No full textThis study was motivated by the phenomenon of resilience among students who experienced failed romantic relationships. The aim was to examine the influence of emotional intelligence and self-acceptance on resilience after a breakup. Using a quantitative correlational design with purposive sampling, 163 active students aged 21–25 years who had experienced breakups within three months to one year participated. The instruments used were the Emotional Intelligence Scale (Goleman), the Self-Acceptance Scale (Cronbach & Sheerer), and the Resilience Scale (Reivich & Shatter). Data were analyzed with multiple linear regression using JASP software. The findings revealed that emotional intelligence and self-acceptance both simultaneously and partially had a significant positive effect on resilience (R² = 0.427; p < 0.001). Students with higher emotional intelligence and self-acceptance demonstrated greater resilience. These results highlight the importance of enhancing emotional intelligence and self-acceptance as a basis for counseling programs to improve students’ mental health after relationship failure

No full textIn the digital era, accurate decision-making is vital, particularly in inventory management to balance production and market demand. Problems like overstock (15%) and shortage (4%) often occur due to unpredictable demand. Hence, reliable control and forecasting systems are essential. This study employs the Mamdani Fuzzy Logic approach to manage uncertainty and enhance intelligent inventory management. The goal is to analyze raw material inventory, evaluate shortage risks, and provide data-driven recommendations for efficiency improvement. Mamdani Fuzzy Logic is selected for its strength in processing uncertain data and generating intelligent control systems capable of precise assessments. The research findings indicate an inventory prediction of 524 tons for 26 tons of production and 28 tons of demand in October, with a MAPE of 41.475% (“fair” accuracy). Overall, the Mamdani Fuzzy Logic method effectively supports decision-making in inventory management

No full textThis study aims to analyze the effect of professionalism and work discipline on the performance of PT. X employees through an employee development program as an intervening variable. The type of research conducted by the author in this study is descriptive quantitative research, which uses purposive sampling techniques in data collection. The research location where the author tested the hypothesis was at PT. X. It is assumed that the number of respondents in this study is 100 people. This study uses the Outer Model Test, Average Variance Extracted (AVE), Composite Reliability, R Square, and Estimate for Path Coefficient. The results obtained indicate that professionalism and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with the employee development program as an intervening variable, while work discipline has a negative effect on employee performance

No full textThis study explores the role of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) with a multicultural perspective in improving the religiosity index of students at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Taman. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document studies involving students, teachers, and the school principal. The findings reveal that religiosity is reflected not only in ritual worship practices, such as prayer, fasting, and Qur’an recitation, but also in social attitudes such as tolerance, mutual respect, and adherence to rules. The integration of multicultural values in IRE, supported by teacher modeling, routine religious programs, and classroom agreements, significantly strengthens students’ religiosity. The average score of 8.7 out of 10 indicates that students achieved a high level of religiosity. However, challenges remain, including the influence of social media, inconsistent behavior outside school, and diverse family backgrounds. The study concludes that multicultural IRE fosters both religious commitment and social harmony

No full textThe use of microcontrollers is very influential in the development of technology, many new tools have been created which are updates from previous tools, one of which is the process of making Printed Board Circuit (PCB) paths or also called the etching process. The etching process is carried out manually by immersing the PCB in FeCL3 liquid and then moving it manually for a few minutes, this is inefficient and can endanger users if it comes into contact with their hands. This study aims to develop the etching process so that it can work automatically and users can see the process through the Telegram application on their Smartphone. There are several factors why ESP32 - Cam is chosen as a microcontroller, including the camera feature that allows users to monitor directly in different places, besides that the ports are quite numerous and easy to connect to the telegram application

No full textDigital transformation in education is vital for enhancing service quality and fostering student discipline. This study examines the impact of a web-based Integrated Electronic Card on school service management and student discipline using a quantitative approach with regression analysis. Findings reveal a significant influence of the card on service management, with an F value of 341.278 and a significance level of 0.000. The Sum of Squares Regression (10236.079) far exceeds the Sum of Squares Residual (8368.163), indicating that the card strongly explains variations in service management. Similarly, the card positively affects student discipline, as shown by an F value of 397.833 and a significance level of 0.000. The Sum of Squares Regression (12296.623) surpasses the Sum of Squares Residual (8623.612), confirming its impact. These results highlight the card's role in optimizing services and building a discipline culture, rejecting the null hypothesis for both variables

No full textThe increasing use of digital technology, especially in entertainment and communication, has expanded the functionality of Set-Top Boxes (STBs) beyond traditional television viewing. By utilizing the Casa OS operating system, STBs can be repurposed as cost-effective network-attached storage (NAS) servers. This approach offers an affordable alternative to expensive NAS devices, making data storage more accessible. Using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology, which encompasses six stages—planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and management—this research ensures a thorough system development process. The resulting NAS system enables efficient data storage and sharing within a local network. While Raspberry Pi is a common solution for building a NAS, its configuration is often considered complex. In contrast, repurposing second-hand STBs with Casa OS provides a simpler and more budget-friendly option. This study successfully demonstrates the development of an STB-based NAS server, which streamlines work processes and facilitates seamless data exchange

In this study, the population data used are all BUMN Go-Public Companies. The companies that are the samples of this study were selected using the purposive sampling method, where the sample is selected based on certain considerations or certain characteristics. There are 23 companies that are used as samples with 4 periods so that the data to be processed is 92 data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with SPSS version 27 data processing tools. No full textThis study aims to analyze the effect of Spinning Wheel Game learning media on the ability to remember Hijaiyah letters in children aged 4-5 years. The research method used a pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design with a sample of 11 kindergarten-A children. Data were collected through formative tests of remembering Hijaiyah letters before and after treatment, then analyzed using descriptive statistics, namely numerically or graphically and inferentially, namely the T-Paired sample test. The results showed a significant increase in children's ability to remember Hijaiyah letters (t=7.946; p<0.000). Spinning Wheel Game learning media effectively improves the ability to remember Hijaiyah letters in children aged 4-5 years

This research develops a wireless LAN-based RT/RW Net system to provide efficient, affordable internet. Using point-to-point access and specialized routers, the system overcomes geographical barriers, enabling connectivity in hard-to-reach regions. Leveraging WiFi 5 technology, it ensures better range, performance, and cost-effectiveness. Configuration is simplified with TP-Link EAP 110’s built-in application. The PPDIOO methodology (Prepare, Plan, Design, Implement, Operate, Optimize) is employed, offering a structured and flexible approach to design and optimize networks. Expected outcomes include reliable, cost-effective internet access, promoting equitable information dissemination, broader education, and economic opportunities for communities, bridging the digital gap and fostering development across Indonesia
