Expert System for Diagnosis Detecting Stress Levels in Adolescents Certainty Fact MethodMental health in adolescents is an important aspect that is often overlooked, whereas stress that is not handled properly can have serious impacts and trigger depression or extreme actions such as suicide. This study aims to design and build a web-based expert system that can help diagnose stress levels in adolescents aged 15–24 years. This system uses the Certainty Factor (CF) method which allows decision making based on a combination of expert and user belief values regarding the symptoms experienced. The software development methodology used is ESDLC with five main stages: problem identification, knowledge acquisition, needs analysis, system design, and testing. This system provides an interface for users to fill in stress symptoms, calculate CF levels, and display diagnostic results automatically.&nbsp

As Internet of Things (IoT) technology advances, this research aims to design and develop a door security system that integrates two biometric authentication methods: fingerprint and facial recognition, utilizing an ESP32-CAM module. Employing a prototype methodology, the system comprises hardware components including an ESP32-CAM module, a fingerprint sensor, and a door solenoid, alongside an online server for data processing and a web-based monitoring interface. A key advantage of this system, distinguishing it from previous research, is its history log feature, accessible via the website for real-time access monitoring. Testing results indicate successful system implementation. The optimal effective camera range for facial recognition was found to be 40-50 cm, achieving a 70% match rate. Furthermore, the dual authentication functionality successfully verified users with a 100% success rate according to the designed scenarios tested on 11 people

Comparison of Platelet Count, Hemoglobin, Hematocrit, Mean Platelet Volume (MPV) and Platelet Distribution Width (PDW) in Dengue Fever Patients and Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever Patients: Perbandingan Jumlah Trombosit, Hemoglobin, Hematokrit, Mean Platelet Volume (MPV) dan Platelet Distribution Width (PDW) Pada Pasien Demam Dengue dan Pasien Demam Berdarah Dengue

Dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) is a common infectious disease in tropical and subtropical areas. Dengue infection can manifest as dengue fever and dengue hemorrhagic fever. Complete blood counts such as platelets, hemoglobin, hematocrit, MPV, and PDW are important for diagnosis and monitoring. This study aims to compare these parameters in patients with dengue fever and dengue hemorrhagic fever. This study used a quantitative method laboratory experimental study. The subjects of the study were patients with Dengue Fever and Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever aged 6-12 years with a total of 30 patients in each group. Data analysis using Independent T Test showed a significant difference in platelet count (p=0.000) because (p=<0.05) in dengue fever and dengue hemorrhagic fever patients, but there was no significant difference in hemoglobin (p=0.770), hematocrit (p=0.621), MPV (p=0.149), and PDW (p=0.277) because (p=> 0.05) between dengue fever and dengue hemorrhagic fever patients.

The Influence of Profitability, Liquidity, and Solvency on Company Value in the Technology Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange: Pengaruh Profitabilitas, Likuiditas, dan Solvabilitas Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Pada Sektor Teknologi Yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of profitability, liquidity, and solvency on firm value in technology companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2021 to 2023. This study will use a purposive sampling method and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The results of the study indicate that liquidity and profitability each have a significant effect on firm value; however, solvency has no effect on firm value in the technology industry during the study period. Previous studies have shown that liquidity and profitability can both affect firm value, but solvency tends not to affect the value of technology companies in Indonesia

Analysis of the 6174delT Mutation in the BRCA2 Gene in Families at Risk for Breast Cancer : Analisis Mutasi 6174delT Pada Gen BRCA2 dalam Keluarga yang Berisiko Kanker Payudara

Cancer is the second most common cause of death. One of the most common and dangerous types of cancer in women is Breast Cancer (Ca Mamae). The most significant risk factor for breast cancer is family history. This study aims to analyze the 6174delT mutation of the BRCA2 gene in families at risk of breast cancer and have a history of cancer. This study uses a Descriptive Correlative research design. Sampling was carried out by Purposive Sampling. This study uses a descriptive method to test the relationship between age category variables and clinical diagnosis with the occurrence of 6174delT mutation using the Fisher Exact Test via SPSS version 23. The results of the 6174delT mutation analysis study on the BRCA2 gene showes that 3 samples had a Heterozygous genotype meaning carries of the 6174delT mutation, while 7 samples showed a Homozygous Wildtype genotype meaning there was no 6174delT mutation

The purpose of the study was to introduce and apply the paired story telling learning model in improving speaking skills in elementary schools. With this study, we can find out the importance of speaking skills for elementary school students and higher levels. Speaking is a means of communication for someone to convey information, feelings, opinions, and other interactions. By speaking, children can develop their language and get new vocabulary. Paired story telling learning model can train students to be more skilled and more confident in speaking. Because the paired story telling learning model is a storytelling activity in pairs by practicing articulation, intonation, expression. The population in this study were students of grade 3 SDN Ganggang Panjang and totaled 24 samples. This study uses a quantitative method of the Pre Experimental type with a One Group Pretest - Posttest Design

This study applies the YOLOv8 algorithm to detect humanoid objects in open environme 0nts, specifically in school areas such as parking lots. The main objective is to develop an intelligent system capable of identifying students based on four types of uniforms: none, grey, batik, and department-specific. Data were collected from CCTV footage and processed using Roboflow, resulting in 314 images with 1,649 bounding boxes. The dataset was divided into training and validation sets, with a .yaml configuration used to train the YOLOv8s model. Training was conducted with variations in image size, batch size, and epochs to optimize performance. Evaluation results showed a precision of 0.86, recall of 0.92, and mAP\@0.50 of 0.93. Visual testing indicated an overall detection accuracy of 85%, although minor errors occurred in distinguishing between batik and department uniforms. This study demonstrates the reliability of YOLOv8, with future research aiming to expand the dataset and object categories
