No full textChildren are the gift of the family, and parents should work together to guide them. Some children are born with special needs and require special attention. Research at SLB Aisyiyah Porong showed that psychoeducation to 13 parents improved their understanding of positive parenting. The understanding score rose from 63.9 to 75.2 after the activity, with statistical results showing the psychoeducation was effective. The program helped parents take better care of their children. With an increase of 11.2. The statistical test showed a significance value of 0.014, smaller than 0.05, which means that psychoeducation is effective in increasing parents' understanding. This program not only increases parents' knowledge, but also helps them implement better parenting to support their children's development

No full textThis psychoeducation aims to examine the influence of psychoeducation on the improvement of adaptive behavior in adolescents through resilience at SMP YPM 7 Sidoarjo. Adolescents often face challenges that can trigger maladaptive behaviors, such as brawls and bullying. Through lectures and direct interactions, students learn about the importance of resilience in coping with academic pressures and negative influences. The analysis results using paired sample T-tests show a significant difference between pre-test and post-test, indicating the effectiveness of the intervention. The increase in understanding of resilience helps students manage their emotions and seek solutions to the problems they face. Support from family and friends also plays a crucial role in building resilience. These findings emphasize the need for psychoeducational programs to enhance adaptive behavior in adolescents and provide strong social support in facing life's challenge

No full textLearning methods are closely related to success and effectiveness in learning outcomes. This is no exception in learning Arabic, where learning Arabic also requires appropriate learning method strategies. Arabic language learning at the Super Tahfidz Waru Islamic boarding school in Sidoarjo applies a new method using the Ta'wid method in a symposium. This research was taken using qualitative methods with a case study approach. The data in this research was taken from the interview process and direct observation of informants through data collection, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. In general, it can be concluded that learning Arabic using the ta'wid method in the symposium at the Super Tahfidz Waru Sidoarjo Islamic boarding school involves teachers, curriculum leaders and students in the learning process. This study focuses on the effectiveness of billboard media, whether it is still relevant to use today and has a significant influence on influencing the public in increasing community participation in returning home. This research method, namely by collecting purposive sampling data and informants in this study are people aged 17-30 years. The use of billboard media used by the east java provincial transportation agency is still considered effective in conveyin information to tree public. The study conducted interviews with several informant stating that the contents of the billboards were easy to understand and the public was enthusiastic about participating in the 2023 free homecoming was also happy with the 2023 free homecoming activity which was considered very helpful

No full textThis research was carried out to analyze how much influence the Flash Sale Promotion, Online Customer Review, and Celebrity Endorser variables have on Purchase Interest in E-Commerce, namely the Shopee application. The method used is a quantitative method, and the technique used for research is nonprobability sampling using a purposive sampling technique and the number of respondents is 100 people and the data was processed using the IBM SPSS version 29 application. The results ofthis research show that the flash sale promotion variable partially has no effect on buying interest, while the online customer review and celebrity endorser variables partially have a positive and significant influence on buying interest. Simultaneously, the flash sale promotion, online customer review, and celebrity endorser variables have an influence on the purchase interest variable

No full textThe development technology and industry, steel one important materials, evidenced common use world manufacturing, maritime, building materials, piping, oil and gas. Therefore, important study and optimize welding process parameters improve joint quality and minimize defects. This study aims obtain various combinations MIG (Metal Inert Gas) process parameters steel welding variations current strength and coolant effect results microstructure and Vickers hardness tests. The research method involves welding variations current strength coolant, followed Vickers hardness (HV) testing and microstructure analysis. The results showed highest hardness value specimen 4 current strength 100A using water coolant, average hardness of 297.5 HV. Rapid cooling water and low welding currents produce welds tighter particles and minimal defects, microstructure dominated martensite, ferrite, and pearlite. On other hand, lowest hardness value specimen 9 current strength 120A using water cooling, produces average of 281.2 HV because cooling process slower and current high causing more welding defects

No full textThis study aims to develop a psychoeducation program based on self-awareness to prevent cyber-influence conflict among adolescents. Using a pre-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design, the study involved 40 vocational high school students. The results indicate that the psychoeducation program effectively improved self-awareness, as evidenced by a significant increase in posttest scores compared to pretest scores (p < 0.001). The program strengthened adolescents’ ability to recognize and manage emotions, thereby reducing the risk of online conflicts. These findings emphasize the importance of self-awareness-based interventions to create safer and more positive digital environments for adolescents

No full textThis research analyzes the role of village apparatus in improving transparency and accountability of village fund management as an implementation of SDGs No. 8 on inclusive economic growth. The background is the rampant corruption of village funds and the importance of good financial governance for sustainable development. This qualitative research uses a case study approach in Tambak Kalisogo Village, Sidoarjo, through interviews, observation and document analysis. The results show: (1) Village officials play an important role in budgeting through deliberations and reporting funds via the OM SPAN system; (2) Transparency is realized through the publication of reports and special accounts; (3) Community participation in supervision increases accountability despite regulatory dynamics and limited human resources; (4) The application of these principles supports the achievement of SDGs No. 8 by creating jobs and equitable village economic growth. This research serves as reference for village governments in strengthening transparent and sustainable financial governance
