The company faces internal issues in inventory data management, particularly in the processes of data entry and reporting. The reliance on Microsoft Excel as the primary tool results in time-consuming processes, vulnerability to errors, and frequent data duplication. In the era of globalization with increasingly intense competition, efficient asset management has become a key element of organizational success. Therefore, an innovation in the form of a web-based inventory management system is needed. This solution is designed to improve data processing efficiency, minimize errors, accelerate reporting processes, and ensure data security through modern technology. No full textAbstract. Technology development is one of the keys in tackling waste today, especially in paper waste. This research aims to design an electric motor-powered paper cutting machine with a straight blade guillotine blade type to produce precise cuts. The research method involves machine design and machine performance testing. The test results show that the machine can cut up to 20 kg per hour, more efficient when compared to the manual method. The machine produces precise cuts according to the expected standard. The time efficiency of the paper cutting machine has an advantage over manual cutting. The machine is able to produce 20 kg with a total thickness of 480 mm within 1 hour. While to achieve the same amount, manual cutting takes 2.5 hours. The manufacture of this machine has the potential to support local waste paper processing for MSMEs, especially in the Krian area, Sidoarjo.

No full textAdolescence is a transitional phase that involves physical, psychological, and social changes, including the development of sexual attraction. This often encourages adolescents to engage in premarital sexual behavior. To prevent this, psychoeducation is an effective psychological intervention. Psychoeducation helps individuals understand the negative impact of risky sexual behavior and make wise decisions. This research aims to prevent risky sexual behavior through the SAFE program with the quasi experiment method. The population is 371 7th grade students of SMP X Sidoarjo, with 42 students selected as a sample based on the results of the pretest. The analysis using paired sample t-test showed significant results with sig values. (2-tailed) by 0.000 (< 0.05). These results prove that psychoeducation is effective in increasing students' knowledge related to healthy sexual behavior through the SAFE education program. This program is relevant to increase students' awareness and understanding in facing the challenges of adolescence

The aim of this research is to find out the impact of the application of goal setting in improving the learning motivation of MA students Roudlotul Banat Sidoarjo. The subjects in this study were 59 students. The results of this study show that there is a difference in the level of student learning motivation between before and after given the application of goal setting

No full textThis study aims to describe the Effect of Live Streaming, Content Marketing, Impulse Buying at TikTok Shop on Purchasing Decisions for Ortuseight Shoes. Quantitative research was utilized in this study. Buyers of Ortuseight Shoes at TikTok Shop were determined to be the population in this study. This study used a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling approach, involving 100 respondents as part of the sampling technique. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires using interval measurements, respondents' answers were measured using the Likert Scale. Data analysis in this study was carried out using the PLS (Partial Least Square) - SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method with the help of software. The results showed that Live Streaming, Content Marketing and Impulse Buying at Tiktok Shop has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Ortuseight Shoes

No full textIn the era of globalization and growing competition, managing employee performance is vital for achieving competitive advantage. The Industry and Trade Service of Sidoarjo Regency operates based on transparency, accountability, effectiveness, and efficiency in accordance with good governance. Public satisfaction has remained high for the past three years, indicating consistent service quality. This study examines the effects of leadership and work environment on employee performance, with organizational culture as a moderating variable. A quantitative approach was used, involving 75 purposively selected respondents. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. The results show that leadership significantly affects performance, while the work environment does not. Organizational culture has a significant effect and strengthens the influence of leadership, but not of the work environment. This therapy allows individuals to express their feelings and experiences through writing, which can help them process negative emotions and enhance psychological well-being. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of expressive writing therapy on emotional handling adolescent girls living in orphanages. The research method used is an experimental design with a pre-test and post-test on the intervention group. No full textThis study analyzes the influence of career development, work-life balance, and organizational culture on employee performance at RSUD R.T. Notopuro Sidoarjo. Using a quantitative method, data were collected through questionnaires on a Likert scale of 1–5. The population consisted of 898 nursing staff, with a sample of 130 respondents selected using stratified random sampling and based on Hair et al.’s formula. Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with SmartPLS 3 software. The results show that career development and work-life balance have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while organizational culture has a smaller influence. These findings provide insights for hospital management in designing human resource development strategies to enhance employee performance

No full textThis study examines the effect of profitability and company valuation on stock price movements in the energy sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The variables analyzed include Return on Assets, Net Profit Margin, and Price to Book Value. The approach used is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis methods, and is equipped with a series of classical assumption tests to ensure the validity of the model. The results of the study indicate that Return on Assets and Price to Book Value significantly affect stock prices, while Net Profit Margin does not show a significant effect. This finding indicates that investors tend to pay more attention to the effectiveness of asset management and the company's market value in determining their investment decisions, rather than only focusing on net profit margins

No full textThis research aims to analyze the influence of content marketing on consumer purchasing decisions for product X. Content marketing, as a content-based marketing strategy that is relevant and valuable, is increasingly becoming a key factor in building consumer engagement and influencing purchasing behavior. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 150 respondents who are active social media users and consumers of product X. The research results indicate that simultaneously, content marketing has a significant impact on consumer purchasing decisions. Partially, the variables of content relevance and content engagement have the most dominant influence compared to other variables. This finding indicates that presenting content that is relevant to consumer needs and is interactive can enhance trust and purchase interest
