Quality Control Analysis in Improving Product Quality Using Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Kaizen Methods at PT EQY: Analisis Pengendalian Kualitas dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Produk Menggunakan Metode Statistical Process Control (SPC) dan Kaizen di PT EQY
PT EQY, a textile yarn spinning company in Sidoarjo, faces significant challenges related to product quality, where 1,475 bales (around 181 kg) of defective products do not meet standards. This condition causes increased production costs and disruption of process flow, which has a negative impact on the company's operation. This study aims to optimize the production process and minimize waste that occurs. In overcoming these problems, this study adopts a quality control approach through the Statistical Process Control (SPC) method. In addition, Kaizen is applied as a continuous improvement method to identify and address the root causes of defects. The integration of SPC and Kaizen is expected to improve product quality, identify sources of defects, and increase efficiency and productivity. The implementation of Kaizen specifically focuses on comprehensive improvements in all aspects, in order to achieve higher efficiency, quality, and productivity

Analysis of the Demontration Methode (Drawing Shapes) to Increase On Student Creativity 5th Grade in Al-Ishlah Elementary Scholl : Analisis Metode Demonstrasi (Menggambar Bentuk) untuk Meningkatkan Kreativitas Siswa Kelas 5B di SD Al -Ishlah
The purpose of this study is to ascertain if employing the shape-drawing demonstration approach enhances the creativity of Al-Ishlah Elementary School class 5B pupils. All of the Al-Ishlah Elementary School class 5B children served as the study's subjects. The two-cycle Kurt Lewin model is used in classroom action research to assess the effects of a teaching strategy. Before pupils are assigned the task, a pretest is administered to ascertain their starting skill level. Observation and documentation using tools developed by researchers are used in data collecting. To ascertain the progress made by students, observations are conducted through the administration of examinations in phases. Techniques for qualitative description are used in data analysis
The Implementation of the Qur'an Tahfidz Programme at SD Muhammadiyah MBS Prambanan, Sleman: A Case Study on Its Impact on Academic Character and Islamic Identity Development: Implementasi Program Tahfidz Al-Qur'an di SD Muhammadiyah MBS Prambanan, Sleman: Studi Kasus tentang Dampaknya terhadap Pengembangan Karakter Akademik dan Identitas Keislaman
Qur’anic education significantly shapes the moral and spiritual foundations of Muslim students. This study examines the Tahfidz Al-Qur’an program at SD Muhammadiyah MBS Prambanan and its influence on students’ academic character and Islamic identity. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were gathered through interviews, observations, and documentation involving Tahfidz instructors, coordinators, and sixth-grade students. The program incorporates structured memorization techniques such as Talaqqi, Tahsin, Muroja’ah, and Tasmi’, embedded within a pesantren-based curriculum. Key strategies include level-based groupings, personal mentoring, and formal assessments (munaqosyah) to evaluate fluency and tajwid. Despite challenges like varied student abilities and limited time, the program successfully promotes discipline, spiritual strength, and internal motivation. Collaboration between teachers and parents strengthens its effectiveness. The study highlights the transformative impact of Qur’anic memorization on academic achievement and character development, offering valuable insights for enhancing Qur’anic pedagogy in Islamic elementary schools
The Influence of Concentration of HPMC (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose) and Maltodextrin on the Characteristics of Starfruit Powder Drink (Averrhoa bilimbi Linnaeus): Pengaruh Konsentrasi HPMC (Hidroksipropil Metilselulosa) dan Maltodekstrin terhadap Karakteristik Minuman Serbuk Belimbing Wuluh (Averrhoa bilimbi Linnaeus)
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of HPMC (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose) and maltodextrin concentrations on the characteristics of starfruit (Averrhoa bilimbi Linnaeus) powdered beverages made using the foam mat drying method. This study used a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with two factors, namely HPMC concentration (2%, 4%, and 6%) and maltodextrin (15%, 20%, and 25%) and the Friedman test to analyze the organoleptic results. Data were analyzed using ANOVA and further HSD tests were carried out at a level of 5%. The results of the study showed that the best treatment of starfruit powdered beverages in the H3M1 treatment (HPMC concentration 6%: Maltodextrin 15%) showed a water content of 5.21%; ash content 0.47%; vitamin C 0.07%; solubility 30.30%; yield 15.72%; color L 89.97; color a* 4.28; color b* 11.33; organoleptic color 3.70 (neutral-like), organoleptic taste 3.17 (neutral-like), organoleptic aroma 3.23 (neutral-like), organoleptic texture 3.60 (neutral-like)
Expert System for Diagnosing Infectious Diseases Using the Forward Chaining Method: Sistem Pakar Diagnosa Penyakit Menular Menggunakan Metode Forward Chaining
Diseases caused by microorganisms such as viruses, bacteria, parasites, or fungi are called infectious diseases. which can be transmitted from one individual to another, either quickly or slowly, and are a serious threat to public health. This study aims to develop a web-based expert system to provide convenience in diagnosing infectious diseases. The method used in this system is Forward chaining, which is a reasoning method that starts the process from the initial facts of symptoms to draw conclusions based on the rules available in the knowledge base. This system is built using the Life Cycle of Expert System Development (ESDLC) approach, which consists of several main stages, namely problem identification, needs analysis, knowledge acquisition, design and design, and system testing. The result of this study is a website-based expert system application designed to diagnose infectious diseases
Computer Program Monitoring Rectifier Design for Wireless Power Transfer Applications Using Dipole Antenna: Program Komputer Monitoring Desain Rectifier untuk Aplikasi Wireless Power Transfer Menggunakan Antenna Dipole
This research presents the design and monitoring of a Wireless Power Transfer (WPT) system at 470 MHz using a dipole antenna and Villard-Dickson rectifier. The RF signal is emitted by a Handy Talkie and converted into DC voltage. The INA219 sensor and ESP32 microcontroller provide real-time monitoring, with output data displayed on an OLED screen. Tests show the system generates 7.84 V and 152 mA at 10 cm, but performance drops significantly with distance, reaching 1.89 V and 33 mA at 100 cm. The system effectively powers low-energy devices at short range and gives accurate voltage, current, and power readings. Its compact and efficient design is suitable for RF energy harvesting in small electronics. The findings support further development of eco-friendly, real-time monitored WPT systems. With future integration into IoT platforms and energy storage modules, this system has strong potential to support portable, wireless charging for various low-power electronic applications
