    No full text
Trail activities in the Raden Soerjo Grand Forest Park (TAHURA) cause significant ecological damage to the conservation area. This study analyzes the effectiveness of law enforcement based on Law Number 32 of 2024, using empirical juridical methods through field observations and interviews with relevant stakeholders. The findings show that Law Number 32 of 2024 still inherits fundamental weaknesses from previous regulations, particularly the unclear parameters of damage and the operational definition of "changes to the integrity of the area", as well as disproportionate sanctions. Based on Soerjono Soekanto's theory of legal effectiveness, this study recommends an integrated approach including improving legal substance, strengthening institutions, developing facilities or infrastructure, educating the public to increase the importance of maintaining conservation areas and fostering a legal culture in the community

The development of Indonesia’s new capital city (IKN) in East Kalimantan presents significant implications for companies involved in the project, especially those listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study aims to examine the effect of Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and trading volume on stock prices of contractor companies engaged in the IKN project. The results indicate that ROA has a significant positive effect, DER has a significant negative effect, while trading volume has no significant effect on stock prices. These findings highlight that profitability and capital structure are key determinants of stock price movements in the context of national-scale infrastructure project

Using a descriptive quantitative method, data from PT BHS's 2020–2024 financial reports were examined.
