Social media is a web-based platform that allows clients to associate, share data, and create content cooperatively. Facebook has become a popular online entertainment platform among students and is commonly used for a variety of purposes, including as a source of data about electronic items. The strategy used in this exploration is a clear subjective strategy with information gathering methods such as perception, meetings and documentation. No full textThis study was conducted with the aim of revealing the extent of the influence of the discussion learning method on students' critical thinking skills in the subject of Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) at the elementary school level. The research method used was a quantitative experiment with a Pre-Experimental (One Group Pretest-Posttest Design) design. The research subjects consisted of 23 fifth-grades, selected through a saturated sampling techniqu.The research instrument was an essay test designed based on five main indicators of critical thinking skills, namely 1. Clarity, 2. Basis, 3. Inference, 4. Interaction, 5. Interpretation, as well as strategy and tactic planning. Data analysis was conducted through normality tests and hypothesis testing using a paired sample t-test via IBM SPSS software. The results of the study showed a significant increase in students' critical thinking skills after the implementation of the discussion model,as seen from the difference in pretest and posttest scores

No full textThis research investigates the influence of corporate social responsibility (CSR), capital structure, and leverage on firm value, along with the moderating effect of firm size, in mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2021-2024 period. The study adopts a quantitative approach utilizing Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 3, and the sample is determined through purposive sampling. The findings reveal that CSR and leverage do not exert a significant influence on firm value, whereas capital structure has a significant negative effect. Moreover, firm size significantly moderates the relationship between capital structure and firm value but does not moderate the relationship between CSR or leverage and firm value

No full textThis study aims to examine the effect of internal control disclosure and intellectual capital on firm performance, with good corporate governance as a moderating variable. This research is quantitative. The population is comprised of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021-2024. Twenty-four companies were sampled over four years, resulting in a total of 96 samples using a purposive sampling method. Data were analyzed using SPSS 23. The analysis results indicate that internal control disclosure has no effect on firm performance. However, intellectual capital has a negative effect on firm performance. Good corporate governance positively moderates the effect of internal control disclosure on firm performance, while good corporate governance negatively moderates the effect of intellectual capital on firm performance. It is expected to contribute information for companies in optimizing their performance and is hoped to provide benefits for investors in making investment decisions in the company

Get PDFThis research investigates the impact of generative artificial intelligence (AI) on the sustainability of income among digital illustrators, employing a qualitative descriptive method supported by data triangulation through interviews with both illustrators and clients. The findings reveal that the rapid development of generative AI has significantly influenced the digital illustration ecosystem, particularly in terms of market demand, client preferences, and competitive dynamics. From the artists’ perspective, challenges include reduced commission opportunities, changing community interactions, and the necessity to adopt adaptive strategies such as diversifying marketing platforms, enriching portfolios, and maintaining consistent visibility on social media. Clients, on the other hand, tend to weigh the efficiency, cost, and uniqueness of human-made works against AI-generated illustrations, leading to nuanced shifts in consumption behavior. The study highlights that illustrators who actively sustain engagement and expand their promotional reach across multiple platforms have greater resilience in maintaining their client base, despite the overwhelming speed and volume of AI outputs. Furthermore, the research underscores the importance of adaptive strategies—ranging from pricing structures to preventive measures against income decline—as crucial efforts for illustrators to remain competitive. In conclusion, although AI poses a disruptive force by accelerating production and lowering costs, human illustrators maintain a distinctive value rooted in originality, creativity, and professional trust-building with clients. This research contributes to the business and creative industry discourse by presenting empirical insights on the challenges and strategies faced by illustrators, while also reflecting client-side perspectives on quality, trust, and purchasing motivation

No full textThis study analyzes the health dynamics of conventional banks in Indonesia during 2022–2024 using the RGEC method (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, Capital). Banking stability is vital for economic resilience amid the pandemic, digitalization, regulation, and cyber risks. A quantitative descriptive approach was applied with secondary data from the annual reports of five major banks (Mandiri, BRI, BCA, BNI, BTN). Results show Mandiri and BCA are very healthy (PK-1), BRI healthy (PK-2), BNI fairly healthy (PK-3), and BTN less healthy (PK-4). Findings highlight that operational efficiency and risk management are key drivers of competitiveness.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses penggunaan media gambar dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia berbasis teks dan menganalisis dampaknya terhadap kemampuan memahami dan menyusun teks pada siswa kelas III SDI Nurul Yaqin. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan analisis hasil tugas siswa.

No full textAs a form of mass and new media, film functions as a medium to convey messages and meanings to audiences. Pengabdi Setan 2: Communion is one such film, presenting portrayals of female gender stereotypes through the character Tari Daryati. This study explores how audiences interpret these representations using reception analysis, which examines diverse readings from viewers. Five informants were selected through purposive sampling to capture varied perspectives. The findings show one informant in the Hegemonic-Dominant position, two in the Negotiated position, two in the Oppositional position. However, the study faced limitations, such as a small, relatively homogeneous sample and time constraints that limited analytical depth. Future research is recommended to involve more diverse participants and apply complementary methods, such as netnography, to strengthen findings. This would provide a richer understanding of how gender stereotypes in films are received by audiences and contribute to broader discussions in media and gender studies

No full textSocial media functions not only as a communication tool but also as a space of representation where individuals express interests, build identities, and strengthen personal branding, including spiritual practices. This study analyzes how symbolism and visual narratives on Sara Wijayanto’s Instagram account (@sarawijayanto) construct meanings of psychic trance in the digital era. Using Stuart Hall’s representation theory and Roland Barthes’ semiotics, the research examines denotative, connotative, and mythological meanings in selected posts throughout 2024. A qualitative content analysis approach was employed, focusing on visual elements such as lighting, body expressions, and image composition, as well as captions that support narrative construction. Findings reveal that symbolic and visual narratives play a crucial role in shaping audiences’ transcendental experiences by blending spiritual traditions with digital practices. Furthermore, the content reinforces Sara Wijayanto’s personal branding as a modern spiritual medium while fostering dialogue and audience engagement on spirituality in social media

No full textThis study examines the legal aspects of modifying air rifles from the perspective of Law Number 13 of 2016 on Patents and Law Number 31 of 2000 on Industrial Designs. Air rifle modification includes both technical and aesthetic changes, such as replacing components, redesigning mechanisms, or adjusting appearances. Legally, personal use carries a low risk, but normatively it may still infringe intellectual property rights. The legal risk significantly increases if modifications are made for commercial purposes, as they may infringe the exclusive rights of patent or industrial design holders. This research employs a normative juridical method with a statutory approach, analyzing legal protection, regulatory boundaries, and infringement implications. The findings affirm that innovative and original modifications can obtain legal protection, whereas imitating or utilizing another party’s work without permission may result in civil and criminal sanctions
