Sustainable Marketing Strategy Through Social Media as a Supporting Factor for Food Security Existence in Chili and Tomato Seed Products: Strategi Pemasaran Berkelanjutan Melalui Media Sosial sebagai Daya Dukung Eksistensi Ketahanan Pangan pada Produk Bibit Cabai dan Tomat
This study explores marketing strategies for chili and tomato seedlings via social media and examines how delivery services support marketing success and contribute to food security. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were gathered through interviews, observations, and documentation of seedling farmers in Bojonegoro Regency. Findings show that Facebook and WhatsApp are key platforms due to their accessibility and reach within local communities. Simple tactics like photo uploads, customer testimonials, and educational content build consumer trust. However, effective digital promotion relies heavily on fast, secure, and affordable delivery services because seedlings are delicate. The integration of social media marketing and efficient logistics boosts sales, sustains farmers’ businesses, and ensures quality seedling availability, thereby strengthening local food security. This study underscores the value of combining digital marketing and delivery services in agriculture
The Relationship between Parent Satisfaction and Social Competence of Classroom Teachers in Elementary Schools: Hubungan Kepuasan Orang Tua Terhadap Kompetensi Sosial Guru Kelas di Sekolah Dasar
This study aims to analyze the relationship between classroom teachers' social competence and parents' satisfaction in primary schools. Teachers' social competence includes the ability to communicate, interact effectively, and involve parents and the community in the learning process. The study used a quantitative correlational approach with Spearman Rank analysis technique, involving 15 parent respondents, as well as additional data from observations and internal school questionnaires to enrich qualitative information. The analysis showed a correlation coefficient of 0.280 (p = 0.285), indicating a positive but weak and insignificant relationship between teachers' social competence and parents' satisfaction. Descriptive analysis shows that teachers have good social competence, especially in classroom collaboration and communication with parents, but limited involvement in collaborative leadership, strategy evaluation, and active participation in professional organizations. Parents' satisfaction is more influenced by their direct experiences, such as personal communication, teachers' attention to children, and classroom services
The Effectiveness Of The Sedekap KIA Jempol Program In Prambon District Sidoarjo Regency: Efektivitas Program Jempol Sedekap KIA di Kecamatan Prambon Kabupaten Sidoarjo
This study aims to analyze and describe the effectiveness of the "Jempol Sedekap" (KIA) Child Identity Card (KIA) Program in Prambon District, Sidoarjo Regency, using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using Duncan's effectiveness theory, which encompasses three indicators: goal achievement, adaptation, and integration. The results indicate that program goal achievement has not been maximized due to uneven coverage and limited implementation, which was only conducted twice over three years. In terms of adaptation, the implementation of public consultation forums demonstrated adjustment efforts, but were hampered by a lack of specialized training, limited human resources, and technical constraints. Meanwhile, integration progressed quite well through collaboration with the K3S (K3S) and IGTKI (Indonesian Child Protection Institute) as a means of socialization, but was not accompanied by adequate coordination of filing.

Structural Analysis of a Hospital Building Based on SNI 1726:2012 and SNI 1726:2019 (Case Study of Waron Hospital, Surabaya): ANALISIS STRUKTUR BANGUNAN GEDUNG RUMAH SAKIT BERDASARKAN SNI 1726:2012 DAN SNI 1726:2019 (STUDI KASUS WARON HOSPITAL SURABAYA)
This study compares the seismic performance of a 12-story hospital building with vertical irregularities in Surabaya, analyzed using the response spectrum method in SAP2000 V22, based on SNI 1726:2012 and SNI 1726:2019. SNI 2019 results in a 12.5% higher dynamic base shear (±5,812.6 kN) than SNI 2012 (±5,170.6 kN) due to increased seismic parameters (SDS: 0.607 g to 0.64 g; SD1: 0.532 g to 0.57 g). Maximum interstory drifts under SNI 2019 (∆x ≈56 mm, ∆y ≈95 mm) exceed SNI 2012 (∆x ≈52 mm, ∆y ≈85 mm) but remain below the ≤2.5% story height limit, with no extreme soft story. Modal mass participation exceeds 90% (SumUX ≈95.5–96%, SumUY ≈98–98.5%), validating the analysis. SNI 2019 enhances design conservatism.
