No full textThis study aims to determine the Impact of Investment Motivation, Investment Knowledge and Minimum Investment Capital on Interest in Investing in Customers at Bank BPR Buduran Deltapurnama. Quantitative research is included in this type of research. In this study, primary data sources were used directly from the results of the questionnaire distribution through Google Form. The sample determination method used is purposive sampling, with the criteria for respondents in this study to be customers at BPR banks who are still active members. The number of samples in this study is 84 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The data was analyzed using the SPSS version 29 for windows program. The results of the study show that: The Impact of Investment Motivation, Investment Knowledge and minimum investment capital have a positive effect and significantly affect investment interest

No full textThe following research study aims to analyze the Management of Mutiara Welirang BUMDes in the Management of Drinking Water Business (BPAM) in Ketapanrame Village. The results of the study show that there are findings, namely First, planning, the success proven by BUMDes management in managing the water business with several plans every year such as adding water networks, distributing water to villas in the Trawas area in 2023. Second, the organizational structure formed by BUMDes and the local village government shows success in resource management and the economy at the village level. Third, the direction of BUMDes as a driving force for the establishment of businesses in Ketapanrame Village, communication is carried out well. This has an impact on the success achieved by business unit in Ketapanrame

No full textSorghum is one of Indonesia's local food commodities, with various ingredients, namely carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals. Sorghum flour many advantages over wheat flour. Moringa is the superfood plants that is rich in benefits for body, this study using the main raw material of sorghum flour with addition of moringa leaf flour. The purpose of this study to find out the effect of adding moringa flour concentration on the panelists' level of preference. This study used single-factor group random design (RAK), namely the difference in the concentration of moringa flour added K0(control), K1(2% moringa), K2(4% moringa), K3(6% moringa), K4(8% moringa), K5(10% moringa), and K6(12% moringa). The research was carried by hedonic organoleptic test, data obtained was carried out by the Friedman test. Based the panelists' favorite results on the addition of 2% moringa flour, the average organoleptic value of color was 3.60, taste 3.90, aroma 3.46, and texture 4.20
The Effect of Welding Cooling Media on the Hardness and Microstructure of SPHC Material: Pengaruh Media Pendingin Pengelasan Terhadap Kekerasan dan Strukturmikro Material SPHC
No full textBased on the research and analysis of the effect of cooling media on welding SPHC (Steel Plate Hot Rolled Coiled) material on hardness rockwell and microstructure, Quenching resulted in the highest hardness increase (HRB) compared to Quenching of air and oil. With hardness rockwell result of weld metal HRB 74.99, HAZ HRB 90.12 and Base metal HRB 81.39. Meanwhile the microstructure test result showed the highest increase in quenching water, with an increase in pearlite on the area HAZ (75%) and Base Metal (59%) compared to quenching of air and oil. Overall the welding point and quenching affect the mechanical of SPHC material. This research indicates the highest hardness increase after welding in the HAZ area for all three of quenching tested

No full textPhenomenon of students who have the habit of procrastination academic, it is called the term academic procrastination. One of the factors that influence procrastination behavior in students is self-control. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-control and academic procrastination in students at SMK Informatika. The method used is quantitative research with correlational method. The sampling technique used in this study is probability sampling using proportionate stratified random sampling. Data collection techniques with self-control and academic procrastination scales use a Likert scale, the process as statistical data using product Moment correlation with the help of SPSS 25.0 for windows software. Based on the results of the analysis, there was a significant relationship between self-control and academic procrastination in SMK Informatics students with a correlation coefficient value of -0,623 with a significance value of p<0.05. The self-control variable had an influence of 46,4% on academic procrastination

No full textThe low understanding of students in Informatics subjects is often caused by a lack of innovation in learning media and the complexity of topics such as programming or coding, which require deep comprehension and consistent practice.This study aims to develop an Android-based learning media named Salgogram, designed to enhance students' active engagement in Informatics subjects and equipped with interesting features. The research method employed is Research and Development (R&D) using the 4D model. The media validation was conducted by subject matter experts and media experts. The validation results show a feasibility level of 94.2% from subject matter experts and 90% from media experts, both categorized as "Very Feasible." A small group trial indicated a feasibility level of 90.2%, also categorized as "Very Feasible". Based on the research findings, the Salgogram learning media is deemed highly feasible for supporting the teaching and learning process in Informatics subjects

No full textThis study aims to examine the competence of Arabic language teachers in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum at MA Dafi Pesantren Al-Qur'an Science Sidoarjo and the challenges faced. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods, data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that teachers have good competence in understanding student characteristics, designing project-based learning, and applying interactive methods and varied evaluations. However, the implementation of Merdeka Curriculum faces obstacles such as low student motivation, limited interesting teaching materials, lack of supporting environment for Arabic language practice, and minimal utilization of technology in learning. This study recommends strengthening teacher training in technology integration, developing teaching materials that are more contextual and applicable, and institutional support in creating a more effective learning environment. The results of this study are expected to be a reference for improving Arabic learning strategies in the Merdeka Curriculum in the pesantren environment

No full textThis study aims to determine the Implementation of Financial Reports Based on SAK-EMKM at Pia Karomah UMKM. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. This research was conducted at Pia Karomah UMKM located in Warurejo Hamlet RT.05 / RW.03 Kejapanan Village, Gempol District, Pasuruan Regency. In this study there were several informants including the Owner of Pia Karomah UMKM and UMSIDA Accounting Lecturer. The results of this study indicate that the Implementation of Pia Karomah UMKM Financial Reports is still simple, only recording expenses and income. The financial reports presented by Pia Karomah UMKM are still not in accordance with the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Entities (SAK-EMKM).

No full textThis research develops an intelligent piggy bank system based on a microcontroller for managing electricity networks. The aim of this study is to design a system that encourages users to save consistently by converting the amount of money saved into electrical current, thus controlling electricity access based on the savings. The system uses an Arduino microcontroller, a TCS 34725 color sensor for detecting currency denominations, and a PZEM-004T sensor to measure voltage, current, and power consumption. The method involves constructing and testing the hardware and software of the system, followed by a series of functional and performance tests. Results show that the system is effective in detecting currency, converting saved money into electrical current, and managing electricity based on the savings. The system's response time is efficient, and the power remains connected when the savings exceed a set threshold
