No full textThe purpose of this research is to find out the use of Wise Pro information technology in supporting consumer financing performance at BSI Sidoarjo Gateway. Digitalization of information technology that is centralized and integrated by each financing unit well after BSI merged with BSM, BNI Syariah and BRI Syariah. Based on the research results, Wise Pro is able to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of performance by increasing the number of consumer financing disbursements, the number of NoA and SLA (service level agreement) for the 6-day financing business process to 3 working days from financing applications, financing analysis, financing decisions, financing contracts to financing disbursements because Wise Pro is able to increase the efficiency of time, energy and resources such as paperless, faster financing decisions because the system is integrated with the leadership system. By using Roland Barthes' theory of semiotic analysis which includes denotation meaning, connotation meaning, and also myth. The results show that there is a representation of single parents as fathers and mothers in the film, including the father's role as protector, the father's role as provider, the father's role as fulfilling nutritional needs, the father's role as a substitute for mother, and the father's role as fulfilling educational needs along with the facilities

No full textThis study explores the implementation of character education through the Al-Qur'an memorization program at MI Darussalam Sugihwaras. The program involves daily routines such as prayers before and after learning, morning activities like reading short surahs, congregational dhuha prayer, weekly memorization deposits, and developing a habit of reading and memorizing the Qur'an. These practices aim to instill honesty and discipline in students. Success factors include teacher commitment, parental involvement, and a supportive school environment. However, challenges include differences in student abilities and time constraints. The study recommends developing a more structured tahfidz curriculum and providing teacher training to enhance character education. The program demonstrates how religious practices can promote character development in students, while also acknowledging the need for adjustments to overcome challenges.

No full textEducation financing management is crucial for sustaining and improving educational institutions. This study analyzes financial management at Rumah Tahfidz Balita dan Anak (RUTABA) Sidoarjo, focusing on good governance principles in budgeting, accounting, and auditing. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings show that RUTABA’s financial management aligns with theoretical frameworks but faces challenges such as limited qualified human resources, restricted funding access, and transparency issues. Despite these challenges, bookkeeping is consistently maintained. The study recommends adopting a PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) cycle, integrating digital technology for transparency, and fostering collaboration with the government and community for financial sustainability. These improvements aim to enhance financial management effectiveness, ensuring better educational quality. This research serves as a reference for other institutions seeking governance-based financial management solutions

No full textPT. XYZ is a company that operates in the snack industry sector, specifically in wafers production. The problem faced by the company is the high level of defects in the packaging process. The percentage of packaging defects for the last 12 months was 1.24%, exceeding the company's tolerance limit of 1% of total production, with a defect value of 7962 pcs. The purpose of this study is to reduce the level of defects to within the tolerance limit set by the company. The methods used are six sigma (DMAIC) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA). The results of study showed that the highest percentage of defects was found in the wound/tear corner endseal of 44% of the total defects, the average DPMO value was 1131.46 and the average sigma level was 4.56. The occurrence of defects is caused by method, machine, man, environment, and material factors

No full textDuring the 2023-2024 period, the productivity of divan production at PT. XYZ decreased by 4-10% from the monthly target due to a high frequency of work accidents, unsafe environmental conditions, and worker absenteeism caused by injuries and health issues. Supervisor records indicate 17 cases of major and minor accidents in the divan production process. This study aims to identify and prioritize potential work accidents and provide risk control recommendations using the Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) method. The results identified 17 potential work accidents across 17 stages of the production process, with two main priorities: finger cuts with risk scores of 20 and 15. Recommended controls include operator training, clear SOP development, periodic machine maintenance, and replacing cloth gloves with nitrile gloves. Implementing these measures is expected to minimize work accidents, create a safer working environment, and improve productivity

Lanang coffee has become an important part of rural culture and economy in Kemiren Village, Glagah District, Banyuwangi Regency, Indonesia. Kemiren Village is a village in Banyuwangi Regency, East Java, Indonesia. This village is famous for being the cultural center of the Osing, a Javanese tribe that has a unique and traditional culture. Kemiren is known for its traditional houses made of woven bamboo, as well as the existence of the Kemiren Museum which exhibits various artifacts and information about Osing culture. The village is also known for its production handicrafts, such as batik crafts, bamboo weaving and traditional weaving. This research aims to understand the meaning and significance of Kopi Lanang baranding practices in the context of local culture and rural economy.

This study aims to determine the role of shadow teachers in providing learning guidance to students with special needs at the Muhammadiyah Bangil Elementary School. This research is a qualitative study with a case study approach. Data collection techniques in this study are by using interviews, observations and documentation. Shadow teachers play a strategic role in assisting inclusive children through an approach that is tailored to the needs of each student.

This study uses Social Media Theory as an analytical framework to gain in-depth knowledge about the content of mental health campaigns posted by @APDCIndonesia Instagram accounts. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with an emphasis on literature research.
