No full textIn the digital age, personal branding is essential for individuals showcasing their skills on social media. This study analyzes Tasya Farasya’s personal branding strategy on TikTok using Montoya’s (2002) eight principles. A qualitative descriptive method was used, with data collected through TikTok observations, interviews with three active followers, and a direct interview with Tasya. The findings reveal that the principle of specialization is dominant, as Tasya consistently focuses on beauty and makeup reviews, establishing her authority in the industry. She also applies content consistency, active interaction, and transparency, enhancing audience engagement and trust. This study provides insights into effective personal branding strategies on TikTok, highlighting their role in building relationships and credibility with followers
The Effectiveness of Acupressure for 3-Month Birth Control Acceptors Who Complaint of Menometrorrhagia: Efektivitas Akupresure Terhadap Aseptor KB Suntik 3 Bulan Dengan Keluhan Menometrorargia
No full textThis study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of acupressure therapy in 3-month contraceptive injection acceptors who experience complaints of menometrorrhagia. The research used an experimental method with a posttest-only non-equivalent control group design. The sample consisted of 23 acceptors of 3-month contraceptive injections who were divided into two intervention groups: Intervention 1 (reducing complaints from moderate to mild) and Intervention 2 (reducing complaints from mild to very mild or cured). The results of statistical analysis showed that the average rating of menometrorrhagia complaints in the Intervention 1 group (14.23) was higher than Intervention 2 (9.10) with a significant value (p = 0.029). This shows that there is a significant difference between the two intervention groups, where Intervention 1 is more effective in reducing complaints of menometrorrhagia. These findings indicate that acupressure therapy is an effective method and can be applied as a non-pharmacological alternative

No full textThis study aims to analyze the implementation of Merdeka Curriculum in increasing learning motivation and creative thinking skills of elementary school students, as well as identifying supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with the research subject being a 3rd grade teacher at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Sedati. The results of this study can be concluded that teachers design teaching modules based on the Merdeka Curriculum by analyzing Learning Outcomes, setting clear learning objectives, and utilizing technology to make learning more interesting. The supporting factors for teachers in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Sedati to increase students' motivation and creativity in thinking include full support from the principal and teachers, and adequate facilities. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are limited digital devices, unstable internet access, and differences in students' abilities in digital learning

One common problem motorized vehicles, especially motorcycles, overheating or engine temperature too high, which reduce performance and even damage engine. Study aims determine effect adding oil cooler torque and power Honda Beat 108 cc motorcycle engine. Method used experiment comparing two groups: standard engine without oil cooler and engine equipped additional oil cooler. results dynotest test showed use oil cooler positive impact cooling engine temperature and increasing engine performance. Torque results showed best results first test engine oil cooler rpm 3000 result 12.85 Nm. Then power results showed best results rpm 7000 on engines oil coolers getting result 6.7 HP. Power results test 3 more optimal than other tests. Thus, addition oil cooler proven help reduce engine temperature effectively and improve motorcycle performance, especially terms torque and power

No full textThis study aims to analyse the cognitive abilities of elementary school students based on their learning styles in science subjects, especially on the material of changes in the form of substances. This research uses a qualitative phenomenological approach, by conducting direct observations and interviews with 4 fourth grade students at MINU Sumokali who are classified into three learning styles, namely visual, auditory and kinesthetic learning styles. The data collection methods used include written tests, interviews, and documentation, with cognitive abilities assessed through six indicators: remembering, understanding, applying, analysing, evaluating, and creating. The results showed that students with auditory learning style (ZDN3) achieved the highest score, categorised as excellent, while students with visual learning style (FTR1) also scored excellent, and students with visual (HFZ2) and kinesthetic (AGS4) learning styles were categorised as good. Overall, the findings suggest that the majority of students demonstrated good cognitive ability

The methods and atmosphere of teaching and learning activities that are built in this way enable people to think logically, creatively, and understand easily. Moreover, this method and atmosphere seeks to broaden student’s understanding from various experiences. In order to provide an effective and enjoyable learning process, an interactive learning module called flipbook has been developed. This learning module is designed to improve student’s understanding of local wisdom materials, especially batik, through a technology-based approach and direct practice

The economic world is now increasingly interconnected due to factors such as globalization, technological advancements, and adjustments in trade regulations. This study aims to address this gap by conducting a comprehensive analysis that not only integrates these three main variables but also positions dividend policy as a potential factor in the basic industry sector. The data analysis methods used include descriptive statistical analysis, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and t-test. Based on the data analysis results, all variables exhibit varying distributions. The Kolmogorov–Smirnov and Monte Carlo tests indicate a normal distribution. No symptoms of multicollinearity or heteroscedasticity were found. The t-test results show that profitability, firm size, firm growth, and capital structure have a significant effect on firm value. Methods: This study is classified as a quasi-experiment involving participants engaging fifth-grade students in two Sidoarjo primary schools. The study design was a pre-test, post-test-only control group involving the experiment and controlclasses. The experiment class implemented the MASTER learning model, and the control class implemented conventional learning. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique, with one class in one primary school in Sidoarjo as the experimental class and one primary school in Sidoarjo as the control class. The study instrument used a mathematical reasoning test to measure three components of mathematical reasoning: analysis, generalization, and justification Data analysis used descriptive and inferential. Descriptive analysis includes the calculation of mean, standard deviation, and effect size. Meanwhile, inferential analysis uses an independent t-test with two prerequisite tests: normality and homogeneity
