Implementation of Internal Control in the Prevention of Fraud in Higher Education: Implementasi Pengendalian Internal dalam Pencegahan Kecurangan pada Perguruan Tinggi
Fraud in higher education is a serious problem that undermines institutional credibility and public trust. This study analyzes the implementation of internal controls in preventing fraud by focusing on organizational culture and individual behavior at Melati University and Mawar University. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed with Miles and Huberman’s interactive model supported by triangulation. Findings show that success in internal control is supported by integrity, internal coordination, digital systems, routine evaluations, and segregation of duties. However, challenges remain in the form of limited human resources, weak sanction enforcement, audit resistance, and suboptimal technology integration. The study concludes that effective fraud prevention requires not only formal procedures but also strong individual ethics, organizational culture, and leadership commitment to integrity and transparency

The Effect of Guide Blade Angle on The Perfomance of a Reaction Type Steam Turbine Prototype: Pengaruh Sudut Sudu Pengarah Pada Performa Prototipe Turbin Uap Tipe Reaksi
Electrical energy is essential to human activity, particularly when it comes from coal-fired power plants. Steam energy is transformed into mechanical energy using steam turbines. This study demonstrates how changes in the guide blade angle affect reaction-type steam turbine torque, speed, and thermal efficiency. It is anticipated that the findings will serve as the foundation for improving turbine performance through guide blade design optimization. The torque and efficiency of a reaction-type steam turbine with a 5-liter boiler capacity are investigated in this study in relation to changes in the guide blade angle (30°, 40°, and 50°) and steam pressure (40–60 psi). The test system is equipped with a pressure gauge, flowmeter, tachometer, and brake. Calculations include mass flow rate, turbine power, steam power, torque, and efficiency to determine the optimal blade angle

User satisfaction levels are high despite technical constraints on the SIDIRA application. In addition, human resource optimization and community participation have increased. The Sidoarjo regional library functions as a center for information and education, with innovations such as Virtual Reality (VR) Literacy Tours that are accessible to people with disabilities. In conclusion, the library literacy program is effective in improving community literacy, although digitization needs to be improved
Application of The Ecoprint Project Method to Strengthen The Character of Cooperative and Creative Characters in Elementary School Students: Penerapan Metode Proyek Ecoprint untuk Menguatkan Karakter Bergotong Royong dan Kreatif Siswa Sekolah Dasar
The implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) ecoprint learning activities encounters several challenges, particularly in fostering students’ mutual cooperation and creativity. Difficulties often arise during the collaborative stages of making ecoprints and experimenting with various natural materials. This study aims to analyze the application of the ecoprint learning method in strengthening the character of cooperation and creativity among students at SDN Singopadu . Employing a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design, the research involved fifth-grade students and teachers subjects. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, non-participant observation, and documentation, while analysis was conducted using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model consisting of coding, data display, and conclusion drawing. Triangulation of sources and methods ensured data validity. Findings show that ecoprint project activities foster cooperation through teamwork, sharing ideas, and mutual concern, while students’ creativity is strengthened by the freedom to innovate and design motifs collaboratively within each group
An Improving Letter Recognition Skills Through Letter Boxes in 4-5 Year Old Children at Aba 2 Jetis Kindergarten: Meningkatkan Kemampuan Pengenalan Huruf Melalui Media Kotak Huruf Pada Anak Usia 4-5 Tahun Di Tk Aba 2 Jetis
This research was conducted with the aim of improving the ability of 4-5 year old children to recognize letters at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 2 Jetis Kindergarten, Sidoarjo. The study used the Mc. Kemmis and Taggart PTK model with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results showed a significant increase in the ability to recognize letters, from 33% in the pre-cycle, 53% in cycle I, to 86% in cycle II. The letter box media was used in the form of an interactive game, where children roll dice, count the number of dice, then run gaco according to the numbers until it stops at a picture box. Children then guess the picture, look for the corresponding picture, name the letters in the picture, arrange the letters into words, and write them back has proven to be effective in supporting the process of developing the ability to recognize letters in early childhood

Analysis of Power Transformer Insulation Resistance Using the Applied Voltage test Method: Analisis Resistansi Isolasi Transformator Daya Menggunakan Metode Uji Tegangan Terapan
This research examines insulation resistance failures in newly manufactured power transformers at PT XYZ, with emphasis on the Applied Voltage Test as a key method for detecting defects. Unlike most studies that focus on aged transformers, it reveals that failures in new units may stem from production-related issues, such as insulation paper degradation caused by temperature and humidity during manufacturing. The study employed direct observation, structured interviews with testing technicians, and a comparative analysis of two transformer units. Results indicated that Unit 2 failed the test due to insulation paper damage, later confirmed through physical inspection. Findings highlight the Applied Voltage Test’s role in early detection and demonstrate how material quality and production processes directly influence transformer reliability. Additionally, the Polarization Index is identified as a valuable indicator of insulation degradation. These insights contribute to improving quality control and minimizing failure risks in transformer production and power distribution
