The Influence of Augmented Reality (AR), User Experience, and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction on the Shopee E-Commerce Platform: Pengaruh Augmented Reality (AR), Pengalaman Pengguna, dan Kualitas Layanan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan di Platform E-Commerce Shopee
The rapid development of digital technology has significantly transformed consumer shopping behavior, particularly through the rise of e-commerce. Shopee, as one of the largest platforms in Indonesia, strives to deliver a more interactive shopping experience by integrating technological innovations such as Augmented Reality (AR). This study aims to examine the influence of AR, user experience, and service quality on customer satisfaction in Shopee. A quantitative approach was applied using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Data were collected through an online questionnaire targeting active Shopee users who had previously used the AR feature. The findings reveal that all three variables—AR, user experience, and service quality—have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. These results highlight that interactive technological innovations, supported by a seamless user experience and reliable services, can strengthen customer trust and satisfaction. This research provides practical insights for developing effective digital marketing strategies while also contributing to the academic understanding of factors that shape customer satisfaction in the context of local e-commerce
Analysis of Youtube Based Arabic Language Teaching Methods on The Arab Podcasts Channel: Analisis Metode Pengajaran Bahasa Arab Berbasis YouTube pada Channel Arab Podcasts
Digital transformation in education has driven innovation in foreign language teaching, including Arabic, through audiovisual media such as YouTube. This study analyzes Arabic teaching methods on the YouTube channel Arab Podcasts, focusing on their effectiveness for beginner learners. Using a descriptive qualitative method with a content analysis approach and purposive sampling, four videos were examined based on thematic relevance and popularity. The analysis shows that the audiolingual method is mainly applied in videos emphasizing conversation and listening, while the expository approach dominates theoretical content such as grammar and interrogative structures. Audiovisual media prove effective in improving listening skills, pronunciation, and vocabulary through repetition and contextualization. However, limitations such as short duration and minimal interaction remain challenges for optimizing online learning. The study concludes that Arabic podcast channels hold significant potential as supplementary resources for beginners, with greater effectiveness when combined with pedagogical strategies involving systematic evaluation and reinforcement of skills
Developing Students Entrepreneurial Character Through the Market Day Program Towards Schools with an Entrepreneurial Culture: Pengembangan Karakter Entrepreneur Siswa Melalui Program Market Day Menuju Sekolah dengan Budaya Wirausaha
This study aims to explore effective strategies for developing entrepreneurial character in elementary school students through the Market Day program at MI Muhammadiyah Citanggulun. The research focuses on values such as independence, responsibility, creativity, courage, and social awareness to foster an entrepreneurial culture in schools. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Findings show that Market Day effectively instills entrepreneurial values by engaging students in designing, producing, and selling products. The active roles of teachers and parents significantly support the program’s success. Moreover, Market Day aligns with the Pancasila Student Profile Project (P5), promoting contextual and character-based learning. This study recommends sustainable implementation through school-family collaboration and long-term evaluation of student character development
Synergy of Marketing Strategies of Private Educational Institutions in Muhammadiyah Educational Units of Sumberrejo: Sinergisitas Strategi Pemasaran Lembaga Pendidikan Swasta pada Satuan Pendidikan Muhammadiyah Sumberrejo
This study analyzes the forms, impacts, and driving and inhibiting factors of marketing synergy at the Muhammadiyah Educational Complex Sumberrejo, Bojonegoro. A descriptive qualitative method was applied through observations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis, interpreted thematically with references to relationship marketing, Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC), Institutional Theory, and the Resource-Based View. Findings reveal that marketing remains dominated by traditional approaches relying on local social networks, with word of mouth as the primary channel. Synergy among educational units enhances institutional visibility, reduces promotional costs, and strengthens community loyalty but remains incidental and lacks structured planning. Constraints include limited human resources for promotion, weak digital engagement, and underutilized institutional narratives as a unique selling point. The study recommends forming a cross-unit promotion team, strengthening institutional messaging, developing flagship programs, and improving promotional capacity. These findings enrich value-based educational marketing studies and offer a replicable model for other Muhammadiyah educational complexes.
The Use of Picture Book Entitled the History of Surabaya in Learning Vocabulary: Penggunaan Buku Gambar Berjudul Sejarah Surabaya dalam Pembelajaran Kosakata
The need for effective printed teaching materials in English as a Foreign Language (EFL) has inspired language teachers to develop strategies which integrate text and visual information. A powerful means of facilitating students’ understanding, motivation, and cultural awareness is the use of the picture book combining narrative text with illustrations. This research developed Picture Book – The History of Surabaya, a teaching material that was simplified in English with sequential picture and was based on local legend of Surabaya. Words and pictures combined serve as scaffold for students to comprehend the progression of the story, grow meaning of words, and master the moral values of the story. Picture Book- The History of Surabaya, pictorially can be applied in classroom by appealing to the students' reading aloud, sequencing, retelling, and group discussion. 
Analysis of Fourth Grade Teacher Motivation at Muhammadiyah 1 Candi Sidoarjo: Analisis motivasi Guru Kelas IV di SD Muhammadiyah 1 Candi Sidoarjo
This study aims to analyze elementary school teachers’ motivation in carrying out the teaching and learning process, particularly in Grade IV at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Candi, Sidoarjo. The research focuses on intrinsic and extrinsic motivation and how these aspects contribute to teachers’ performance in the classroom. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, with data collected through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted through the stages of reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing, validated using method triangulation. The findings reveal that intrinsic motivation, including personal satisfaction, teaching spirit, and professionalism, is the dominant factor influencing teachers’ performance. This result is consistently reflected across all instruments—interviews, observations, and questionnaires. Teachers are primarily motivated by a sense of responsibility, dedication, and pride in their profession. This study aims to analyze the factors that contribute to learning difficulties in speaking skills (maharah kalām) among eighth-grade students at SMP Tahfidz Plus Khoiru Ummah Sepanjang Sidoarjo. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, using interviews and observations as data collection techniques. The findings reveal that both internal and external factors influence students’ challenges in speaking Arabic. Internal factors include limited active vocabulary,difficulty in understanding Arabic grammar structures (nahwu and sharaf), feelings of shyness and low self-confidence, as well as uneven learning motivation. External factors consist of the use of conventional teaching methods,limited time allocated for speaking practice, and an underdeveloped Arabic-speaking environment (bi’ah lughawiyah). To address these issues,this study recommends increasing the frequency and quality of speaking practice,establishing a supportive language environment,and adopting more varied and communicative teaching methods. This study aims to instill moderate, inclusive, and compassionate Islamic values (Rahmatan lil 'Alamin) through religious activities to shape the attitude of tolerance in elementary school students. The background is that many students still do not respect their friends, so the researcher collaborated with the homeroom teacher to foster an attitude of tolerance, love of the homeland, social responsibility, and justice. Using a qualitative phenomenological method through interviews, documentation, and observation at SDN Kemirisewu II, this study emphasizes that the internalization of Rahmatan lil 'Alamin values not only provides understanding, but also forms real behaviors such as intercultural and interfaith tolerance, as well as rejecting extremism and intolerance
Role of Junior High School Science Educators in the Transition Independent Curriculum: Peran Pendidik IPA SMP Dalam Masa Transisi Kurikulum Merdeka
The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of science teachers during the transitional period of the Merdeka Curriculum at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Sidoarjo. The Merdeka Curriculum demands active teacher involvement as facilitators, motivators, and innovators in creating relevant, enjoyable, and student-centered learning experiences. This research uses a qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and interviews with science teachers. The findings reveal that science teachers have understood and implemented the curriculum effectively, taking an active role in optimizing science learning in line with the Merdeka Curriculum principles. Although differences in student mindsets posed some challenges, they did not significantly hinder the learning process. The availability of supporting infrastructure, the implementation of differentiated instruction, and teacher collaboration have contributed to the successful implementation. . The future research can be improved innovative natural science learning models are adaptive for curriculum change
Enforcement of the Rights of Hawker Children as Employment in MSMEs from the Perspective of Employment Law : Penegakan Hak Anak Asongan Sebagai Ketenagakerjaan di UMKM Dalam Perspektif Hukum Ketenagakerjaan
This study examines the enforcement of hawker children’s rights working in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) from an employment law perspective. Using a conceptual and statutory approach, it analyzes legal protections for child laborers in the informal sector, focusing on working hours, wage adequacy, employment contracts, and education rights. Field findings in Sidoarjo Regency reveal violations of legal provisions, including excessive working hours, wages below the regional minimum, absence of contracts, and lack of occupational health and safety facilities. Key contributing factors are low legal awareness among MSME operators and weak government oversight. The study recommends reformulating inclusive labor policies, strict law enforcement, legal education for business actors, and family empowerment programs alongside access to education for child workers
