The Influence of Product Quality, E-Commerce, Brand Image and Price on Purchasing Decisions with Purchase Interest as an Intervening Variable (Study on Al-Khatib Collection Fashion House, Bangil City): Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, E-Commerce, Brand Image dan Harga Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dengan Minat Beli Sebagai Variabel Intervening ( Studi Pada Rumah Busana Al-Khatib Collection Kota Bangil )
This study analyzes the influence of product quality, e-commerce, brand image, and price on purchasing decisions for Abaya products at Rumah Busana Al-Khatib Collection, with purchase intention as an intervening variable. A quantitative approach was used with 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using SEM-PLS via the SmartPLS application. The results show that product quality, e-commerce, and brand image have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, while price does not have a significant impact. Purchase intention has a significant direct effect on purchasing decisions. These findings offer insights for business owners to develop more effective marketing strategies to enhance competitiveness and customer satisfaction

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy, gender, and technological progress on student investment interest, with financial behavior as a mediating variable. The research was conducted on Accounting students of Muhammadiyah Universities in East Java using a quantitative approach and Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis technique. The results showed that financial literacy and technological progress had a significant effect on investment interest, while gender had no direct effect. Financial literacy and technological progress are also proven to have an effect on financial behavior. However, financial behavior has no direct influence on investment interest. Interestingly, financial behavior is able to mediate the relationship between financial literacy and technological progress on investment interest, and mediate the effect of gender on investment interest. These findings confirm the importance of shaping healthy financial behavior as the key to increasing students' investment interest in the digital era

It combines a manipulative approach with simple technology to increase elementary school students' engagement and understanding of fractions. Through interactive features such as light or sound indicators, students can directly know the truth of their answers, making learning more interesting and meaningful. Application of happy Note Media in Learning Hijaiyyah to Increase Students' Interest in Learning: Penerapan Media Happy Notes dalam Pembelajaran Huruf Hijaiyyah untuk Meningkat Minat Belajar Siswa
This research aims to determine the effect of Happy Notes learning media on the learning interest and motivation of 6th-grade students at SD Muhammadiyah 01 Krembung in learning Hijaiyah letters. This research uses a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative methods with a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design. Observation stage was conducted through direct observation and field notes to monitor the learning process and collect data. Data collection in this research was carried out through direct observation of the learning process, field notes, tests to measure students' ability to learn Hijaiyah letters, photo and video documentation to monitor the learning process. The research results show that the use of Happy Notes media in learning Hijaiyah letters in 6th-grade classes at SD Muhammadiyah 01 Krembung can increase student learning interest and help them understand Hijaiyah letters better.
Enhancing Junior High School Students' Science Process Skills Through the Practicum Method : Peningkatan Keterampilan Proses Sains Siswa SMP Melalui Metode Praktikum
The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of science process skills through practicum method and determine the effect of practicum method on science process skills of junior high school students. This type of research is a non-equivalent control group research design. Collecting research data in the form of science process skills tests in the form of essay questions. The data analysis technique consisted of N-Gain test with the help of excel 2013 application; normality test, homogeneity and Mann Whitney test with the help of SPSS program version 27. The results of this study showed no improvement in the science process skills of experimental and control class students. There was no significant difference between the science process skills of experimental and control class students, the practicum method in this study did not have a significant impact on improving the science process skills of VIII grade students

Online attendance has become increasingly important as it offers more efficient and accurate attendance management. By using an online attendance system, attendance data can be accessed and updated in real time, significantly reducing the risk of errors and data manipulation. This application is designed to enhance security and convenience in the attendance process by utilizing facial recognition technology to automatically identify employees. After establishing the assessment scale, the author calculated the percentage interval as a benchmark for the success of the SarAbsensi application using the Likert scale formula, which is 100 divided by 5, resulting in an interval of 20%. From the percentage calculations for each aspect, the results are: Functionality at 81.2% (very good), Reliability at 77% (good), Usability at 80.8% (very good), and Efficiency at 86% (very good). Overall, the SarAbsensi application achieved a total percentage score of 81.2%, which falls under the "very good" category
The Relationship Between Students’ Perceptions of the Role of Peers, Teaching Styles and Learning Motivation on Natural Science Learning Outocomes in Secondary School: Hubungan Persepsi Siswa Tentang Peranan Teman Sebaya, Gaya Mengajar Guru dan Motivasi Belajar Terhadap Hasil Belajar IPA SMP
This study aimed to analyze the relationship between students' perceptions of peer roles, teacher teaching styles, and learning motivation on science learning outcomes. It used a correlational method with a quantitative approach and path analysis. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 124 randomly selected 8th-grade students from a total population of 180 at a State Junior High School in Pasuruan City. The data were analyzed using the Smart PLS version 4.0 application. The findings showed that students' perceptions of peer roles did not significantly affect learning outcomes. In contrast, perceptions of teacher teaching styles and learning motivation had a significant effect on learning outcomes. These results have important implications for the education sector, especially in understanding the factors that influence students' academic performance. Future research is encouraged to explore other potential factors that may also impact students' learning outcomes
The Influence of Growth Opportunity, CEO Retirement and Company Size on Accounting Conservatism with Profitability as an Intervening Variable (Study of Consumer Goods and Industrial Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange 2019-2023): Pengaruh Growth Opportunity, CEO Retirement dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Konservatisme Akuntansi dengan Profitabilitas Sebagai Variabel Intervening (Studi Pada Perusahaan Sektor Industri Barang dan Konsumsi yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2019-2023)
This study aims to analyze the effect of Growth Opportunity, CEO Retirement, and company size on accounting conservatism with profitability as an intervening variable. The research method used is a quantitative method with multiple regression analysis and path analysis to test the direct and indirect relationships between variables. The sample of this study is companies in the Goods and Consumer Industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2019-2023. Using the SPSS 26 tool. The results of the study indicate that Growth Opportunity and company size have a significant effect on Profitability. Meanwhile, CEO Retirement does not have a significant effect on Profitability. Growth Opportunity, CEO Retirement, Company Size and Profitability have a significant effect on Accounting Conservatism. Profitability can mediate the effect of company size on accounting conservatism, while profitability cannot mediate the effect of Growth Opportunity and CEO Retirement on accounting conservatism
Proposed Layout Improvements on the Finished Goods Warehouse Using A Class-Based Storage Method Approach: Usulan Perbaikan Tata Letak pada Gudang Barang Jadi Menggunakan Pendekatan Metode Class Based Storage
PT MI is a brown paper manufacturing company. When there is a buildup of stock, PT MI tries to organize the stock using the randomized storage method. However, the use of the randomized storage method resulted in an increase in the average operating time in the last 12 periods of 853 Hm which increased 13.73%. The application of the class-based storage method is able to reduce the duration of time for moving goods better than the dedicated storage and random storage methods. The proposed arrangement results in a better total mileage of 7.038.551 meters. lower than the calculation of mileage in the actual arrangement which is 11.850.988 meters. So it can be concluded that the application of the class-based storage method in the finished goods warehouse of PT MI resulted in a 41% reduction in the distance traveled to move goods during one period
