Effect of Red Ginger Extract (Zingiber officinale roxb. var. rubrum) and Coriander Seeds (Coriandrum sativum L.) on MCV, MCH, and MCHC Values in Hyperlipidemia Conditions : Pengaruh Ekstrak Jahe Merah (Zingiber officinale roxb. var. rubrum) dan Biji Ketumbar (Coriandrum sativum L.) Terhadap Nilai MCV, MCH, dan MCHC Pada Kondisi Hiperlipidemia
Hyperlipidemia is a metabolic disorder characterized by increased lipoproteins in the blood. Red ginger (Zingiber officanale roxb. var. rubrum) contains flavonoids, iron, and gingerol that help reduce cholesterol levels. Coriander seeds (Coriandrum sativum L.) contain flavonoids, iron, tannins, and saponins that are also beneficial for lowering cholesterol. Red ginger and coriander seeds were obtained from Porong Market, Sidoarjo. This study aims to determine the effect of red ginger and coriander seed extract on MCV, MCH, and MCHC values in hyperlipidemia. This laboratory experimental study used Pretest-Posttest Control Only Group design with 4 groups (control, red ginger extract 875 mg/kg bw, coriander seed extract 900 mg/kg bw, and 1:1 combination) involving 16 male white rats of Wistar strain. Cholesterol measurement using POCT method and MCV, MCH, MCHC values using Hematology Analyzer. The results showed a significant effect on MCV and MCH values, but not significant on MCHC
The Influence of Product Quality, Price and Halal Label on Purchasing Decisions with Brand Image as an Intervening Variable: Study of Wardah Lipstick Product Users: Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Harga dan Label Halal terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dengan Citra Merek Sebagai Variable Intervening: Studi pada Pengguna Produk Lipstik Wardah
This study uses a quantitative approach obtained by measuring the values or variables in a sample or population. This sampling technique uses a purposive sampling technique, with 96 respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires distributed to users and buyers of Wardah lipstick. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS) using SmartPLS software. This study found that product quality, price and halal label have a positive and significant effect on the brand image of Wardah lipstick. Product quality and price have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. While the halal label does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The Relationship Between Resilience and the Level of Quarter Life Crisis in College Students: Hubungan Antara Resiliensi terhadap Tingkat Quarter Life Crisis pada Mahasiswa
The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a correlation between the level of resilience of college students and the severity of their quarter-life crisis. Correlational strategy was used in this quantitative technique. Using a saturated sampling approach, 160 college students from STIKES Majapahit Mojokerto were selected to participate in this study. The resilience scale and the midlife crisis scale were used for data analysis. The findings of the study showed a statistically significant inverse relationship between the two variables (r= -.260, p<.05). Thus, it is reasonable to assume that resilience is related to Quarter Life Crisis. This study presents something new by exploring the relationship between resilience levels and quarter life crisis especially in a population of college students who are in a critical phase of transition to full adulthood. Although quarter life crisis has been widely discussed in the context of psychology,
Making a Magnet Generator from a Used Water Pump Using Varying Numbers of N25 Magnets in the Rotor : Pembuatan Generator Magnet dari Pompa Air Bekas dengan Variasi Jumlah Magnet N25 pada Rotor
A generator is a device that converts motion energy into electrical energy. In Indonesia, the demand for electricity continues to rise, and the electricity crisis has long been a concern predicted by energy experts. To address this issue, new energy sources are needed to meet the growing demand, especially in remote areas. This research used a water pump as the main component, modified by attaching N52 neodymium magnets (40 x 10 x 2 mm) to the pump rotor, with variations of 8, 10, and 12 magnetic poles. The generator was tested under no-load conditions and with a 5-watt lamp load. The best results were obtained with 12 magnetic poles. At 1500 rpm, the generator produced 51.7 volts and 0.03 amperes; at 2000 rpm, 68 volts and 0.03 amperes; and at 2500 rpm, 82.9 volts and 0.05 amperes. These results demonstrate that the generator is capable of powering a 5-watt lamp

The study is unique in being conducted in a rural area, unlike previous urban-based studies. Data from 28 students were analyzed using JASP 0.18.3.0. Statistical analysis included chi-square for answer distribution and t-test or Mann-Whitney U depending on normality. Shapiro-Wilk was used for normality testing, and Cronbach's Alpha assessed instrument reliability
