The results of organoleptic research found that the proportion of catfish meat with corn flour had no significant effect on organoleptic characteristics. In organoleptic analysis of color, the highest treatment preferred by panelists was in the DJ5 treatment (60% : 40%) at 4.17, in organoleptic analysis of aroma, the highest treatment preferred by panelists was in the DJ6 treatment (70% : 30%) at 3.50, in organoleptic analysis of taste, the highest treatment preferred by panelists was in the DJ6 treatment (70% : 30%) at 3.23, while in texture there was a DJ6 treatment of 3.10
Psychoeducation in Developing Healthy Eating Patterns to Improve the Quality of Life in the Elderly : Psikoedukasi dalam Membangun Pola Makan Sehat untuk Meningkatkan Kualitas Hidup pada Lansia
A healthy diet is essential for the elderly to maintain health, slow aging, and prevent chronic diseases. As people age, their body functions decline, making nutrition even more important. Poor diets can lead to hypertension, diabetes, and high cholesterol, while healthy diets support physical well-being. Elderly individuals are advised to limit sugar, salt, and fat intake. Unhealthy eating habits negatively affect health, whereas healthy eating improves it. To support this, a study was done on 30 elderly people in Sepande Village, Sidoarjo. The research used a quantitative method with a one-group pretest-posttest design to measure knowledge before and after a psychoeducational session on healthy eating. Data were collected using a questionnaire of 10 questions. Results showed a significant improvement, with the average score rising from 3.767 (pretest) to 7.900 (posttest). This indicates the positive effect of psychoeducation. The study suggests future research with stronger designs to evaluate long-term impacts

Analysis of PAC Chemical Inventory at PDAM XYZ Using the Economic Order Quantity Method: Analisa Persediaan Bahan Kimia PAC di PDAM XYZ Menggunakan Metode Economic Order Quantity
PDAM as a clean water company maintains the quality, quantity, and continuity of clean water distribution. One of the chemicals needed in the water treatment process is Poly Aluminium Chloride (PAC). From the data obtained, there are quite large costs during the raw material supply process, which are influenced by the company's inaccurate orders, resulting in accumulation. To solve this problem, the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method is used. This study aims to save inventory costs, reorder with the right frequency, and determine safety stock. The study resulted in a cost of Rp7,886,816.84, much smaller than the company's previous policy of Rp54,287,987.83, which means it has succeeded in saving costs of 46,401,170.99 from the total previous inventory costs.
