The Relationship Between Self-Control and Narcissistic Tendencies in Students Using Instagram Social Media: Hubungan antara Kontrol Diri dengan Kecenderungan Narsistik pada Mahasiswa Pengguna Media Sosial Instagram
This study aims to examine the relationship between self-control and narcissistic tendencies among Instagram users who are students at the University of Sidoarjo. A total of 62 students participated as respondents, utilizing the self-control scale by Lynantawati (2021) and the adapted NPI-16 by Nida Monica Ulfa (2022) as research instruments. Data were analyzed using Pearson product moment correlation, preceded by prerequisite tests such as normality and linearity tests, with the help of SPSS version 23.00. The analysis results showed a correlation coefficient (rxy) of 0.191 and a p-value of 0.137, indicating no significant relationship between self-control and narcissistic tendencies among student Instagram users. Self-control was found to influence narcissism by only 2.1%, while the remaining 97.9% is affected by other factors. These findings suggest that the level of self-control is not significantly related to narcissistic tendencies among university students who use Instagram
The Effect of Self-Control and Emotional Regulation on Juvenile Delinquency at SMK Negeri 3 Buduran: Pengaruh antara Kontrol Diri dan Regulasi Emosi dengan Kenakalan Remaja Di SMK Negeri 3 Buduran
This study aims to examine the impact of self-control and emotional regulation on juvenile delinquency at SMK Negeri 3 Buduran. Self-control and emotional regulation are the independent variables (X), while juvenile delinquency is the dependent variable (Y). Using a correlational quantitative design and multiple regression analysis, 385 students were selected through proportionate stratified random sampling. Research instruments included adapted Likert-scale-based measures: the Juvenile Delinquency Scale (reliability 0.836), Self-Control Scale (0.899), and Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (0.865). Results showed that self-control and emotional regulation significantly influenced juvenile delinquency, jointly accounting for 27.6% of the variance. Partial analysis revealed self-control negatively affected delinquency (β = -0.418, p < .001; 14.2% variance), while emotional regulation also showed a significant negative effect (β = -0.410, p < .001; 13.4% variance). Self-control had a slightly stronger influence. These findings highlight the critical role of fostering self-control and emotional regulation skills in reducing juvenile delinquency among adolescents
Effect of Boron and Bokasi Fertilizer Dosage on Tomato Plant Cultivation (Solanum iycopersicum): Pengaruh Dosis Pupuk Boron dan Bokasi Terhadap Budidaya Tanaman Tomat (Solanum liycopersicum L)
This study aims to determine the effect of boron and bokasi fertilizer dosage on the growth and cultivation yield of tomato plants (Solanum lycopersicum). Boron and bokasi fertilizers are two types of fertilizers that have an important role in increasing soil fertility and supporting plant growth. Boron plays a role in the process of cell wall formation, flowering, and fertilization, while bocation as an organic fertilizer can increase nutrient availability and improve soil structure. This study used a random group design (RGD) with two factors, namely boron fertilizer doses (0, 1, 2, and 3 kg/ha) and bokasi doses (0, 5, 10, and 15 tons/ha). The parameters observed included plant height, number of leaves, stem diameter, number of fruits, weight of fruit and sweetness. The results showed that boron and bokashi fertilizer treatments exerted a significant influence on most of the growth and yield parameter
The Influence of Social Support and Academic Stress on Academic Procrastination of Working Students at Private University X Sidoarjo: Pengaruh Dukungan Sosial dan Stres Akademik terhadap Prokrastinasi Akademik Mahasiswa Bekerja di Universitas Swasta X Sidoarjo
This study aims to understand the influence between social support and academic stress with academic procrastination on working students at X Sidoarjo Private University. This study applies an inferential quantitative approach through multiple regression analysis research design. The observation sample was obtained through purposive sampling technique and obtained as many as 237 working students. The instruments in this study are a social support scale with a reliability value of 0.922, an academic stress scale with a reliability value of 0.805, and an academic procrastination scale with a reliability value of 0.834. The result showed that (F=46.701) (R²=0.285) and (p=<0.01). This proves that the hypothesis can be accepted which means that there is an influence between social support and academic stress on the academic procrastination of working students at X Sidoarjo Private University. For future researchers, it is hoped that other variables can be used as material for research.
The Relationship between Emotion Regulation and Peer Conformity with Aggressive Behavior in Senior High School Students: Hubungan antara Regulasi Emosi dan Konformitas Teman Sebaya dengan Perilaku Agresif pada Siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas
Aggressive behavior is an ambition to hurt others by expressing negative feelings. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between emotion regulation and peer conformity with aggressive behavior among students at SMK Krian 2 Sidoarjo. This research uses a correlational quantitative approach, involving 233 eleventh-grade students as the sample. Then the data analysis was conducted using the JASP version 19.3 for Windows application. Based on the research findings, emotion regulation has been proven to have a quite strong relationship with students' aggressive behavior. Moreover, peer conformity in this study also proved to have a fairly strong relationship with aggressive behavior in students. This research applies a phased approach by interviewing guidance counselors. In addition, the initial distribution of the questionnaire was conducted to determine the classes with a high level of aggressive behavior
The Influence of School Climate & Religiosity on Students School Well Being at SMPN 1 Pungging: Pengaruh Iklim Sekolah & Religiusitas terhadap School Well Being Siswa di SMPN 1 Pungging
This study aims to examine the influence of school climate and religiosity on students' school well-being at SMPN 1 Pungging. Using a quantitative approach and multiple linear regression, data were collected from 209 students selected through simple random sampling. The results showed that school climate had a positive and significant effect on school well-being (β = 0.619; p < 0.001), while religiosity had a positive but insignificant effect (β = -0.026; p = 0.472). The coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.367, indicating that 36.7% of the variation in school well-being was explained by the two predictors, while 63.3% was influenced by other factors. The findings conclude that school climate plays a key role in enhancing students' well-being, whereas religiosity may exert an indirect influence. Schools are encouraged to create a supportive and conducive climate to foster students’ psychological and emotional well-being

The success of an education is one of the availability of adequate infrastructure, especially tables and chairs, but with a lack of understanding of the needs and preferences for the design of study tables and chairs, the learning process is less than optimal. The purpose of this study is to design ergonomic student study tables and chairs that have additional features. The methods used in this study are the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method, customer voice, checking validity, quality homes, planning matrices. The results of the study are to produce aspects that support the learning process in the classroom such as Safe when used, long-lasting study table, Very ergonomic study table size, Easy to maintain, Study table has several functions. The conclusion of this study is the design results of these kindergarten children's chairs and tables, that from several aspects that support the learning process in the classroom

This study aims to determine whether the Brand Switching of The Originote Skincare Product Consumers in Sidoarjo is Influenced by Electronic Word Of Mouth (E-WOM), Variety Seeking, and Service Quality? This study uses a descriptive quantitative method, in its own population are users of The Originote skincare products with a sample of 100. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling technique with respondents being the people of Sidoarjo at least 17 years old. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that will be distributed through social media, and the answers are measured using a Likert scale. This study uses PLS-SEM data analysis. Psychoeducation to Improve Self-Control to Reduce Internet Addiction in Junior High School Students: Psikoedukasi Peningkatan Kontrol Diri untuk Mengurangi Kecanduan Internet pada Siswa SMP
According to the American Psychiatric Association, internet addiction involves excessive online activity that interferes with key aspects of life, such as academics, family, and social relationships. Affected students often neglect schoolwork, skip classes to access the internet, play games, or view inappropriate content. This behavior can also alter financial habits, with money intended for school needs diverted to internet access. Additionally, these students often believe their actions go unnoticed by their parents. This study evaluated the effectiveness of psychoeducation in enhancing self-control to reduce internet addiction among junior high school students. A total of 39 students from grades 7 to 9 participated. Results showed a significant increase in self-control post-intervention, with higher post-test scores compared to pre-test scores. Psychoeducation was also effective in reducing symptoms such as impulsivity and difficulty concentrating. These findings highlight the importance of self-control in addressing internet addiction among adolescents
The Effect of Financial Literacy And Business Experience on SME Performance with the Use of Accounting Information as an Intervening Variable: Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan dan Pengalaman Usaha Terhadap Kinerja UKM Dengan Penggunaan Informasi Akuntansi sebagai Variabel Intervening
The phenomenon of performance decline reflects the extent to which SMEs are able to develop sustainably. Theperformance of SMEs that often experience obstacles is caused by various factors both internal and external. This study aims to provide a deeper insight into the factors that can affect the performance of SMEs. The population in this study is Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the food and beverage sector in Sukodono District, which is 104. This study has 51 samples obtained from the calculation of the slovin formula. The data analysis technique used is the outer model and inner model using the SmartPLS analytical tool. The results showed that financial literacy and use of accounting information affect the performance of SMEs, while business experience has no effect on SME performance. Business experience affects the use of accounting information. The use of accounting information mediates the relationship between business experience and SME performance.
