This study analyzes the impact of simulation training quality and frequency on employees' technical and mental readiness in Steam Power Plants (PLTU), with disturbance handling time efficiency as a mediating variable. Using a quantitative approach and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis, the study finds that training quality and frequency positively affect employees' technical and mental readiness. Time efficiency in handling disturbances significantly mediates the relationship between training and employee preparedness. These findings highlight the importance of high-quality and well-scheduled training in enhancing employees' competence and mental resilience in operational challenges. This study provides insights for the power generation industry to optimize training programs to improve employee performance and operational efficiency.&nbsp

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a condition of increased blood glucose levels due to decreased insulin productivity. Insulin deficiency due to diabetes mellitus can cause an increase in blood glucose or hyperglycemia. Hyperglycemia plays a role in the formation of atherosclerosis. Atherosclerosis can cause decreased blood flow velocity and narrowing of the lumen of blood vessels, resulting in reduced blood supply to the kidneys. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of red ginger extract (Zingiber Officanale Roxb. Ver. Rubrum) and coriander seeds (Coriandrum Sativum L.) on creatinine and serum ureum levels of male rats (Rattus norvegicus) that induce alloxan. The research design used was Pretest-Posttest control only Group with five treatment groups. This research was conducted in June-July 2025. The results showed there was a significant effect on reducing creatinine levels (p=0.000) and serum urea levels (p=0.000)

This study will examine the role of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) in the development planning of Medalem Village using Soerjono Soekanto's role theory. The purpose of1this stud is to describe the role of1the BPD in the development planning of1Medalem Village according six indicators of Soerjono Soekanto's role theory. The research method is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The results of this study show that the role of the BPD of Medalem Village has not been fully implemented. It is proven from the results obtained that 3 of the 6 indicators of Soekanto's role theory still have problems, namely (1) role conflict in the form of unclear information delivery between the BPD; (2) rights and obligations in the form of BPD supervision are only formalities without in-depth evaluation; and (3) social expectations in the form of the absence of several BPD members without clear explanation

This study aims to explore the role of the interactive learning media Quizizz in improving the speaking skills of junior high school students. The focus of the study is on four main aspects of speaking ability, namely fluency, vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation. Using qualitative content analysis, the researcher analysed the video answers of eighth-grade students collected through the ‘video answer’ feature on the Quizizz platform. The results of the study indicate that Quizizz can help improve students' fluency and pronunciation through a more flexible and engaging learning environment. However, most students still face challenges in grammar and have limited vocabulary usage. The video feature and gamification elements also contribute to enhancing students' confidence and active participation in speaking. Thus, Quizizz not only serves as an evaluation tool but also as an effective means to unlock and develop students' speaking potential in English language learning

    No full text
The development of digital marketing through social media has encouraged collaboration between brands and influencers as an effective promotional strategy. However, issues arise regarding the legal status of influencers, whether they are civil partners or employees in a formal employment relationship. This study aims to analyze the legal relationship between brands and influencers, and examine the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of each party from an Indonesian legal perspective. The method used is normative juridical, with a statutory approach based on primary and secondary legal sources. The results indicate that if the collaboration fulfills the elements of work, orders, and fixed remuneration, it is considered an employment relationship subject to labor law. Conversely, if the influencer has autonomy without subordination, the relationship is considered a civil partnership. This unclear status creates legal risks, necessitating specific regulations to ensure legal certainty and protect rights in the digital economy era

Quarter-life crisis (QLC) is a psychological development phenomenon in young adults, especially the role of parental attachment as a protective factor. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between secure parental attachment and QLC among Karang Taruna members. This quantitative correlational study used saturated sampling techniques for all members of Karang Taruna aged 20-30 years. The instruments used were the Secure Parental Attachment Scale and the Quarter-Life Crisis Scale, with a reliability of 0.861 and 0.914, respectively. Simple linear regression data analysis using SPSS version 25 was conducted using normality, linearity, and significance tests. The results showed that secure attachment was significantly negatively related to QLC (p < 0.001), with a contribution rate of 67.1%. The higher the secure parental attachment, the lower the risk of experiencing QLC. This study suggests the development of a parental attachment-based intervention model to support the psychological health of young people

This study analyzes the effectiveness of drone regulations in protecting privacy rights in Indonesia and the Netherlands using a normative legal and comparative approach. In Indonesia, Minister of Transportation Regulation No. 37 of 2020 focuses on technical-administrative aspects such as flight safety and operational zones, lacking explicit privacy provisions, integration with the Personal Data Protection Act, and strong enforcement due to the absence of an independent supervisory authority. In contrast, the Netherlands integrates technical rules under EU Regulation 2019/947 with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), supported by the independent Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, advanced monitoring technologies like remote ID, and high public compliance. The comparison shows Indonesia needs to revise its drone regulations to explicitly protect privacy, integrate with data protection laws, establish an independent authority, improve public legal literacy, and adopt best practices from the Netherlands to create a responsive legal framework safeguarding human rights
