This study analyzes the implementation of the BPNT Program in Keboguyang Village, Jabon District, Sidoarjo Regency using a qualitative descriptive method with data collected through observation, interviews, and document review, and informants selected via purposive sampling. The findings show that program socialization has been fairly effective, with village officials explaining KKS policies well. However, the infrequent presence of program assistants leads to poor information delivery and less accurate beneficiary data. In terms of resources, the number of officers is adequate, but the lack of a local EDC ATM complicates fund disbursement. The village apparatus understands the program mechanism and responds well to beneficiary needs, while the bureaucratic structure is clear with no overlapping roles, ensuring smooth data collection and aid distribution

This research discusses the performance analysis of centrifugal pumps used to meet clean water needs in BUMN buildings in Surabaya. Clean water supply is very important for various daily needs, such as sinks, ablution faucets and toilets. Therefore, the piping system and pump installation must be planned well so that it can supply water with adequate and efficient pressure. This research uses 3 CDX/I 120/20 IE3 type pump units which are operated automatically with PLC control and a pressure switch to regulate the minimum pressure so that the pump can operate optimally. The analysis results show that the pump can supply 160 l/min of water per unit, and if the three pumps operate simultaneously, the total water supply reaches 480 l/mi

Preeclampsia is a pregnancy disorder characterized by hypertension, edema, and proteinuria. This study aimed to determine the relationship between maternal age, pregnancy spacing, and nutritional status with the incidence of preeclampsia. In 2022, there were 587 recorded cases in Sidoarjo Regency. The exact cause remains unknown but is suspected to be influenced by maternal age, pregnancy spacing, and nutritional status. This research used a quantitative method with a cross-sectional design, involving 96 pregnant women at Candi Sidoarjo Community Health Center from January to December 2024. The results showed that 50 respondents (52.1%) had at-risk maternal age, 59 respondents (61.5%) had at-risk pregnancy spacing, and 56 respondents (58.3%) had abnormal nutritional status. Statistical analysis revealed significant associations between maternal age (p=0.001; OR=5.460), pregnancy spacing (p=0.000; OR=0.019), and nutritional status (p=0.000; OR=0.139) with preeclampsia incidence. These findings highlight the importance of education and monitoring of risk factors to prevent preeclampsia

Motorization is a major mode of transportation due to its practicality and efficiency. Technological advancements encourage modifications to enhance engine performance, one of which involves optimizing the exhaust system design, particularly the exhaust header. This study analyzes the effect of varying exhaust header inlet and outlet sizes on the performance of a 125 cc 4-stroke SOHC liquid-cooled automatic motorcycle engine. The results show that size variations significantly influence engine power and torque. A 28 mm inlet/outlet header produces a maximum power of 11.9 kW at 4000 RPM and torque of 27.44 Nm at 2000 RPM, making it optimal at medium engine speeds. The 28/30 mm header excels at high RPM (8000–9000 RPM) with 10.3 kW power output. The standard header provides stable but lower performance. Modifications using 28/28 mm or 28/30 mm headers are recommended to improve acceleration and maximize power, particularly at medium to high RPM ranges

In this modern era, food sustainability becoming increasingly important issue, especially amidst rapid population growth. One solution utilize marine natural resources more efficiently develop sea grape grinding machine produce flour. This milled flour great potential raw material food, charter, and nutrition industries, and can help support community food security. The research method used design simulation, namely drawing design SolidWorks application and then simulating static causes sea grape grinding machine frame. The conclusion this study type electric motor with power 1 Hp and motor speed 2800 rpm, diameter engine pulley used 152.40mm and diameter drive pulley used 74mm, belt used this machine 1 V belt type A-52 with length 1295mm. The maximum von Mises stress value 27Kg load working resulting stress frame 24.5271N / mm2. Then, for load 47kg, higher stress 16.0752 N/mm2 was produced. This higher stress due shape cross-sectional area area being loaded, which also affects resulting stress
