The development of digital technology has affected the retail business sector, with traditional markets such as grocery stores and small stalls starting to be rivaled by modern retail businesses. This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, service quality, and customer trust on customer satisfaction at Indomaret Fresh Raya Jati Sidoarjo. The method used is quantitative research with an explanatory approach, through data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-5. The results of the study indicate that product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and customer trust has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Indomaret Fresh Raya Jati Sidoarjo
The Role of Posyandu Cadres in Preventing Stunting in Dukuhsari Village, Jabon District, Sidoarjo Regency: Peran Kader Posyandu Dalam Pencegahan Stunting di Desa Dukuhsari Kecamatan Jabon Kabupaten Sidoarjo
This study aims to identify the role of posyandu cadres in stunting prevention efforts in Dukuhsari Village, Candi District, Sidoarjo Regency. This study is based on a qualitative descriptive approach with observation and interview methods, and utilizes primary and secondary data. Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem associated with malnutrition due to minimal nutrient absorption in the long term, as explained by Fatimah (2021). Stunting conditions are often difficult to recognize by community due to the lack of attention to the growth and nutritional development of toddlers. Research in Dukuhsari Village shows that delivering stunting information through face-to-face meetings by posyandu cadres is very effective. Although posyandu facilities are adequate, cadre training and fundraising are needed. Government support, participation of mothers of toddlers, and involvement of health workers are important for the success of stunting prevention, so that posyandu cadres are more active and enthusiastic in carrying out their duties
Response of MA Islamiyah Tanggulangin Students to the Use of Tobur Media in Learning Arabic Vocabulary: Respon Siswa MA Islamiyah Tanggulangin terhadap Penggunaan Media Tobur dalam Pembelajaran Kosa Kata Bahasa Arab
This study aims to analyze the response of MA Islamiyah Tanggulangin students to the use of Thobur media in learning Arabic vocabulary. Thobur media is a game-based learning method designed to improve students' understanding and memory of Arabic vocabulary. This study used a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results showed that most students gave positive responses to the use of Thobur media, because this method was considered more interactive, interesting, and helped improve their Arabic language skills. In addition, this media is also able to increase students' learning motivation and strengthen students' involvement in the learning process. Thus, the use of Thobur media can be used as an alternative in creating effective learning of Arabic vocabulary at madrasah aliyah level
Comparison of Artificial Intelligence Approach Models Based on Artificial Neural Networks and Classical Models in Predicting E-wallet Interest: Perbandingan Model Pendekatan Artificial Intelligence berbasis Jaringan Saraf Tiruan dan Model Klasik dalam Prediksi Minat E-wallet
Rapid technological advances have brought about changes in all aspects, especially the payment sector. Electronic wallets or e-wallets are currently trending in society because of their curiosity and convenience. However, the implementation of e-wallets cannot be separated from several factors that influence consumer interest in using them. Some of the main factors that influence consumer decisions in using e-wallets include security, privacy and e-trust factors. This study aims to analyze the effect of security, privacy and e-trust on the interest in using e-wallets in Indonesia by comparing two methods, namely Artificial Neural Networks and Multiple Linear Regression using two software, namely SPSS and MATLAB. Comparative analysis was carried out to identify the method that has the best level of accuracy. The population used in this study was calculated using the Lemeshow formula, which produced 165 responses. The results of the study showed that the Artificial Neural Network method provided much better analysis results than Multiple Linear Regression with the results of the values obtained in each variable approaching the expected target numbers, while multiple linear regression provided less than optimal results, especially in the security and privacy variables
Empowering Women in Economic Development in Banjarbendo Village: Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Perempuan di Desa Banjarbendo
Women's economic empowerment in Banjarbendo Village is one of the business alternatives that women can do to play an active role in supporting community welfare. As an urban village area, the opportunities to improve the economy of the Banjarbendo Village community are quite large in trade, culinary, and MSMEs. In addition, agriculture and animal husbandry can also still be developed even though the land is decreasing. The purpose of this research is to deeply analyze women's economic empowerment through entrepreneurship in the context of economic development which is expected to contribute to the development of more inclusive and sustainable economic development policies in Banjarbendo Village. This research method is qualitative research and uses data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study show that women's economic empowerment in Banjarbendo Village has not been running well enough, including the limited access of women's gender

This study aims to determine the role of fintech, financial knowledge, and risk precaption on financial behavior using digital wallets. This study uses a quantitative method. The population in this study is digital wallet users with a sample of 110 respondents. Sampling was carried out by non-probability sampling technique, with a purposive sampling approach. The research data comes from primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through questionnaires distributed via Google Forms, while secondary data was collected from books, journals, and previous research articles. Data analysis uses the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPS). The results show that: (1) Fintech has a positive and significant effect on financial behavior; (2) Financial Knowledge also has a positive and significant effect on financial behavior; and (3) Risk Preacaption has a positive and significant influence on financial behavior

Effective cash management is an important element in maintaining financial stability and transparency of company operations. However, implementing adequate internal controls is still often a challenge, especially in the area of cash management procedures. PT Umsida Sinergi Utama, particularly the agriculture department, faces the risk of errors in administration and potential fraud because it still uses a manual system and there is no formal standard operating procedure. This research uses a qualitative case study to assess the company's cash management practices. The analysis was conducted using the COSO framework, which includes five main components: control environment, risk assessment, control activities, information and communication, and monitoring. Research data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation and analysis of relevant documents. The results showed that despite efforts to implement basic procedures such as recording transactions and monitoring cash balances, PT Umsida Sinergi Utama's cash management still faced significant obstacle
The Influence of Financial Literacy, Financial Experience, and Financial Technology on the Financial Behavior of DANA Platform Users (Case Study In Sidoarjo City Area): Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan, Pengalaman Finansial, Dan Teknologi Finansial Pada Perilaku Keuangan Pengguna Platform Dana (Studi Kasus Di Wilayah Kota Sidoarjo)
This study examines the impact of financial literacy, financial experience, and financial technology on the financial behavior of platform users in Sidoarjo city. The research uses a quantitative approach and a sample size of 100 people. Primary data is collected through online questionnaires. The study includes various tests to assess the validity and reliability of the data, such as the Slovin formula, classical assumption assessment, normality assessment, autocorrelation testing, heteroscedasticity testing, multicolonierity and linearity tests. Hypothesis testing is conducted using the "t" partial test, multiple correlation coefficient test 'r', and multiple determination coefficient test "r2". The results indicate that financial literacy and financial experience have a significant effect on the dependent variable, as evidenced by the t-test results. However, financial technology does not show a significant effect on the independent variable. Ultimately, this study provides valuable insights into the financial behavior of platform users and the factors that influence it
Knowledge and Attitudes of Pregnant Women Towards the Use of Maternal and Child Health Books: Pengetahuan dan Sikap Ibu Hamil terhadap Pemanfaatan Buku KIA
The Mother and Child Health Book is a guideline book that contains information sheets and health service records, as well as special notes on abnormalities that occur in mothers during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum, as well as in children.Quantitative research method with a cross-sectional study design. The sample size is 37 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using the Chi Square statistical test with a significance level of P<0.05, but if it did not meet the Chi Square test requirements, the Fisher's exact test was carried out. The results of the Chi Square test are that there is a relationship between knowledge and the use of KIA books (p value <0.001), there is a relationship between attitudes and the use of KIA books (p value <0.015). The conclusion is that there is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes towards the use of KIA books at the Balongsari Health Center, Surabaya

The subjects in this intervention activity amounted to 10 students. Subjects were obtained using purposive sampling technique. The purpose of this study is to see the effectiveness of the intervention given to adolescents. as well as being able to develop adolescents' mental emotional conditions to be even better and know how to get out in bad conditions. This research is a quantitative experiment using the one group pre test post test design approach method by giving an initial measurement (pre-test) to the subject then given treatment and then carrying out the final measurement (post-test). Data collection uses a psychological scale with the Indonesian version of the Strength and Difficulties Quesstionnaire (SDQ) scale which has 25 items. The reliability test used Cronbach's Alpha technique with a result of 0, 773. Using the paired sample t - test, with the results of p = 0.034 ( < 0.05).
