidental sampling over one month in August. A descriptive analysis compared microscopy and LAMP results using the SPSS version 23 kappa test. Of the 9 samples from Larangan Market, Sidoarjo, 4 tested positive and 5 negative. Detection involved NaCl flotation, DNA isolation via the resin method, and LAMP with visual color indicators. Sensitivity testing used fivefold PBS dilution to improve DNA quality. The results showed perfect agreement between methods (k = 1.000, p < 0.05), indicating high reliability. Further studies should increase sample size and diversity to strengthen population representation and result validity
3R Waste Management Strategy in Trawas Village Trawas District Mojokerto Regency : Strategi Pengelolaan Sampah 3R di Desa Trawas Kecamatan Trawas Kabupaten Mojokerto
The 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) waste management strategy is a government effort to reduce the volume of waste sent to Final Disposal Sites (TPA). This study examines the implementation of the 3R program in Trawas Village, Trawas District, Mojokerto Regency, using a descriptive qualitative approach. The analysis focuses on five key aspects: objectives, environment, direction, action, and learning. The findings indicate that while coordination among stakeholders and routine evaluation processes are running effectively, several challenges remain. These include limited facilities and infrastructure, as well as a lack of public understanding about proper waste sorting and management. Internally and externally, various parties are involved and play important roles in supporting the program. However, to optimize the success of the 3R initiative, more intensive public education and improved infrastructure are needed. Strengthening these areas will help ensure a more effective and sustainable waste management system at the village level
Total Plate Count (TPC) Test of Presto Milkfish (Chanos chanos) in Several Markets in Candi Sub-district, Sidoarjo Regency: Uji Angka Lempeng Total (ALT) Bandeng (Chanos chanos) Presto pada Beberapa Pasar Kecamatan Candi, Kabupaten Sidoarjo
Fried presto milkfish is a popular processed fish product, especially in the Sidoarjo area. However, the food safety of these products has not been a top priority. This study aims to provide microbiological safety information of presto milkfish sold in markets around Candi District, Sidoarjo through a comparison of re-frying and without re-frying. The presto milkfish samples were tested using the TPC method with PCA media referring to SNI 2332.3:2015. The initial TPC values in the Presto milkfish samples obtained from the three markets were found to be very high; 3.2 x 109; 2.1 x 109; 2.0 x 109; exceeding the maximum permissible limit set by PerBPOM No. 13 of 2019 for cooked or fried fish products. The reheating method at 130°C for 2 minutes applied in this study; 4.8 x 109; 2.3 x 109; 1.1 x 109; proved ineffective to consistently reduce the microbial count
