No full text This gap is exacerbated by rapid changes in the industrial landscape, where automation, digitalization, and the need for new skills (such as strong digital literacy and soft skills) are inevitable prerequisites. This study aims to analyze and describe the optimization of the Special Job Market at SMK Negeri 2 Buduran in increasing graduate absorption into the workforce. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. The analysis focuses on five optimization indicators according to Agus Dwiyanto: Productivity, Service Quality, Responsiveness, Responsibility, and Accountability. The results of the study through the Optimization indicator Agus Dwiyanto Productivity, BKK SMKN 2 Buduran still faces obstacles in management due to limited human resources and difficulties in meeting company demand for prospective workers who match industry needs.

No full textTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan dosis kombinasi pupuk anorganik NPK Mutiara dan pupuk organik POC Urine Kelinci yang dapat memberikan pertumbuhan dan hasil terbaik pada tanaman Sawi Pagoda. Metode percobaan yang digunakan adalah metode percobaan 2 faktor dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok, dengan 16 perlakuan dan 4 kali ulangan. Perlakuan tersebut terdiri dari faktor pertama pemberian pupuk NPK Mutiara dengan simbol A. Faktor kedua pemberian POC Urine Kelinci menggunakan simbol U. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis sidik ragam dan dilanjutkan dengan BNJ, dengan variabel pengamatan yaitu tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, panjang akar, berat segar, dan berat kering. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan POC Urine Kelinci berpengaruh nyata terhadap semua variabel pengamatan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman sawi pagoda karena semakin tinggi konsentrasi POC Urine Kelinci

No full textThis study investigates the role of teachers in developing the emotional intelligence of children aged 4–5 years at Dharma Wanita Persatuan Sedati Gede Kindergarten. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with observation, interviews, and documentation, the research involved A2 class teachers and the principal. Findings show teachers perform four main roles: as educators, they use role-play to build empathy and social skills; as innovators, they apply creative methods like ice breaking to sustain engagement; as communicators, they instill religious values through daily prayers, Dhuha prayers, and infaq; and as motivators, they promote emotional regulation through routines such as queuing, sharing, and performing in class. The study concludes that teacher role modeling and consistent positive practices are highly effective in fostering early childhood emotional intelligence.

No full textThis study aims to measure the operational productivity of Ninja Xpress in 2024 and to formulate strategies for improving performance. The research applies the quantitative approach of Marvin E. Mundel, which includes calculating deflators, converting costs into constant prices, computing the Resources Input Partial (RIP), and determining the Productivity Index (PI). A SWOT analysis was also conducted to complement the quantitative results by evaluating the company’s internal and external factors. The findings indicate that monthly productivity fluctuates, with the highest PI recorded in September at 129.81 percent and the lowest in April at 97.56 percent. The SWOT analysis positions the company in Quadrant I, indicating a favorable condition that supports an aggressive strategy. In conclusion, the Marvin E. Mundel method is effective in quantitatively assessing productivity, while SWOT strengthens the strategic perspective, making both approaches useful as a basis for improving efficiency and operational quality in logistics companies

No full textThe ever-increasing demand for energy has driven research into efficient and environmentally friendly alternative technologies. One potential solution is the HHO (Oxyhydrogen) generator, which works by electrolyzing water to produce hydrogen and oxygen gas. This gas can improve engine combustion quality, increase power, and reduce fossil fuel consumption. This study aims to identify the effect of variations in HHO generator supply current (10V, 8V, 6V) on motorcycle power and torque. The experimental method was conducted using dynotest testing at various engine speeds. The results show that a 6-volt current produces the best performance, with a maximum torque of 22.28 Nm at 2500 RPM and a maximum power of 9.1 HP at 3500 RPM. The use of a 6-volt current is recommended as the optimal condition. Further research is needed to evaluate the long-term effects on fuel consumption and exhaust emissions

No full textThe transformation of education in the era of Society 5.0 requires a system that not only adapts to technological advances but also strengthens the formation of students' character. This study aims to explore the relevance of Thomas Lickona's concept of character education in the framework of education management in the context of Society 5.0. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR), this study examines scientific papers published between 2020 and 2025 through the stages of identification, selection, extraction, and thematic analysis. The research findings reveal that Lickona's three pillars, namely moral knowledge, moral feelings, and moral action, serve as an important foundation for integrating ethical values into education management, including curriculum design, school culture, and technology-enhanced learning environments. Shop Barbara Speed, a custom motorcycle spare parts workshop in Sidoarjo, implements a 4P marketing mix strategy (product, price, place, promotion) through Instagram using the Reels, Hashtag, Mention, and Story features. This study employs a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results indicate that the product consists of high-quality custom spare parts, the price offers a range of options, the place relies on digital marketing, and promotion is carried out through creative content. This strategy has proven effective in increasing sales by up to 150% for exhaust products and strengthening the brand image

No full textThe purpose of this study is to analyze the reading ability of grade 1 primary school learners according to gender from various perspectives and current findings. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method involving 15 learners, of which 7 were male and the rest were female. While data collection techniques through tests, observations, and interviews. The analysis method used is thematic analysis. From the results of the research conducted on elementary school students, it was found that there were differences in the reading ability of elementary school students between male students and female students at SD Negeri 1 Sawahan, Donorojo District, Pacitan Regency. The results of the test showed that the average score of female students showed a higher number than boys. It can be interpreted that female students have better reading skills than male students, both in terms of fluency and literal comprehension. This ........elementary schools.

No full textThis study aims to analyze the influence of Social Media Marketing and Celebrity Endorser on Purchase Decision of Glad2Glow skincare products. The background of this research lies in the increasing competition within Indonesia’s skincare industry, particularly in digital promotion strategies involving public figures. This research employed a quantitative approach using an online questionnaire survey distributed to Glad2Glow product users in Indonesia. Data analysis was carried out using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The respondents used in this study were 96 respondents based on the Lemeshow formula calculation. The results reveal that Social Media Marketing has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision, and similarly, Celebrity Endorser also has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision. These findings indicate that social media marketing strategies combined with celebrity endorsement can effectively enhance consumer interest and purchasing decisions for Glad2Glow products
