No full textHemodialysis is the primary therapy for patients with advanced-stage Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) to partially replace kidney function. This study aimed to analyze the comparison of erythrocyte, leukocyte, platelet counts, and peripheral blood smear morphology in CKD patients before and after hemodialysis. Conducted on 20 CKD patients at RS Petrokimia Gresik using a comparative analytic approach. Blood samples were analyzed pre and post hemodialysis using a hematology analyzer and Wright stained peripheral smears. The results showed significant differences in erythrocyte count (p=0.000), a significant decrease in platelet count (p=0.000), and no significant change in leukocyte count (p=0.435) between the pre and posthemodialysis phases. Morphological evaluation showed persistent erythrocyte abnormalities, including burr cells, tear drop cells, ovalocytes, and target cells. Additionally, toxic granules and hypersegmented neutrophils were observed, while platelet morphology remained generally normal. These findings highlight the importance of hematologic and morphologic evaluations in monitoring CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis

No full textThis study aims to analyze the development strategy of e-Governemnt through the implementation of the e-Buddy application in supporting administrative governance in Sidoarjo Regency. A qualitative approach was employed, using data collection techinques such as interviews, documentation, and observations involving three clusters of regional apparatus: support units, technical units, and sub- districts. The results show that e-Buddy has been developed thorugh three systematic stages: preparation, consolidation, and stabilization. The application has proven effective in enhancing the efficiency and accountability of official correspondence management, facilitating digital communication, and supporting inter- agency collaboration. Key challenges include limited digital literacy at the village and sub- district levels, server infrastructure constratraints, and suboptimal data interoperability with national systems such as SRIKANDI. The study recommends strengthening human resource training, achieving full integration with cross- sector systems, and conducting reguler evaluations to ensure the sustainability of e-Buddy in supporting good governance principles

No full textThis study investigates the effect of using board games to improve seventh-grade students’ English daily activity expression using the simple present tense. Many students struggle with vocabulary, fluency, and confidence when speaking English. To address this, a pre-experimental one-group pre-test and post-test design was conducted with 23 students from junior high school in Sidoarjo. The research involved a pre-test, three treatment sessions using board games, and a post-test. Students were assessed on vocabulary, grammar, understanding, fluency, and pronunciation. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test in SPSS. Results showed a significant improvement in students’ speaking scores, increasing from a mean of 67 in the pre-test to 81 in the post-test, with a significance value of 0.000. This indicates that board games positively impact students’ mastery of English daily activity expression. Additionally, board games foster a fun and relaxed learning environment, boosting students’ confidence and motivation to speak English

No full textPLTU Asam-Asam faces challenges in managing working hours, the effectiveness of knowledge management, and the transparency of performance appraisals, which can affect employee satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the impact of working hours, knowledge management, and performance appraisals on employee satisfaction at PLTU Asam-Asam. The research method employs a quantitative approach using the SEM-PLS analysis technique, with a sample of 183 employees collected through a Likert-scale-based questionnaire. The novelty of this research lies in the simultaneous analysis of the three variables within the steam power plant industry context, which has been relatively unexplored in previous studies. The results show that working hours (β=0.222, T=2.507, p=0.012), knowledge management (β=0.258, T=2.577, p=0.010), and performance appraisal (β=0.319, T=3.070, p=0.002) have a positive and significant impact on employee satisfaction, with performance appraisal being the most influential variable. The interaction of the three variables also shows a significant impact on employee satisfaction (β=0.237, T=2.375, p=0.026). These findings confirm that a combination of optimal working hours management, effective knowledge management systems, and transparent performance appraisal mechanisms can enhance employee well-being and satisfaction while encouraging more adaptive human resource management policies

No full textThis study aims to describe the impact of the Tapak Suci extracurricular program on character development among students at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Krembung. A qualitative approach was employed, utilizing observation and documentation techniques through activity photographs. The findings reveal that through a series of activities such as martial arts training, group meals, and Quranic recitation, students not only receive physical training but also internalize core values such as discipline, responsibility, cooperation, and spiritual awareness. The group meals foster orderliness and a sense of togetherness, while Quranic recitation activities cultivate religious and respectful behavior. Tapak Suci training itself encourages bravery, resilience, and teamwork. Overall, these activities demonstrate that the Tapak Suci extracurricular program contributes positively to the holistic character development of students

Data is sent and displayed to a spreadsheet and I2C LCD in real-time, for alerts using a buzzer and Telegram notification when consumption exceeds the limit. This system helps users save energy, reduce operational costs, and increase awareness of electricity consumption
