Classification of Book Borrower Patterns Based on Profession Using the Naïve Bayes Algorithm : Klasifikasi Pola Peminjam Buku Bedarsarkan Profesi Menggunakan Algoritma Naïve Bayes
Libraries face challenges in understanding book lending patterns to optimize services and collections. This research classifies borrowing patterns based on profession using the Naive Bayes algorithm, with data from 4476 transactions at the Sidoarjo Library Service in 2023. Attributes include profession, book category, and reading interest level. The study involved data collection, preprocessing, processing with Gaussian and Multinomial Naive Bayes, and model evaluation. Testing across data ratios (90:10, 80:20, 75:25, 50:50) revealed that Gaussian Naive Bayes achieved the highest accuracy of 97% in a random dataset scenario. Findings indicate students, university students, and housewives dominate the high reading interest category, while doctors and researchers exhibit lower interest. This research highlights the value of data-based analysis in supporting library management, offering insights for optimizing collections, tailoring services to professional needs, and enhancing literacy programs. It serves as a foundation for leveraging data mining to address modern library management challenges

Analysis of the Selection of CR Vertical Multistage Pumps as Hydrant Pressure Maintaining Pumps for Building Areas of 55,000m2: Analisa Pemilihan Pompa Cr Vertical Multistage Sebagai Pompa Penjaga Tekanan Hydrant Area Gedung Luasan 55.000m2
The hydrant system is one of the essential components in building fire protection systems. To maintain stable pressure within the hydrant pipe network and ensure readiness during emergencies, a jockey pump or pressure maintenance pump is required to operate automatically. This study aims to analyze the feasibility of selecting a CR vertical multistage pump as the pressure maintenance pump for a hydrant system in a building with a total area of 55,000 m². The analysis is conducted by evaluating pump capacity, working pressure, energy efficiency, and compliance with applicable fire safety standards. The results show that the CR vertical multistage pump meets the technical and operational requirements for a pressure maintenance pump, with advantages in efficiency, compact design, and reliability in maintaining stable system pressure. The selection of this pump is considered appropriate to support a reliable fire protection system for large-scale buildings
Food and Drink Board Game : Permainan Papan "Makanan dan Minuman"
This paper presents the development and use of the Food & Drink Board Game as an interactive educational media to support English language learning, particularly speaking skills, in elementary schools. The media was designed with familiar thematic content—food and beverages—to facilitate vocabulary acquisition and communicative competence. Equipped with visually engaging components and structured gameplay, the board game encourages learners to express preferences, ask and answer questions, and participate actively in dialogues. Observations show that the board game enhances students’ motivation, fluency, and confidence in using English in meaningful contexts. By integrating cognitive, affective, and social aspects of learning, the board game offers a student-centered alternative to traditional methods. This media has been officially registered for intellectual property protection under the name Dita Novita Sari.
